Poor internet, room noisy and old and not helpful for business person to work. Low and dangerously plugged in refrigerator. Poor mugs and glasses. Shower poor.

Really liked the location of this hotel, as was close to cafes, resturants, shops and the sea front. Had very good pools too. Also only a short walk to bus stops to venture deeper into Cairns and surrounding area. Staff were very approachable and informative.

Having an apartment, made my stay very comfortable. Being so close to the Esplanade and restaurants also made it very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
