I booked this hotel through All Accor app. As a gold memeber, we didn’t get benefits from this hotel: no welcome drink , no early check in or late checkout etc . The room is not even ready at the guaranteed check in time. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments. Rooms are poorly cleaned and maintained. Both rooms are out of body wash, there are 6 body wash bottles in both rooms , all of them are empty. We raised issues to the Reception. She said it would be delivered, but nothing was ever provided, even by checkout. We have to go out and purchase from supermarket. What a joke!

Not sure if its a Sebel thing, sorry to be blunt but this is absolutely not a 4.5 star standard hotel. It's 2.5 at best. I've stayed at Ibis budget hotels that are nicer. Ok the view was amazing, the private balcony massive, loved that, very spacious inside the apartment, beds and linen were good. Recreation area on level 7 was nice. Location is excellent right opposite Westfield and the train station. .. But the room itself is in need of renovation. The furniture is worn, particularly the sofa in the main living area definitely past its best (broken). The styling and decor very dated. Bathrooms looked old and in need of a refresh, shower leaked water all on to the bathroom floor. The kitchen is old, all the coffee supplied was decaf, there was no milk provided, not even complimentary water (as an Accor member with status might expect) nor a water jug for the fridge. The inside of the dishwasher was filthy. No soap in the ensuite, and almost empty in the main. Reception was unattended almost every time I went past. No loyalty recognition on arrival, no welcome drink, not even a restaurant or breakfast option as mentioned in the booking portal. Well under the standards I expect from Accor and I certainly would think twice before selecting the Sebel brand next time.

The good thing about the apartment is the location, close to the shopping centre and station. Reception staff are polite. The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived. Toilets, kitchen were dirty. There were insufficient amenities including handwashing liquid. We ended up buying our own laundry and dishwashing soap and powder. Kitchen utensils were also inadequate to cook a full meal. Towels were dirty/stained. Furniture is old, chairs and carpet were stained. It’s understandable that New year period is a busy period but for the rates we paid, we expected at least a clean apartment upon arrival. Overall, below average experience.
