We are very sorry to hear about the musty smell, the dehumidifier issue, and the mould concerns in both the room and bathroom. This is not the standard we aim for, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for urgent follow-up. We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the parking situation. We also regret the condition of the mould you observed in both the room and bathroom areas. Regarding parking, we apologise for the inconvenience you experienced. We understand how important accessible parking is, particularly for business travellers, and we are sorry this impacted your stay.
