The cleanliness of the room and the solution to the air conditioning problem in the first room by suggesting that I be moved to another room by Mr. Ramadan, who came personally to check the air conditioning and help me move my belongings. This is due to his kindness, humility, and professionalism at work. Also, the Filipino reception team and Mr. Hossam had a role in all the problem and listening to me. Notes Finally, I want to extend my respect to the cleaning team, who was always smiling and asking about cleaning the room and welcoming them beautifully and repeatedly. 2nd trip to Dubai and as expected a pleasant stay at Ibis, all staff are very welcoming. Had to mention the pretty Ms. Su Lae always welcomes you with a smile, excellent customer service. Special thanks also to staff Eugene, Junior, and Ramandan. Will be coming back here again.

- Really friendly staffs execpt one or two - Good location - Printer and desktop computer are prefect specifically for business travelers - Friendly room keepers - Better to have one laundry room somewhere in the floors or even better at the roof top with some washing machines the same as some other hotels such as J5. Obviously when somebody chooses IBIS it is also because of financial concerns and is not ready to pay for hotel laundry services sometimes more than the room rate each day. - I asked to receive a plate with cutlery from receptionist but he forwarded me to the restaurant where they did not care despite that they accepted the order at the beginning. - The flooring carpets needs to be dry cleaned every now and then - The wall between rooms is very thin and not only has not isolated the rooms and you can hear the others and obviously the others hear you but also when the guest in other room opens the door the air pressure move the wall between the two rooms some millimeters so that when you are leaning against the wall you move some millimeters forward which I saw for the first time in hotels worldwide. My room no was 920, may be this room has problem but it is a funny behavior of the wall which may be actually is not a wall and is a simple wooden partition. The safe is very small so that you can not put your laptop inside. - You smell something like Sulphur when you use toilet washing hose, flash tank or wash basin (sink). I guess it may be originated from the sink hole or waste water system. - The shower base was broken and as a mechanical engineer I could fix the shower in the right position to use it. Others may have to adjust their bodies below the shower to be able to use it. - The air extraction system in the bathrooms is not powerful enough so that it is nearly impossible to dry your socks inside the bathroom and they remained wetty even after two or three days. - The out door area for smoking, opposite the reception, where also designed with a nice man made water fall is very very hot in summers, so you smoke while you dresses completely wet due to sweat. You can put two or three out door fans in different positions to circulate the air. Despite the area is not in sunshine but the temperature was around 45 degree in some days. - Due to my business travel plan I had to rebook and extend my stays 5 or 6 times and despite that I use ALL app and introduced my credit card, the reception ask me to go downstairs each time for payment and signature while they could collect my signature from the file and also deduct from my credit card. I had to also register again to hotel wifi on all my devices each time i extend my stays. - The room cards is broken very frequent due to their materials which is paper and you have to come back to the reception to redefine the card or replace it while you can use a long lasting pvc card that can be used several times even for months. Check in was welcoming and warm, Miss Pragya from reception gave us good experience. Bar was nice, Eranda from bar gave good service, was nice and friendly. Room was clean and services were fast. Overall experience was very good and would recommend other people too.
