Check in was nice and smooth, we got upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment with our Gold Accor Plus status. Staff was lovely, shout out to Kenji especially, he has been there every time we have visited and his service is always exceptional!! The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, although the spa bath/ shower was quite small. Was disappointed as we were not aware buffet breakfast was not available due to low season, and the restaurant was only open 1 night out of our 3 night stay.

A long awaited girls weekend catch-up. We stayed in a 3 bedroom rooftop apartment which was unfortunately quite run down. The were numerous appliances and equipment not working, or working well below what they are supposed to. It was clear this apartment was not often rented as it was not well cleaned and inside the dishwasher was very smelly and there was green some in its soap dispenser. The staff were very attentive when things were brought to their attention but it was a disappointment and didn't meet our expectations.

Great stay with the family to visit relatives for a 70th birthday. The resort was beautiful. Downsides were Buffet breakfast was not provided it was a small menu to choose from, the dryer in our apartment didn’t work and in room dining wasn’t available for one of our evenings there- I assumed it was due to the wedding being held there but no one informed the guests. Nice location and kids loved the swimming pools.
