After having driven 4 hours from cape York to attend a medical appointment I was extremely disappointed when checking in to be told parking is limited. I was told “first in best dressed” and probably no parks available and street would probably full but there is a parking lot a block away. With a fractured foot- a hotel with parking was one of the main reasons I chose trilogy. Was then told website says limited- which it doesn’t after checking. Please change your website to clearly state limited parking and a reception team that is welcoming and not dismissive would be nice.
