I have stayed with accor for many years and it is usually a special treat to stay at a pullman. However this time there were not many staff and they were not as helpful as they should have been. the outside areas were not clean, I know we live in the tropics but the pool was full of leaves every day, the railings and the rooftop area we had as part of the appartment were very dirty. I was very disappointed as i had planned a celebration for the whole family 3 x appartments for my mothers 90th birthday, used all of my member for a day certificates, and spend a lot of money. there was a dead kangaroo very close to the hotels walkway to the beach, this was not removed at all during the 3 days we were there even though you could clearly smell it. I had to go and investigate in case if was a dead person! the restaurant was understaffed, and the food not up to standard. They would not bring a dessert with a candle out for my mother unless we all ordered the same dessert, so we had nothing special for her birthday. OVERALL EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING, I WILL THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE RENEWING MY MEMBERSHIP

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the main pool. We found the apartment to be clean. Easy access to cafes and restaurants plus access to the beach. We’d book again if staying in Palm Cove.
