The overall experience was nice, except one thing, during my stay there was a general weather situation, and for two times I couldn’t reach to the hotel to do the payment for the day extension, I already informed the employee that i will pay the time that I could reach to the hotel , but they keep pushing to do the payment or they can help me by removing the stuff from the room which is not a solution as my stuff are not picked. So, next time I will wish if you can consider the abnormal situations and support your clients.
