My experience at the hotel was utterly disappointing. Despite booking directly through their website, the level of miscommunication was staggering. While Maklouf attempted to assist us beyond expectations, the management's unhelpfulness and insistence on overcharging tarnished our stay from the start. Despite arranging a late checkout due to our spa booking, we were incessantly hassled and made to feel like nuisances. The lack of internal communication among staff exacerbated the situation, with repeated interruptions despite prior arrangements. The accusation of damaging a safe upon our return, coupled with a demand for payment, felt like a blatant cash grab. Despite our longstanding loyalty to Swissotel, the treatment we received was appalling. From begging for basic amenities like water and towels to enduring subpar service during breakfast, the overall experience was marred by incompetence and indifference. Waiting half an hour for utensils and being told to fetch our own coffee for my elderly grandmother epitomized the extent of the staff's negligence. In sum, this was an abysmal experience that fell far short of the standards expected from a reputable hotel chain like Swissotel.

Several times I have stayed in this hotel. I chose it because of its suitable location (close to airport, and MRT) and reasonable price. Need to improve service, to do cleaning at convenient time, and during check will be great to let check in earlier, especially rooms was available.

The staffs are very accommodating. The room was spacious that we were able to make our bonding experience memorable. The hotel is connected to Al Ghurair Mall which makes is accessible to everything. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

The whole building smelled bad, from the minute I walked into the lobby and through the corridors all the way till I reached the smelly pillows. Although sometimes, there was some boukhoor odor in the lobby, it did not hide the miserable odor. It was a big mistake to cover corridors with carpet that absorbed bad odor. No one made me aware of the beach access through a shuttle bus and the swimming pool was not warm enough. I could not swim. I will never stay in this hotel again, hopefully. The only good advantage of this hotel is its location adjacent to the mall and supermarket in addition to the roomy space of the apartment. Some of the staff members were so sweet such as Gracious in the room service section and Romeo from the Housekeeping Section.
