I was booked 4 rooms with partial view room but there is two sides of the views one of them nice and the other one no at all, the left side which I stayed in it should not as classify as partial view because the view on mall was disappointed even the recipient not helpful to find me as least one room with nice view.

Absolutely disgraceful. Rixos Tersane is hands down the worst value-for-money hotel I’ve ever experienced in Istanbul. They charge premium, luxury-level prices, but the service and standards are nowhere near luxury. I was staying alone, yet instead of providing one proper double bed, they put me in a room with two small twin beds and act like that’s completely normal. For the amount of money they charge, this is embarrassing. There is no proper hotel parking. They’ve outsourced it to a private lot. So after paying an absurd amount for the room, you’re expected to pay extra just to park your car. That’s not luxury — that’s nickel-and-diming guests. The rooms are covered in fancy marble, but it’s all surface-level show. The sound insulation is terrible — you can hear everything. The air conditioning is so loud it feels like you’re sleeping next to a generator. Comfort clearly wasn’t a priority. On top of that, there is a noticeable unpleasant smell in the hotel throughout the day, with people constantly coming and going. For a property positioning itself as luxury, this is unacceptable. They also placed a hold of over $3,000 on my card despite explicitly asking them not to. That amount still hasn’t been released. For a hotel at this price level, this kind of financial handling is extremely unprofessional and concerning. To make matters worse, many of the staff seem inexperienced and poorly trained. Basic hospitality standards are simply missing. This hotel does NOT justify its pricing in any way. It’s all image, no substance. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. In Istanbul, at this price point, there are countless truly excellent hotels that actually understand what luxury and hospitality mean. Don’t waste your money here.
