Difficult to complete a review of my stay this time as I only stayed in the room for around 2 hours after checking in and parking my vehicle. I then checked out of the Sebel. I heard the Covid 19 update from the Premier about an 1 or so after checking in and decided to cancel my meetings, check out of the Sebel and return home to the country due to the unknown but escalating Covid 19 issues.

Room clean. great size. plenty of pillows and blankets. shower better than expected. I couldn't figure out the aircon to make it warmer? no matter what i tried it was non responsive. i thought parking was included in price but was an extra $25 on top.

The unit was an excellent size, with a large living/dining area, well appointed kitchen with everything needed to stay with the family and a huge main bedroom. Having two bathrooms and a laundry made it ideal for a family, as did the heated indoor pool.

The balcony was full of paints, ladder and some other construction tools.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. The property is undergoing upgrade works to the building's facade. The upgrade does consist of remedial concrete repairs which may seem dirty and unpleasant, although these works are to ensure the property is kept to a high standard and to create a great experience for all our guests. We have implemented ALLSafe measures to prevent risk during the pandemic which includes limitation of touch points in rooms, including items such as tea & coffee. Although, I was disheartened to hear that you had to ask twice before receiving these, I am truly sorry. Staff friendly. I object to being charged extra by using a credit card. We all use a credit card today, you probably do not even accept a cheque today..For business people using a credit card keeps track of their expenses. You would be better to charge a few dollars extra in your room rate.

Poor checkin experience, didn’t have All membership on file, even though I phoned and updated the day before, no recognition as Platinum member, missed a night’s accommodation at checkin therefore paying on checking out making business expenses difficult to reconcile. Still no points or nights added to All account. Overall a disappointing experience.

I was surprised that there was nothing available in the room, not even coffee. If there isnt a mini bar then at least have snacks/drinks available to purchase through reception

Booked on line with Booking.com for a 3 bedroom apartment with balcony When we arrived the lift didnt work Given tea supplies for 1 person each The balcony was blocked off with cement bags stacked against a dirty window, scaffolding and tools , No view but at least being Saturday there were no men on the balcony! No indication on the phone as to what no to dial for reception so rang in direct and left a message as the phone had been diverted to a mobile but no one rang back Breakfast inadequate

We paid for breakfast $14 per adult per night and received cereal, milk and a popper. Only booked this hotel fon the breakfast and balcony and our balcony was out of order. arrived at 2pm, our room was not ready so had to sit in lobby with 3 kids for almost an hour until room was ready for us to go in. When get finally got into room where was long black hairs left in the bathroom and realised we had no balcony. The whole stay was very disappointing. Will not be staying her again and would not recommend stating here.

We were only here for one night but would happily stay here again. The two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was spacious and the staff were helpful. It was in a fabulous location to shopping a even a nice food market on the Friday night was a nice way to relax in our room after a long day! Beds were comfortable and if staying longer the kitchen was well appointed
