The staff were all accommodating and provided information about spots and attractions. There were no toiletries available like toothbrush. You also need to request tea and milk from the receptionist. I am allergic to dust and my nose could smell dust. The room was clean but I guess the dust is under the bed. It needs thorough vacuuming.

A well located and comfortable spacious apartment. It made Cairns cbd and beach front all walkable to restaurants, galleries, biardwslk, pool, piers. I had a perfect view over the water from my balcony.

I traveled with a number of colleagues who are not all Accor members and were offered upgrades. I am a gold member and was not offered an upgrade and placed in a substandard room.

The reception staff was lovely. The room was basic and functional. The aircon was set at a perfect temperature. But no microwave — disappointing. NO LAUNDRY facilities — like NONE. Parking was dismal and will be the ONE reason I will NEVER go back to Mantra Trilogy.

It is not great. I have left things behind on a number of occasions and when I ask to follow up am told that they cannot find the item which is strange. I also had very inconsiderate, noisy neighbours. The room had cockroaches and they don't offer to clean. Nowhere to sit to actually eat your meal or work a part from the bed. No utensils to eat and no option for netflix.

Room and building were nice and clean and bright. Well located in relation to foreshore and city restaurants. Front desk effective and friendly. Parking was a Plus. Seemed that building owner needed to invest in some maintenance. For example; tiles missing on pool, missing section of pool fence. Not clear to me to me what the building model is; selling apartments or running a hotel.
