Delightful 5 night night stay in a 3 bedroom pool villa. Clean, light filled rooms with multiple spaces to relax. Well maintained gardens and pools provide the tropical vibes. A great home base for exploration of the surrounding area from reef to the rainforest.

Generally a lovely hotel in a quieter location with access to the main Palm Cove "strip" an easy and flat 5 minute walk away. However, a few minor things that have resulted in a lower than 10/10 score: 1. Mini Bar advertised in room description and hotel online concierge no longer exists - disappointing when you arrive late in the evening and were hoping for a night cap before bed. 2. Bath robes mentioned in online concierge were also no existent. 3. Balcony floor could do with a good clean to prevent black feet when walking barefooted. 4. No mention of breakfast items on room service menu.

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding an incident during my stay. A staff member entered our room despite personal belongings being clearly visible in the hallway, making it evident that the room was still occupied. At the time, my friend had just stepped out of the shower and was completely naked when the staff entered. This was extremely humiliating, invasive, and embarrassing for us. We expect a basic level of privacy and care from hotel staff, and this incident fell well below that standard.
