I stayed on the occasion of the publishers conference organized by SIBF. All Staff in every spot, meals, hygene, cleaness, design, house keeping quality, evrything was great.

All staff at the Restaurant, Parking, front desk, Gym, every one was so respectful, kind and gentle. I had a best experience human wise. Thank you very much. Just One thing, Shower room in Gym and in my room smelled humidity(sewege?) and my room was quite humid even I had conditionner turned on all day. In gym there were a lot of small bugs flying in the shower room and smelled sewege for sure. I'd appreciate it if the sauna is open 24h or longer in time and warmer. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you.

Location was good for the expo but not fir access to other services facilities. Housekeeping was problematic as room not serviced at all one of the days we were there.
