Is the Sebel part of the Accor program or not? Not one mention of it or any loyalty benefits provided at any stage during this visit. The staff engagement with guests is really quite pathetic. Post Covid I have not gone across one member of staff who genuinely wants to help guests. On check out early in the morning the overnight manager was not at reception and was only prepared to speak by phone. I asked for a copy of my bill to be emailed which was not done, I then followed up with an email requesting this again. Nothing received of course. Please don’t send me another follow up to this review saying what I’ve raised will be looked into. Nothing changes and the standards continue to deteriorate.

Rooms were very old and worn,, service at front desk was terrible .breakfast was a hamper in fridge which we never ate ,wooden plank to cover floor near pool was extremely dangerous

This was the second time staying at this hotel. Staff were very friendly. We love the location however felt that the room was quite rundown especially given we were paying more than $350 per night for our family of 4. Holes patched in door, plus other patching that was very obvious. Also, TV wasn’t able to stream so that was frustrating and I sent an email 3 days ago and have had no response.

Stayed here before and was impressed, but was disappointed by the facilities this time.
