I recently booked a stay at your hotel for my sisters, who came to visit me in Istanbul. I specifically chose your property because of your reputation for luxury and exceptional service. Before their arrival, I personally visited the hotel to ensure that a graduation surprise would be arranged for my sister. I was assured multiple times that a note and a small celebration (including a cake) would be prepared. Unfortunately, upon their arrival, the surprise was not arranged and no cake was provided, despite the repeated confirmations. This was very disappointing, especially as it was an important and meaningful occasion for us. Additionally, the booking clearly stated that Nickelodeon access was included, but we were surprised to learn that it will not open until the 28th. When I asked the reception, they informed me that they would inform the management, but we did not receive any follow-up afterward. Overall, the experience and the attitude at the reception did not meet the level of service we expected from a luxury hotel such as Rixos. This has left us quite dissatisfied. I kindly request that you review this situation and provide clarification regarding the missed arrangements and the misleading information in the booking. I would appreciate it if you could offer an appropriate solution or compensation for the inconvenience caused.
