Our time at the premier hotel in Palm Cove was both relaxing and enjoyable. The ample undercover parking facility was very much appreciated as was the number of lifts leading to all levels. The reception personnel were pleasant and polite and ensured any questions asked were addressed confidently. Our upgrade of a two bedroom unit was very much appreciated, very spacious with the master bedroom well appointed with views of the pools and outdoor restaurant facilities. Both our in house dining followed by a varied breakfast menu were much to our liking The expansive buildings ensured no crowding. Congratulations to General Manager Jess James in the manner in which the motel infrastructure is maintained and the leadership she provided towards her valued staff. Our personal gift of a tropical fruit platter to be washed down with a white wine was taking in our very comfortable surrounds after our drive from Townsville. We look forward to a return visit on our new venture to Far North Queensland

The staff were lovely. However they all seemed stressed with catering issues. The bedroom was not soundproof and I was woken a lot by other guests in the evening and morning.

The resort is nicely located a short distance from the main road through Palm Cove. The room was nice but small. You had to sit on the bed to watch tv as there was no table/chairs in the main part of the room. There was a narrow table with a chair in the hallway which I used as a desk. There is little privacy as the room faced other rooms with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors to the balcony. There were blinds on each window but they didn't match up so there was always open space for light to come in. The pools look nice, however, they were full of leaves and dead bugs. Not very enticing. The spa was wonderful. I had a very nice massage.
