I arrived at 4 PM. There was a delay in the check-in process. They said there was no reservation. Then they said there was a reservation and the mistake was with our reservations department. So what good did that do me?! Finally, they said sorry after I asked them to apologize. So far, the staff has been a very unpleasant experience, except for the sister who showed me to the room; she was kind. It's an experience I won't repeat, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

We were waiting for the room while the hotel has many rooms available the previous day. We have waited from 10 AM to 3 pm for the room.

It is very bad experience, Our privacy has been breached. Hotel employees have inter our room 1:30AM while we were sleeping. Then they escaped when my wife start shouting.
