Hi Team Everything was perfect except the cleaning staff. Every day the towels provided to us either had a thin hair or wasn't really that clean. Secondly our tissue papers weren't filled back again, third the washbasin wasn't cleaned that well. Also once the pot of master bedroom seemed to be used when we came back. I totally understand that we are on sustainable environment however in the stay of 8 nights our bedsheets and everything remained same no change. And in the middle of few days i used the vanity kit from the washroom it wasn't either replaced or kept at the shelf so yeah wasn't really satisfied with the cleaning team this time. Your concierge was amazing there is this guy Tanveer who helped me alot Regards

Having direct indoor access to the Al Ghurair Centre meant we could easily pop into the mall for dining, shopping, or picking up essentials at the massive Carrefour supermarket without ever having to step out into the intense midday heat. The property’s shared amenities kept the whole family entertained. The 4th-floor outdoor pool feels like a tropical oasis tucked away in the city, providing a great space for the kids to splash around while the adults relaxed. Across the board, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and highly attentive to our needs as a family especially Tanveer at the concierge & Khatir and Ali for valet car parking. The only reason this stay fell just short of a perfect 10/10 was the heavy peak-hour traffic in Deira. Getting taxis or rideshares during rush hour can try your patience, so we highly recommend utilizing the nearby Metro line whenever you are heading down towards Downtown Dubai or Dubai Marina. Additionally, the lobby can get quite busy and the check-in process felt a bit slow during peak family arrival hours in the afternoon.Despite the area's minor traffic bottlenecks, the sheer space of the two-bedroom apartment, the unbeatable mall connectivity, and the family-friendly atmosphere make Swissôtel Living Al Ghurair an outstanding, high-value premium choice. We would absolutely stay here again on our next family trip to Dubai.
