Not a hotel to use for the family.. very tired hotel. Staff were ok but the building is well due a refurb. Lifts slow & not enough of them.. location ok for business but not for holidays. I would not book this hotel if I had been paying myself.

Cleaning and Food was extremely bad. Rest is good.

Room cleaning service was extremely bad. Some guys are not wearing hand gloves and some are not changing their gloves in between room to room. Due to this covid, they also need to be careful. Food was also very bad. Room facility, reception service and all else were good.

im staying in the hotel since 2019 continuously, the status is good otherwise i ill not be here ; however the continues problems that i suffer from are below 2 points :- 1- very hard and unknown and difficult process to get quota to do new reservation and discuss the prices for the long stay , every time i need to suffer to do that , it is all it depend on the sales man and if he is not here the life should stop and even he usually don't have the ability to offer something for the people who stay for long period like in my case 2- I Recently started to feel there is degradation of service , very limited number of employees in the reception where they always busy , and if u need to call the reception it is impossible that smb can answer your call recently 3- everytime i found my points are not added on the loyalty programme then im forced to go through very hard process to add them for example , my point from 26 oct 2020 till now are not added , and my points from 04-April to 18 July 2020 are not added as well !!!

I arrived to a quiet lobby that quickly because busy. My temperature was taken. There was a mix up with my booking. My team and I are so busy that we do not know if we're coming or going. I was with ibis for 14 days ,and its been perfect .Theres one thing that could enhance the experience though,clearing of the crowd of street side people always embarked on the steps at the entrance and the stray cat .
