Dated and very tired decor, this hotel is desperately in need of an update. The staff do their best, but there’s only so much you can do. There is very limited parking, the showers are terrible and the beds/ bedding uncomfortable. Decent views on there higher floors, if you can get a room. If not, avoid staying here if you can help it.

On three separate occasions is was told that the One bedroom apartment I had requested was locked in an available. As I work away for most of the year this stay was a very special occasion.for myself and my wife. The night before my stay I was informed that the appartments that I had been told for over a month was now not available. Next time please advise me 48 hours so I can cancel the booking and stay elsewhere Very disappointed with the roof given Tower 2 level 5 room 5 Air conditioning not working well no cool air to bedroom find ceiling fan not working on setting 2 to help with no air conditioning. I stay here every month and have already booked for April and May Things will need to improve
