As a returning guest and a valued Accor member of more than 20 years, I am particularly disappointed to hear that this stay did not reflect either your previous experience with us or the standard you reasonably expected. The cleanliness concerns you have described are certainly not what we want a guest to encounter. The dust throughout the apartment, condition of the bathroom, soap residue and issues with the shower should all have been identified and addressed prior to your arrival. I have shared your comments with our Housekeeping team so these areas can be followed up directly. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the in-room coffee offering. We continually review our guest amenities, and your comparison with other Accor properties is valuable feedback for us to consider as we look at where we can improve the overall room experience. While we are fortunate to have our location and views, these should complement a well-presented and comfortable apartment – they should never be relied upon to compensate for shortcomings in the fundamentals of a guest's stay. I am genuinely sorry that on this occasion we have left a returning guest feeling that they would not choose to stay with us again. Thank you for being candid about your experience.
