This hotel is very good cause it's located near taksim Rooms in anex building are so small and not well decorated as a 5star hotel But the Rooms in the main building are perfect and looks 5star Really a big thank to Suzan &Seher&Yakup They were so friendly to us every morning in breakfast! At the end the breakfast buffet is so simple and no variety of foods At all!

positives: amazing shower with good pressure, bedding and pillows are great, quality of the soaps, shampoos and lotions) which are congruent with the theme of the hamam. the conceirge at the checkout was lovely and gave us 2 postcards and a small galata tower token. Omer (one of the front reception staff) was exceptional at making conversation and giving us his small insights into photography and travel around the city. neutral: nil presence of bedroom slippers noting that the weather can be colder and flooring is non-carpeted (resolved by informing the conceirge) negatives: lack of personalisation to the room/city, the mini-bar to the coffee/tea choices were not turkish inspired (or at least part turkish): eg, instant turkish coffee or turkish nespresso pods. the coffee capsules provided, some were dented, and generally had a rather flat taste. the kettle we noticed were scaling as well. slight discolourations to be noted on the sofas too. typically in other properties (not accord based). when staying in a suite room there would be at least a small amenity to highlight the city or the welcoming of the guests (eg: a refresher drink on checking in, or a fruit or 2, maybe a sweet/chocolate/pastry in the room) that would be nice (in this case: perhaps 2 turkish delights, or a pomegranate juice, or a even a handwritten note on where to get a good turkish coffee would have made it more personable). we found the nuts and the mentos confusing, thought it was complimentary as it was at the top and not in the fridge(we knew the fridge was definitely chargeable), ended up accidentally opening the nuts which was chargeable (which was ok, but some of the nuts turned out to be slightly stale/flat already). it would have been good to include that 30 minutes of the hamam is complimentary on the booking site (we did not know that until we asked the front counter how the hamam works before finding out we have 30 minutes use of the steam room). Overall for a small hotel, noting that there is significantly less ammenities than a larger scale property. it would be good to focus more on the small things to keep guests coming back
