I understand that you have put a request for all your bookings for a specific room allocations however, these cannot be guaranteed. Indeed, due to external factors such as owner stays or maintenance issue for example, these are part of the reasons that we never guarantee preferences. We have definitely a note on file regarding your preference and will always try our best as much as we can to accommodate however we also have to consider other factors and sometimes these are out of our control. Regarding the room that you were assigned, I am sorry that there was some issue and we thought doing well by giving you this room as it has beautiful water views as well.
