My biggest beef was the car park. I was assigned a space…which I could not locate. There are VERY few spaces for hotel guests, and the ground numbers very difficult to see from inside the car. I ended up parking in an empty space and hoping for the best. Overall, it took the better part of an hour from the time I entered the car park until I got to my room. Next time I will park elsewhere.

The spa and sauna were not working and we were woken by construction noises coming from the adjacent apartment. The breakfast was just a box of products. I canceled it before it arrived.

For the price, very disappointing rooms not serviced. Shower was old with difficult sliding doors, carpet was atrocious and the sofa was unusable. A shame, the room was a nice layout and could have been so comfortable.
