I just need to check my things left in the room 1357, checked out Dec-27, on the washing machine , and please keep it for me I will come to bring in my next trip . your front desk service is better than before , but I lost a small lap top in my previous trip

Fantastic experience! Requests and problems were quickly resolved. Employees were friendly from the front desk to housekeepers. Living Environment was clean. I have stayed at Grand Canyon Apts and DAMAC properties in the past. My experience with Swissotel was the best. I lack words to quantify it. I will recommend this hotel to anyone within my class of expectations and whoever desires excellent and comfortable accommodation during a planned vacation. My sister who resides in London loved it as well and she’s already planning a 2nd trip with her family in May.
