Bad points outweigh the good points: Supposed no-smoking hotel but the moment I entered room 501 I smelled smoke. Apparently the posted fine is not enough to deter smoking. Sheets and pillows are of poor quality synthetic fabric so not comfortable to sleep on. (Fortunately, I brought my own sheets to sleep on - maroon color in photo#1.) Plastic feel. Refrigerator does not cool well and has no freezer -- just an old emptied minibar. No glass mugs for tea/coffee - just paper cups. Bought some take away and asked for a plate and knife but after 10pm the restaurant closes and the kitchen is locked up. I had to buy a croissant from Costa Coffee open to 1130pm to get a plate and knife. Located in Central Sharjah but all around are just fast food places and cheap-end restaurants (Gulf and South Indian cuisine) with no place I really would want to dine at. I noticed (good ears - overheard conversation) the walk in price for a King room quoted a walk-in customer was cheaper than what I paid through bookings. In the future, better for me to call a hotel in the UAE from Bahrain rather than use bookings. No bell-hop to help lug bags upon arrival. No soap bars in bathroom - just useless foam. (See foam dispenser in Photo#3 upper left corner) Good points: Smooth check-in / check out. Indian lady receptionist was friendly. She offered to change my room (see reason below) but I declined as I needed to find some place to eat before restaurants start to close at 11pm. She helped me connect to the internet on my Huawei phone after getting that stupid QR-code that often appears when connecting to the internet in hotels in the UAE. Elevators worked, Enough space in room to comfortably place my baggage. (See Photo 5) Furniture in the room was adequate. (See Photo 4) Bathroom was small but clean. (See Photos 3&4) Two bottles of complementary mineral water were provided. On check out, someone from Security helped me with my bags. Best part: leaving. By chance there was a taxi waiting in front of the hotel upon my check out. About 15-20 minute ride to airport on a non-work (Sunday) morning.

Fantastic place, lovely staff reception Mr. Pankaj, miss sabina, Mr salim extremely highly quality service is what I can say Restaurent superb staff khadeejah and saleh very very helpful including sushma Chefs omran and mohamed a thumbs up to them The house keeping staff also very friendly and extremely helpful also fast I have stayed for over 3 weeks extremely satisfied no complaints
