The breakfast team was amazing specially Precious and Suzan thank you . And Alvina at the front desk is a great help . Overall the experience at the hotel was fascinating . Spacious rooms and the location being near taksim square makes it one of the best options

For the price we paid, our stay was excellent. Bed was comfortable, restaurant was good, breakfast was excellent. And location was great. Our only complaint was the constant sewer smell in the bathroom. It was bad. We had to keep the door closed the whole time, otherwise it would invade the rest of the room. Hope they can find a way to fix that or at least mask it.

Once I arrived at the hotel, there was no porter to collect my luggage which is the only negative thing I would say. Was greeted by Abdul who was very kind and attentive to my needs. Hotel was overall clean and had lots of facilities such as Gym, sauna etc which is free to use til 10pm. Pool is heated and indoors. My room itself was upgraded which looked like an apartment from Manhattan with floor to ceiling windows. Amazing place to stay in Takshim a lot of things near by so good location. Overall great experience and would defo worth going again. Thank you Abdul for all your hard work and making my stay memorable. See you next year maybe
