Good stay but when I checked in , there was water leaking and causing mold, I ask for change the room and extra time and effort to change .. also I experienced my family person dead and I need to check out early, the hotel refused refund me the extra night

The hotel staff was helpful with everything and they were very kind, I left the hotel early in the morning before breakfast, but they prepared a sandwich and coffee for me at the reception 😊

Honestly, my experience at this hotel was wonderful. The staff were kind, wonderful, and helpful, especially Mohammed Obeidat and Kamella. The cleanliness was excellent, the breakfast buffet was comprehensive, and all the services at the hotel were more than wonderful.
