I stayed at the Ibis Sharjah for 15 days with my wife and 2-year-old daughter, and I can firmly say I will never return. While the room itself was "okay," the overall service and hospitality were some of the worst I have experienced in the UAE. 1. Lack of Accor Gold Member Recognition: As an Accor Gold member, I expected at least a basic room upgrade. When I requested this, the staff was dismissive, stating that Ibis hotels are "excluded" from upgrades and that the membership is essentially useless at this property. If you are a loyalty member, don’t expect any perks here. 2. Poor Amenities: The bathroom setup was subpar. There were no proper toiletries; only a single multi-purpose handwash meant to be used for hair, body, and hands. For a 15-day stay, this is unacceptable. 3. Constant Room Key Failures: The locking system was a nightmare. Our keys deactivated constantly. On 3–4 separate occasions, we had to return to reception to reactivate them. One night, I arrived at 2 AM with a crying daughter and dead phone, only to be locked out. Another time, my wife was stuck with our daughter and shopping bags. It was a massive recurring inconvenience. 4. Terrible Check-out Experience: The final straw was the check-out. With three large suitcases, two carry-ons, and a stroller, I called reception multiple times for assistance with luggage. No one answered. I had to drag everything to the lobby myself in multiple trips. Even after complaining at the desk, they "pretended" to call security to help, but no one ever showed up. 5.Safety Concerns for Women: The most concerning part of our stay was the local environment. While my wife was out shopping, someone from the area misbehaved with her. I do not consider this location safe for women or families. If you value the safety and comfort of your family, I strongly suggest staying in Dubai instead. Conclusion: I usually stay in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and have never faced such poor hospitality. I thought I would give Sharjah a try, but this hotel proved that was a mistake. If you value service, amenities, or loyalty recognition, stay elsewhere. Very bad experience.

Had a good stay at the hotel for 5 days with family of 12 people. Property is good, price is good , space is good and most of all the bed quality is good. The thing which we did not like was that the coffee glasses in the room were neither cleaned nor replaced. Rest all was very good satisfactory.

I had a wonderful experience at ibis Styles Hotel. The stay was truly amazing from check-in to check-out. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-organized, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. A special thank you to Hagar from the reception, she was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. She made the whole experience even better with her positive attitude and excellent service.

This was my fifth stay in Ibis styles Sharjah and as always the experience was excellent . Ms Ann (hope spelling the write name) was very polite and supportive . Love to stay here again and again.
