I stayed here for two nights with a friend and had a wonderful experience. The doormen and front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Talha and Sofia at the front desk were especially helpful and gave us great advice about the city. Their warmth and hospitality made our stay in Istanbul even more memorable.

The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport options. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were generally professional and helpful during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and housekeeping standards were satisfactory throughout. The hotel facilities met expectations and contributed to an overall pleasant stay. However, one concern that remains unresolved is the security deposit. It has now been over a week since checkout, and the deposit has still not been refunded or cleared. This delay is disappointing and causes unnecessary inconvenience, especially as no damages or outstanding charges were incurred during my stay. Clear communication and faster processing of deposit refunds would significantly improve the guest experience. While the stay itself was enjoyable, timely handling of financial matters is important, and I hope the hotel addresses this issue promptly.

Please kindly note that the amount taken at check-in is a pre-authorization hold rather than a charge. Upon departure, this hold is released by the hotel; however, the time it takes for the amount to reflect back on your available credit limit depends on your bank’s processing procedures. As of today, only five days have passed since your check-out. The release process typically takes 7–14 business days and, in some cases, may extend up to 21 business days, depending on the bank. As there were no damages or outstanding charges on your account, the authorization has been released from our side. If the amount is not reflected after the indicated period, we kindly recommend contacting your bank for further clarification. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, as clear communication is essential to a seamless guest experience. We stayed at this hotel with my 5-year-old daughter and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families, as it offers Nickelodeon access for the whole family, which made our stay extra fun and memorable. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm attitude truly made us feel at home. Everything was well-organized, clean, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!
