Because surgery waiting lists are organised at short notice it is really difficult to find last minute accommodation close to the hospital. Mecure St Leonard's was our last minute option. And they were wonderful, easy, comfortable and a relief. After a 5 hour drive they were "God Sent"

We specifically requested a quiet room but were placed in the back corner next to a group booking so were disturbed with guests visiting each other noisily and slamming doors until very late, waking us. Our first 2 visits to this hotel were fantastic, the last 2 were so noisy. Paying $25 for a car park when we paid over $300 for one night is a bit rich. The main attraction, apart from location to medical facilities, is the fantastic restaurant and their service.

It was one of our busiest nights, and we completely understand how disappointing this must have been. We had a very comfortable five night stay at the Mercure. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are buses on the doorstep and a train station a quick bus ride or 20 minute walk away. What more could you ask for! It was a perfect stay.

We stayed at the Mercure Greenwich due to its convenient location to the North Shore Specialist Day Hospital. The Mercure Greenwich is also adjacent to public transport 'Bus Stops' which made it very convenient to get around the locality.
