I arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. and was informed that check-in time was too early, requiring an additional payment of 100. Since I have a flight in the afternoon and will be checking out before 2 p.m., I explained my situation to them, but they insisted on charging me anyway. I would like to ask if this is reasonable. In fact, when I originally booked the ibis in Golden Street online, I was not informed about this policy at all. I ended up at Al Rigga due to an error in my online reservation. The bedding in the room is also damp.

The hotel was very clean and nice. However, unlike other hotels where toiletries and basic supplies are readily available in the room, we had to call and request items such as coffee, sugar, bedroom slippers, and toothbrushes each time we needed them. The air conditioner was also not cold enough, especially during the day. It was not completely uncomfortable, but it could have been better. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had a great time during our stay overall.
