Room number 502 Ac not working properly. And hot water issue 1011 room number. Breakfast Good. Over experience is v.good staff response is good

The hotel is not up to standard. The room itself was fine. However the bathroom showers did not work and had no water pressure. The TV had only two English channels which is not sufficient for a world wide chain. Breakfast options were quite limited and even the buffet on most days was not ready even half hour after the buffet opening time. The hotel had no access to car hire services other than contacting the local taxi operator. For a business hotel - the standards are not appropriate.

There was mold in washroom wall next to the door. Basic amneties like tooth brush kit in washroom was missing. The room had complementary kettle but only with black tea. No coffee or creamer. We had a much better stay in a 2 bedroom suite for two nights in around 700 AED in Novotel Makkah. So it was dissappointing to have this experience.

It’s clear to see why this particular Novotel has a 4.9/5 rating. Having just completed my 2nd stay at this hotel I cannot praise the team and property enough. FOH F&B & Housekeeping maintain an impeccably high standard from start to . Extremely comfortable beds, spacious room and good amenities. No request was or has ever been too much. I feel like I spend my life in hotels due to my work so I can confidently say this team are trained to a 5* standard reveller only by Raffles and Fairmont within the Accor estate. The property is a high quality 4* and priced appropriately. Highly recommend! My deepest gratitude to the breakfast team in their entirety and outlets manager. With an additional special mention to 5* beautiful souls on reception who make me feel like I’m returning home every day - Sharon, Sumera & Osman. A real credit to not only Accor but to Hospitality as an industry! Thank you! Thomas DW
