I got hurt in the wash room and I clearly explained security personnel, house keeping staff and security manager that there is an extension to the wash basin base and the purpose of it was not clear. I got hurt when I was changing clothes and there was blood which I had control using tissues. My trousers also got spoiled that day and the next because of this. When requested that house keeping stand should keep some small towel if that is what this extension jas been created, no action has been taken and had to stay the same way fearing if I may hurt myself again for the next 3 nights. I stayed in room no 651. I hope this kind of feedback is taken seriously and acted upon.

The team here were amazing, so happy that I stayed there for the past almost 2 months. Cleaning was thorough, the boys were following proper guidelines and I'm proud of them. The only issue I had was with the breakfast, as one of the sales team told me that my stay comes with breakfast but the hotel manager told me there's no breakfast! So I never actually tried the breakfast.

I had to warm up my food and when the concierge Houssain handed me a pen. The pen wrote really well and I liked it. I told him it was a great pen and he should share where I could get one because I wanted to buy for myself. Instead he gave me the pen for free. This was such a great gesture and I truly appreciated it. I had a great conversation with the manager Emmanuel who also happens to be a Nigerian. I also discovered my dad had stayed there just about 3 weeks before I did. So I guess Ibis Al Rigga is family then! I would like to confirm that my point for sustainability and saving water was also added to my account.
