Staff friendly. Rooms need a more quality up grade chairs and lounge uncomfortable need to be better quality. Smaller table, current table too chunky. Install a Murphy bed and get rid of pull out bed for a more comfy lounge.

I booked Peppers last minute after having to leave another hotel after an extremely unsatisfactory stay. The staff had my room ready early so I could check in and recover. They were kind and helpful. The room was large and comfortable with everything we needed. It would be a 10 if there was breakfast or cafe onsite and room service.
