Took 45 mins and had to try 2 rooms to get in due to no reception after 6pm. Had I realised this I would not have booked.

I have stayed at The Sebel Sydney Chatswood many times, but this recent visit fell short of the high standards I’ve come to expect. In the past, the 24-hour concierge and well-stocked amenities made for a seamless stay. This time, however, I ran out of essentials like toilet paper in the middle of the night, only to find the concierge was closed until morning. Having to go downstairs daily to request basic items that used to be standard was a significant inconvenience. While not a dealbreaker, the decline in service compared to previous stays was disappointing.

The TV in the bedroom did not work, we checked in just after 6pm and the check-in process took half an hour. This was one of the worst check-in experiences we have ever had. However the location was great and the view was amazing! The room was very big and we appreciated this.
