There was no-one on reception when we arrived & had to call a number to check in, which took longer than I expected. The room was comfy, but a little dated. I’ve been charged twice for the room well. Good points - bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good and great proximity to public transport and Westfield.

Disappointed that the pool was under construction and was not advised of this at time of booking. Also had no working oven or exhaust fan in the apartment which made prepping meals impossible

We are very disappointed with our stay We checked in on Monday to find a mouldy coffee plunger. Fridge and freezer needed a clean. We reported empty hand soap dispenser and housekeeping did not turn up. By Wednesday, housekeeping again did not turn up to refill our hand soap in spite of another telephone call reminder. Other than the location.there is nothing attractive about this accommodation,
