Excellent hotel in a great central cairns location. Reception staff were all attentive and very polite and fast to answer any questions and umbrellas were supplied to help us conquer the never ending rain. Parking was safe. Again, shower in the apartment I had is not suitable for elderly or mobility impaired. Apartment itself was wonderful and clean and smelled fresh. Bead was large and comfortable. I would stay again at this mantra

Very good except that we had to wait for almost 3 hours to get the room as we arrived early - WhatsApp should be enabled to chat with the reception especially for international numbers

Great service we arrived a day early and rang to change our reservation without any problem but we never received the usual welcome package
