Felt dirty old and just not comfortable was yuck - value compared to others in town for the same price and way way way nicer - im someone that stays one night every week, i was looking for a new hotel but this isnt going to be it - and then $100 deposit really

Staff are friendly and wonderful. The only bad experience we had is that the smoke alarm had gone off within 30 mins of check-in and we had to evacuate and wait outside on the Esplanade and by the time we went to Abbott St Entrance (Front Reception) to find out if we were in the right Assembly Area/Muster Point for the Fire Evac, we were told that we could go back into the building but found that our building still had the fire alarm drill going on for another 20 mins before it stopped. obviously it's not hotel/staff fault that fire alarm went off but we just didn't have enough time to see where to go to in case of fire alarm

Praise sandwich...Location is fantastic - near water, resturants and entertainment. Atmosphere - average. Room - average. The integrated cupboard door in front of fridge had a cabin hook screwed to the door in lieu of repairing the hinges and magnetic door catch as designed (low quality band aid solution). On the 5 day the room had not been serviced and needed to be requested (the humidity even with A/C was high). The All Accor internet site housekeeping policy states the rooms are serviced every 3 days. The bed sheets stunk, the overflowing rubbish bin stunk the mold in the bathroom was disgusting. I am a traveller for business and liesure and member of All Accor and am considering my liklihood of recommendation now...

My first booking was not recorded lucky I phoned up to check .It was for 5 guests but when I got there there was only a booking for 4 guests the sofa was comfortable. I would consider a revavamp of your swimming pool lots of tiles missing and those steps lots of young kids swimming into them
