The location of the Sebel is good - that's about it Our room was not clean, and the staff were not friendly or helpful

The location was great and the customer service on check in was very good. Unfortunately, there was a lot that let this stay down... I had booked a room that included breakfast - I tied to find details of the breakfast offering on the Accor booking website and Google, but I couldn't, but trusted a 4.5 star hotel with the Sebel name had something more than a shelf-stable box of items - there wasn't even coffee! I didn't necessarily have high expectations of the breakfast, but that was far lower than I could have expected. The room was very tired - a small TV and VHS in the living area, a TV in the main room, but not other TV's in the 2 other rooms. No back on the TV remote, generally broken/damaged fixings. The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing, so some more positives. Overall, there were some very nice aspects, but also some very disappointing aspects. Please stop offering the breakfast - this is not a suitable breakfast option for a Sebel hotel.
