Room was good, but would have preferred more tea, coffee and milk in the room.

The facility is looking tired. The lift was scary another guest informed us they got stuck in it for 3hrs. The buildings looks run down. The room was very nice however. Staff at reception were nice too. The pool was dirty extremely cold, damaged and not very inviting at all.

The room did not have chair and table and no internet for the TV. On request i got a folding table and i used chair outside to do some work on my laptop. No microwave in the room but the reception staff helped me warm some food.

I stayed for 4 days, 3 nights on business. My room was very musty smelling with a small dehumidifier in the corner. On day 2 it stopped working and I had to empty it to keep it going. The collection container had black mould on it so was obviously circulating around the room. There is obviously a damp issue and they are trying to address it, but the affect breathing mould spores can have on your body is well documented. The bathroom was nice but again black mould in the grout and silicone. The parking was woefully inadequate and I ended up having to park my work vehicle on the road and pay for the luxury to do that. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There was no room cleaning... not to empty the bin or provide fresh towels (there was one tiny rail to fold a towel in half). I'm glad I didn't pay for the room because I would have gone elsewhere.
