We experienced a problem on two occasions with a lack of hot water to the bathroom. However, in both instances the maintenance person was extremely helpful and prompt and fixed the problem. We understand that some problems will almost certainly exist, however, our hot water situation was handled in a very professional manner. We also had a issue with the TV remote control unit, and once again your IT person was extremely helpful and resolved it on the spot. Sometimes it's not about the problems but how they are fixed or handled. Regards, Keith D.

The room was a basic as you could get, no coffee making, had 2 cups 1 tea spoon , no plates, cheap furniture and decor. Could have been much better if they tried.

Helpful check in staff. Only comment would be that website stated check in 3.00pm documentation given on arrival stated 4.00pm. Website needs amending. We arrived at 3.30pm and room wasn’t ready. Nonetheless reception helpful and room was ready earlier

There was really only one thing that I wasn’t happy with and that was the quality of the tea provided. It was very weak and tasteless. I really enjoy having my morning and evening cuppa but had to use two teabags to get even the slightest taste out of it. Something I will bring to your attention is the wiring in one of the bedside lamps. It gave the distinct impression the wiring was faulty because the light kept going on and off each time it was touched or moved. Also some bottles of water would have been appreciated.

We stayed in the South Tower. Access is via a closed restaurant, the toilets and the garbage bins in the back lane. It should not be sold as part of the Sebel Hotel.

A bit dated and have to walk down a back alley to acces

Check in service and staff were fine. The room was out the back. Did not like having to access via an alley way with garbage trucks and bins. Did not feel overly safe when returning from a conference dinner. The room was a bit dated and did not smell very fresh. I think the carpet could do with a good steam clean.

I stay at the Sebel Manly when I am in Sydney for business as my office location is on the northern beaches. Such a great location with access to the beach and all required ammenities. The attached restuarant/bar however does not cater to hotel patrons and has not done so for some time - this remains a short fall of this hotel.
