I understand your disappointment regarding the availability of an upgrade during your stay, particularly as an Accor member. While we always aim to recognise our members with upgrades where possible, these are subject to availability and occupancy levels at the time. I'm sorry we weren't able to provide one at first instance. I also appreciate your comments regarding the additional cost associated with the upgrade offered later in your stay. I sincerely apologise for the issues you experienced during your stay, particularly with the condition of your original accommodation. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and I'm sorry we let you down. I appreciate your understanding in relocating to an alternative room. While I'm pleased it was an improvement, I understand your disappointment that it did not provide the ocean view you were hoping for. We always do our best to accommodate guest preferences where possible, and I regret that we were unable to do so on this occasion. I also acknowledge your comments regarding the drink vouchers. As these are provided in line with the participating venue's offerings, I understand the limited selection did not suit your preferences, and I'm sorry for the disappointment this caused.
