I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Exceptional staff, professionals. Very kind, the hotel is very clean and elegant. We also went and had dinner at the restaurant, where we were greeted by very attentive waiters and a warm atmosphere. The food was very tasty. After we finished eating dinner, Chef Emir made us a surprise and brought us a cheesecake cake with oranges and mango on the house. It was the best cake I've eaten in my life. We also thank the waiter Ylmaz for his professionalism and attention to detail. Also we have arder food with rooms service at midnight as we arrived very late in Istanbul.Food was impeccabile,tasty and very nice presentation. 5***** for The Elysium Taksim.

Arrived at the hotel and was offered a free upgrade room from a twin to a duplex room on the top floor, the room and hotel was so clean and smelt fresh. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious with lots of choice.

The space in the corridors and common areas smelled damp, the aging of the rooms was noticeable, especially in the case of sanitary ware, they were stingy in recharging sanitary items such as soap, the space for eating breakfast was limited and it was usually a challenge to find a place. There is not much variety in the breakfast items, but most of them are fresh and delicious. The staff are kind and generally fluent in English. Be prepared for hard walks, especially when you have luggage with you, because the entrance to the hotel is located on a slope. Overall, the experience was far from a 5-star hotel.

We were so tired after a day around Istanbul we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. We were not disappointed the service was fast and polite (Thanks to Yilmaz) and the food was excellent. I ordered spaghetti Bolognaise it was cooked to perfection the pasta was perfect and the sauce would rival those in Italy. We also had the meatballs which were so rich and tasty and it was all thanks to the talented Chef Emir. Who came out of the kitchen after our meet seeking feedback on his cooking which was refreshing as he wanted to be the best he could be. Thanks for the amazing meal
