Poor as because of events outside my control visitors failed to arrive They were driving from Darwin and experienced car issues which forced cancellation of trip Accept i booked non refundable package but not asking for refund but thought as ACCOR Gold Member might have received some sympathy and been offered a credit Told by very unfriendly Accor person basically "rules are rules" Seems relationship is one way street which is very disappointing Am reviewing my position in the so called Accor family

Booked 2 nights with breakfast & welcome drinks in 2 bedroom Apartment. Breakfast was a box of cereal & UHT milk & a muesli bar. No Accor member drink & when we asked they gave us a bottle of $5.50 red wine. The main bed was broken when we advised reception was advised they don’t do maintenance on weekends. Worst Accor hotel

Older rooms in need of renovation and deep clean however the view is amazing and it is close to Royal North Shore Hospital. The staff are friendly and it’s right next door to Westfield Chatswood, short walk to markets stalls and train station.

Despite a central location this apartment was very noisy due to proximity to trains. It was also dirty. Floors, bench tops and cupboards had visible black dirt, grease and dirty marks. We asked for the floor and kitchen benches to be cleaned but did not see evidence of this. Paint work throughout was chipped and the whole place looked in need of renovation and new furniture. The corridor smelt of stale cooking which seeped into the apartment. The sheets and towels were clean and fresh and beds were comfortable.

Comfortable and functional, not glitzy but it feels like home. Booking secured by Amex, but not accepted for payment which was problematic, but beyond that seems to have been a pretty seamless stay.
