Beautiful resort and spent the day at the beach with dinner onsite and a ghost walking tour. Food at the BoilerHouse was delicious and well priced. All the staff we interacted with were informative and lovely. What was frustrating was the couple in the next room had music playing until late and sat outside on the communal walkway talking loud, drinking and smoking (it’s a non smoking property) A disrespectful guest can really ruin the vibe

The stay was fantastic, the only thing I can give constructive feedback about was the wait times on the shuttles. With a toddler we were at times waiting over half an hour for a shuttle and this was a challenge with a small child.

I stayed with my daughter. The 24/7 shuttle bus service was excellent, although we walked around most of the time. All the staff at reception, the café, the restaurant, and the visitor centre were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the history tour (Martin ? was excellent) and the kayaking—our first experience of it. The food and service at the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was very good as well.
