OVerall location is excellent and Resort gardens are lovely. Pool bar closes early everyday (3.30-4pm) which is when you want a drink after being out all day. Resort was filthy dirt, our room had mould on the bathroom door, ceiling, etc. Took 3 days for them to address this issue. Public bathroom and reception areas are all dirty. Bathroom rooms get the rubbish pushed around with the mop. No one picked it up over the 5 nights we stayed. Had a great meal in the resturant one night but was an easy walk to town for lots of other options

The room was very small, the room was very run down with marks on the walls and chips on doorway frames and wardrobes and generally looked unclean, the curtains were FILTHY, there was nowhere to sit in the room other than on your bed or out on the balcony (could not sit there when it rained), the bed was on roller wheels and constantly moved when sitting on or sleeping, the WiFi was atrocious and despite requests for help it was not resolved, there was not even a desk to place a laptop to do some work, room service was closed when we wanted to order something to eat, at breakfast we waited half an hour for the scrambled eggs to be refilled before walking out and eating breakfast elsewhere, there was only one umbrella available when it was pouring raining and we wanted to walk to a restaurant, when checking out we requested help with our luggage but staff only left a luggage trolley outside our room and didn't assist us at all, when checking out there was no "thank you for staying" or "how was your stay" and staff never went over our room bill with us, to date we have not even received a copy of the invoice confirming what was charged to our credit card. Could not have been more disappointed with our stay.
