The hotel is located in a very busy area with a lots of ongoing construction, which contributes to heavy traffic and makes getting around quite inconvenient. The rooms are of a reasonable size, but ventilation could be better. Unfortunately, we noticed a damp smell coming from the carpets, which affected our overall comfort during the stay. On a positive note, the bathroom was very clean and well maintained.The children really enjoyed the swimming pool and the PlayStation room, which were great additions to our stay and helped keep them entertained. However it will be nice if they consider adding a soft play room for toddlers. The highlight of our stay was definitely the exceptional breakfast and the friendly, helpful staff. A special thank you to the kitchen team, particularly Abdallah and the lovely lady whose name I unfortunately cannot remember. They were incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable during breakfast. Overall, while the hotel has some areas that need improvement, the excellent breakfast, clean bathroom and warm hospitality of the staff were the positives that stood out most.

The Hotel is well Located. Am not sure about other rooms but the room is was allocated particularly had poor lighting and carpet was stained it was not very pleasant to look at. If the Hotel can work on improving the rooms and carpet also had a abit of a funnt smell aswell.

We have amazing rooms, clean and well kept. Food was delicious too. Even the service staff did an amazing job. The only problems we had was 1) the ac temperature kept going up in the night which made the room hot and interrupting our sleep and 2) the door stopper was too exposed, we kept stubbing our toe on it as it was in the way of the cupboards.

The room air conditioner was not operating good and the sound of the ac was really loud the carpets was really dirty and the couch also was dirty the service was good but the hotel is not clean enough
