Just to stay a special thankyou to Mr Mustafa for looking after us so well. From the moment we arrived Mr Mustafa greeted us and really looked after us and listened to us. He made sure we had the apartment of our choice with sun shining and such a beautiful view. Swissotel is always an amazing experience and we look forward to coming back soon. Thankyou to all housekeeping staff too, we truly were looked after.

Room 755 water heater didn’t work And so the intercom to call reception
