We love the location and always enjoy the view from the deluxe studio. This time we were fortunate to have a room with laundry facilities which we found great. Not so good was the awful smell in our room right from day 1. We spoke to reception and were given some deodorising spray which only helped for a short time. The smell was like a dog smell and it was constant. We figured it was the carpet that just wasn't clean, a vacuum only will not rid the dirt etc, so we recommend the carpet in the studio has a deep steam clean. On a positive note the staff were all friendly and we enjoyed our stay overall, thank you.

There was an issue with drainage in the shower. We complained twice and nothing happened. There was a bad smell in the hallway and inside our door.

Attentative staff from begining to departure. Rang me ahead of schedule as I indicated I might arrive early. Was advised our room was ready. Spoilt us with chocolates and bubbles for our anniversary. I left very early on my departure date and a staff member was on duty and we handed over our tags at 2.am. Amazing people.
