I accidentally left my jumper in the hotel room- and when I called the hotel to enquire, I was promised on three different occasions that I would get a call back. I did not receive information back therefore I called a number of times, over the next few days trying to locate my jumper. The jumper was not located, even though I know that I left it there. These things happen, and it was my fault that I left it there - however, I am disappointed that I did not get the return/follow up that I was promised.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. I stayed in an ocean-view room, and the views were absolutely stunning. Waking up each morning to the sight of the ocean was a real highlight. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with plenty of room to relax. The large shower was another great feature and added to the overall comfort of the stay. Booked for a single night. Upgraded to a nice one bedroom suite with beach views. Really appreciated it. The front desk staff, especially Kim was very welcoming and easy to deal with. Car parking was not available as it was a first come first serve basis but plenty of street parking available.
