The location was excellent with the night markets right next door and the beautiful park and boardwalks across the street. Our apartment is in need of a tidy up. Parts of the ceiling were flaking off. Only a sheet on the bed and when I got a blanket out of the cupboard it was very musty smelling. After a good airing in the sun it was fine. The glass shower which was visible from the kitchen/lounge area felt very strange. Thank goodness for the full shower curtain! The kitchen had a constant stream of tiny ants so all food was kept in the fridge.

Can't beat the location of this hotel in Cairns. Close to heaps of restaurants and cafes, The Esplanade and local attractions. Also close to a large supermarket to get essentials for the kitchenette provided.

Great location, great bed (very important) and spacious. Dirty couch, mould on shower tiles, pubic hairs in corners on the bathroom floor, kitchen utensil draw dirty, vents dirty, and top and bottom wardrobe dirty. Some of this has been over a prolonged period. We told Reception and they came up and put sheets on the couch, cleaned outside table and replaced the shower curtain but didn’t clean anything else. Wifi quite bad, old and couldn’t live stream a movie. Stove top needs replacing.

Stayed previously, disappointed as paid for a balcony on a garden view apartment, but ended up with a patio opposite pool? ..no view & airflow non existent. If on a balcony as we paid for we would have had the breeze that occurred that night. I did request a 11 am check out for 1 of our guests & was provided, so that was a bonus..but did not get the garden view balcony..disappointed. Also sliding door to apartment was very difficult to open...staff were very good. Did not put this comment out on your platform, just want to help you improve & suggest possible changes.
