Our stay at the Sebel Manly has been a wonderful experience. It was particularly so due to the amazing service provided by Victoria and Tia. These two ladies are a testament to client service, as they went above and beyond to make up for a booking misunderstanding. Thank you! We will most definitely come back.

We experienced a problem on two occasions with a lack of hot water to the bathroom. However, in both instances the maintenance person was extremely helpful and prompt and fixed the problem. We understand that some problems will almost certainly exist, however, our hot water situation was handled in a very professional manner. We also had a issue with the TV remote control unit, and once again your IT person was extremely helpful and resolved it on the spot. Sometimes it's not about the problems but how they are fixed or handled. Regards, Keith D.

The room was a basic as you could get, no coffee making, had 2 cups 1 tea spoon , no plates, cheap furniture and decor. Could have been much better if they tried.
