The 3 bedroom apartment was great, even though the room appeared to have not been cleaned on in-check. There were no bathmats and milk in the fridge when we arrived. There were a number of dead bugs on the floor. A used wound dressing from the previous occupants was found above the glass shower screen. There was a dead bird on the patio which had been there for a couple of days but not discovered by us until the last day. We also found a drinking glass (not broken) in the waterfall at the plunge pool. The infrastructure is certainly looking tired. Friends booked a single room during our stay there and the locals rate of over $300 (with no offer to breakfast) does not seem local friendly at all. It was obvious management is cutting back on costs. I certainly hope it doesn't get to the point where Sea Temple closes but you certainly need to come up with something to encourage locals to stay in the off season. I hope you do better during the tourist season. Good luck. On a positive note the staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.
