The hotel is nice and staff is very helpful. Mr Pankaj is very helpful at front desk upon checkin. We love stay at Ibis it's my 3 visit in ibis..... The breakfast is nice and staff at brekfast is also very humble

I am a regular guest of the property.. Receptionist “ PANKAJ “ is like friend to me now.. he always tries his best to sort the issues that I am facing.. staffs are very friendly.. For me the property is like 2nd home. I only to stay there whenever I goto sharjah..

Actually because I like Accor too much and want the best for them I have few points, I’m not complaining just advising, first you have to change furniture look like old hotel before, the smell inside hotel not good, need to clean the hotel properly especially the elevator, lobby and rooms too, some of area very hot in hotel Ac off, I saw cockroach too, actually staff not professional like another hotel I visited under Accor group, they are not smiling u can’t feel they are happy to serve you, breakfast was ok, and the service slowly and less than normal, even in reception side they dedicated from my account Extra money like normal hotel rate not Accor what I booked through app with discount, I have visited Ibis Hotel in different places all were good, But this is the worst ibis Sharjah one, so please take care of this hotel, I’m planning to visit them monthly as I have laser appointment but now I can’t actually will see something else like Novotel or Pullman in Sharjah. Thank you
