We had a fantastic time staying with firstly the Manly Sebel and then later Peppers. The staff were friendly and efficient and only too happy to help. We will definitely be back at some point

satisfactory but expensive ($600/night) considering the poor quality room (403), not to expected Peppers standard.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and provided top service. Excellent reception reception area, good location. The room (403) needs a total refurbishment to be at Peppers expected standard. I rate the room at a 3 star suburban motel standard. The bathroom lighting was inadequate over the wash basin and bath, the bathroom door had to be left open to ventilate, the shower wall mounted holding device was loose in the wall, the shower/bath hot and cold water taps need replacing - difficult to operate and turn off to stop dripping. The shower door leaked shower water onto bathroom floor and could not be adjusted - it had to held closed with a towel. The air conditioning controls difficult to set and the temp setting does not indicate the correct temperature. The TV is mounted too low for the bed watch and lounge viewing. Needs to be 500mm higher.

Lovely greeting on arrival and throughout stay ,couldn't fault the staff .What a great location in Manley close to the beach and two blocks from the ferry and shops a very enjoyable holiday thank you all very much.

The location is lovely, but I was disappointed by the reception staff's attitude upon check-in. When I inquired about Accor membership benefits, they dismissed it as irrelevant to this hotel. During the booking process, I was informed that I could use my Accor gift card at a nearby Accor restaurant. However, upon check-in, I was told that no such restaurant exists and that no membership benefits, including welcome drinks, would be honored. Additionally, when I asked about the late checkout benefit, it was denied outright without even checking the system for availability. I was simply told that the policy is subject to availability. With checkout at 11 a.m. and check-in at 3 p.m., I fail to understand how all rooms could be serviced at same time not permitting for even an hour late checkout. The room itself was disappointing. The shower and room smelled of mold and both me n my son got quickly run down with nasal allergy due to it, the chairs were rusty, and the sofa bed had a dangerous sharp, pointy corner poking out at the bottom right end. We had to cover it with bags to prevent our toddler from injuring himself. Finally, the lack of an onsite breakfast option was also a letdown. Thankfully, we only stayed for two nights, but the overall experience was far from what I expected.
