This was our second stay at Al Ghurair, and once again it was a wonderful experience. Although the hotel itself was closed, we were generously upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom apartment, which made our stay even more comfortable. The level of care and attention we received was exceptional—from the housekeeping team to the restaurant staff at breakfast (especially Mr Nityam), who kindly prepared delicious pancakes for the kids. We truly felt well looked after throughout our stay and will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Dubai.

We had a wonderful time at Swissôtel Living Al Ghurair. The facilities are top-notch—my son spent most of his time enjoying the pool, while I was able to make full use of the gym and the excellent building amenities. The atmosphere is very family-friendly, and we felt right at home. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and active stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to commend the excellent service provided by the staff. Raiza was especially kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank the manager on duty (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name ) for his professionalism and support in ensuring everything ran smoothly during my stay. While taking breakfast in the restaurant ,I really appreciate the services that they provide. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a very relaxing and pleasant experience overall. I truly appreciate the effort and hospitality of the entire team and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
