The location, cleanliness, and overall experience were excellent. My room was particularly well maintained by Ms. Süreyya, who did a wonderful job and truly made me feel at home. The breakfast was also very good. However, I encountered an unfortunate issue with the concierge service. I had left a gift bag containing chocolates at the concierge desk for a colleague who was attending the same meeting and staying at the hotel. I clearly provided the room number, and the staff member took a photo of the bag and noted the details. Despite this, the bag was never delivered. I only discovered this after checking with my colleague, who confirmed that he had not received anything. When I followed up, I was informed that the bag had been delivered to another room. This explanation is difficult to accept, as the bag included a card with my name and institutional affiliation, which should have made any error immediately noticeable and correctable. While I appreciate that the hotel kindly provided my colleague with a replacement before his departure, I was disappointed that no one reached out to me directly to explain the situation or offer an apology, despite my multiple follow-up calls. For a five-star hotel, such a lapse in handling a simple and basic request is not acceptable.

Great stay, very safe and beautiful location. Attentive staff. One small point would be around understanding of English by some restaurant staff which led to mix up with drinks or drinks not served at all at breakfast and dinner.
