It's a great feeling to stay in this hotel. It's maintained very clean & neat which is extremely important. The view is beautiful. Staffs are very much welcoming. Rooms sizes are big enough. The design & fitout of the rooms have been done nicely in a modern manner with beautiful color pallette from white & gray all the way to red accents. Bathrooms design is nice & they are well equipped & are maintained very clean. Swimming pool & sauna in level 1 are something I appreciate the most among the hotel amenities. Car park space is neat, spaces for car park & routes to move & maneuver in there, are extremely comfortable. External design of building is appealing. Restaurant in ground floor is nicely arranged, it has a large space for a hotel in that scale. There are plenty of options for food with variety of different cuisines. The food is fresh, generous portion, tasty & arranged in plates nicely. For buffet breakfast too, there are plenty of options to choose from. There is coffee shop in ground floor too & I love specifically double shot espresso there, smoothies are tasty though, too. All above & surely plenty more which I didn't explain here, it gives you the feeling of being at home, the feeling of belonging to that space & the hotel. Without exaggeration, every time I'm in the town & even I have no plan to stay in the hotel, I'd like to pass by to sit there for a while, take a coffee and enjoy the environment. It's really calming to be in the hotel. I absolutely, recommend that staying in the hotel if you are coming as a visitor. Or even if you are a resident, it's nice sometimes over a weekend or a long holiday, just skip everything else in the city & stay in the hotel for refreshing. Meanwhile, that the hotel is located in the heart of the city, you still can find peace of mind, moments of silence & being just calm in the hotel.

We had a very good stay at Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre and really enjoyed our time there. The swimming pool was one of our favourite parts of the stay. We used it and really loved it. The lifeguard was polite, attentive, and professional. Breakfast at the hotel was convenient and enjoyable. The basement parking was very convenient and made coming and going easy. Overall, the hotel was comfortable and well maintained, and we would happily stay again. There was nothing major to complain about during our stay.

The mattress was uncomfortable as i booked double bed and you gave two single mattresses, despite of things missing like praying mat, hair dryer and specially toothpaste and brush other things and services are satisfactory.

Overall it was a good experience despite that the room was smelly or smoke is coming from upper floor and the carpet was not clean but reception was helpful and room was changed
