Have been staying in Accor Hotels in Saudi, Turkey and Singapore. Unfortunately, poor experience despite using the member route (should have used booking.com): 1. Bad Housekeeping, pretty much just a tick in the box on daily basis. There was a grease stain on the study table for my entire stay it wasn't cleaned. That's just one example. 2. Room service was just OK. 3. Front desk staff was least helpful, wanted 50-100 Riyals to be changed to AED as I had to pay for taxi. No help whatsoever and told that accounts staff is not here can't help. On the contrary Pullman Singapore has a self service exchange machine within their premises. 4. I paid extra for early check-in and late check out. However, due to an urgent business requirement I had to travel to another country immediately, I requested if I could be refunded for the remaining nights if not full partial at the very least given I am an Accor member and always patronise the brand, also had paid substantial extra amount already however turned down my request twice.

The location is good for business. It is within walking distance from Sharjah Expo. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. It is walking distance from a hypermarket and other supermarkets.

I stayed at the Sharjah Novotel as a guest of the Book Fair. That was my 4th time there and I must say I enjoyed it a lot. The stuff was extremely helpful, the hotel services were very good and the room clean and comfortable.

Not liked it i was lived here twice in 2021year it was good at that time even the staff also but this time it was bad experience .
