We have stay at Thr Sebel in Chatswood a number of times as its location is good. Don’t expect a luxury stay as it needs the rooms as starting to look tired. But the beds are comfortable and it is clean. The view to across to the city is always good.

No housekeeping services. One of the lights in the room was flickering, when reported to front desk about the same - i was told that we are short of staff and we can't do anything about it. Breakfast provided didn't match the star rating you claim you are. Highly dissatisfied. More so it was a business trip and the hotel didn't even accept the corp Amex Card. very strange!!

Incredibly convenient location right next door to Westfield. Lovely lobby area. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was quite rundown and old. Needed a refurb majorly. The apartment itself was really spacious but the old and rundown furniture just made it feel slightly dirty.

Perfect location with shopping and eating right out the front door, but with all you need to have a quiet meal at home if you prefer. Better still was the short train ride into the heart of the city, with the station just around the corner and trains leaving every 6 minutes or so. This was our second stay, and we didn’t consider going elsewhere.
