the room was not clean. the bed was lumpy, the room smelt so strongly of Teatree that it constantly gave me a headache. there was not tea or coffee in the room.

Just want say sadly during a fire alarm our evacuation was a mess...! Little follow up directions, only a few of us evacuated, we ended up in the UG car park and had no idea where to go, not staff to be seen to assist and if it was a fire we panicked as we then could not find exit from the car park..! We went back into the stair well and ended up out on the esplanade. Just I and one other guy from LV 7, no staff or fire warden, we then walked around the block to reception who seemed shocked to hear what we heard over the PA, that we did evacuate and by then fire brigade had arrived and seemed false alarm. Can we go back to our rooms, can we use lifts etc no firm or guiding answer... Not good enough and when we could not find our way out of the car park we did worry and kept saying if there was a fire we would be in trouble. Please feel free to call me if you doubt this or want my input.. Adrian

multiple cockroaches in my room and i had to get my key reset 5 times (3 times in one day) I had to sleep with ear plugs as the air con was so loud
