Rooms have to be renovated, very old, door is not opening well, I for men hair on my pillow. I asked to book a restaurant for me no one didn’t reply. It’s good for family, because do kids club, that it’s the one good! I also didn’t like that I couldn’t get orange fresh no where

Have traveled a lot and stayed at a lot of exceptional hotels but this Rixos is very special 🤍 can’t wait to be back

Eren from reception is rude, while i was at the desk trying to ask something he said things like “i wont deal with this right now if they dont like the room they can leave” thinking that i wont understand, after my check out an amount from minibar was charged to my card without my information (which i didnt use) i called hotel about this no one replied back to me. we really liked the room and the upgrade and we are thankful for that but other than that it wasnt what i expected from rixos

Excellent interior desing, extremely clean rooms, lovely staffs.

Will recommend to all. Entire area feels like another city, with pristine shops and things to do.

Perfect hotel but the lights on the room is too dark

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and the hotel itself was excellent. The room, facilities, cleanliness, and overall experience were very good. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The reception desk was consistently crowded, and I believe additional staff would help reduce waiting times and provide faster service. During check-out, there was some confusion regarding my bills and charges. The billing process was not very clear, which made me concerned about the possibility of being charged twice. I also noticed that some restaurant and café staff seemed uncertain about the payment procedures. On one occasion, I was asked to pay by card while I had already signed the bill, creating unnecessary confusion. Another point concerns the ice cream station. Ice cream was available during breakfast, but when I visited at other times during my stay, the policy was not clearly explained. On my last day, when the hotel became busier, I was suddenly informed that there would be a charge. This was confusing, as I had understood it to be complimentary. In addition, it would be nice if the hotel offered more complimentary snacks or refreshments in common areas such as the lobby or pool area, as this would further enhance the guest experience. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the efforts of the hotel team. With some improvements in reception staffing and billing/payment procedures, the experience could be even better.

We booked it for a two nights for a layover. Bathroom have had a very bad odor, but we were really exhausted after flight,to bring up this concern, on the next day odor became much more noticeable. We brought up it up to the front desk, housekeeping team tried to resolve it with odor refresher, than plumbing team came in, and then housekeeping manager decided to switch a room at the end of the day. We’ve got upgraded room which is good. But took us half a day to resolve this issue. Other than that very friendly staff and good customers service.

luxurios hotel, the area is great but all the places and resturants near the hotel are very expensive. overall it was a great staying and we loved the hotel and the facilities we loved the pool but i wish that there werent a lots, a lot of dead insects and mosquitoes deep in the pool on the ground

There are some outstanding employees from Rixos, whom I would like to acknowledge that have made my stay memorable. Firstly, Rabia in the Reception was very courteous, professional and made everything so easy. Fatih was an attentive, accommodating and excellent supervisor who provided great customer service throughout the whole period of my stay. A special thank you to Malak and Hala working in Housekeeping department. They were kind and friendly, ensuring that the cleanliness, comfort and maintenance of my room was up to scratch at all times during my stay. On the other hand, I was disappointed with the services provided by Ozge, who is a waiter. Unfortunately, the service she has offered me was not as friendly as from other employees of the hotel.

Hi This is my second time in Rixos tersane First time last year i came with mom & Dad This time we came 16 family members To be honest The service this time wasnt good, waiters and waitresses are a bit rude during breakfast time. I requested extra bed in the room one day before arrival and upon checkin They delivered and set the extra bed at 12 in the night my kids were really tired and sleepy Bathroom flooded multiple times , The rooms should be cleaned to the level of five stars Cleanliness wasnt wow! Tersane is an amazing location but if u dont keep the level of service up to the level you will loose customers , this is a constructive feedback from a loyal customer Cheers

The hotel services expriance was not good totaly disapointing. Check in took us 3 hours because the room was not ready although we sent a early morning that we will be arriving sharp 3 PM exact check in time. The hotel staff refused to let us in for the open areas in the resturants (Velena and Josephine) if no lunch or dinner is reserved including the pool side while all tables are empty and clearly not fully reserved. If people sneak in no one cares but if you come through the main entrance of these locations the front staff refuse to let in. The worest scenario is when each area says you should go to the other venue but none allowed us in. As a guest staying in the hotel we should be able to use the facilities even if no table is reserved considering this is an isolated area and guests have limited options. Although there were a good number of nice and polite staff members in the reciption and the concierge but we noticed that the waiters ask you how to help but they walk away before you finish your statement which indicates lack of respect. Forgets your order or takes along time to provide the service even during low number of guests arround.

I’ll skip to the elephant in the room that must be tackled: - Understaffed with rushed subpar service Housekeeping and room service 1) Housekeeping kept forgetting our shower towels (3 out of 7 nights!) 2) Ran out of conditioner and body wash for 3 days; no one noticed or refilled 3) sink was partially clogged and had no response although I requested 4 times even twice personally in the reception 4) Curtains was broken and wasn’t fixed despite requesting 4 times as well Otherwise, the staff were kind and friendly; I just wish there was better attention to details and responding seriously to major issues! Breakfast buffet 5) very understaffed; staff were doing their best and running around, yet couldn’t compensate for the shortage. Otherwise: Facilities are nice, atmosphere is amazing, food variety and taste is spectacular, and staff are friendly.

Everything was very satisfying and pleasing starting from how the employees treated us while checking in to the point of leaving the hotel my only two concerns are 1- I am paying a good price for the room and I expect to have a complementary valet parking and I don't need to pay extra for a third-party and that should be included in the price of the room that I'm paying for. 2- even though there was pillow menu that I can choose from yet they were almost identical and the same , for two nights I've tried to ask for a different pillow types, but I kept receiving the same( I was trying to find a thick pillow that would actually suit people with disc ). Other that these two points everything was AMAZING and will definitely come back again

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, the services were great, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The highlight of our stay was definitely the access to Nickelodeon for the kid, which made the experience extra special for our family. We would happily stay here again.
