The Reef House Adults Retreat Palm Cove is absolutely beautiful. The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The two beautiful pools have many lounges surrounding them with waiter service at the push of a button. The meals at the resort are so beautifully presented and are delicious. We cannot speak more highly of this wonderful resort.

What a wonderful location to celebrate a birthday. I am in love with the Reef House Palm Cove where all the stresses of life leave me as I enter this very iconic destination. The breeze from the Coral Sea envelopes me. The most beautiful Melaleuca trees which are thousands of years old guard the entrance to the resort. Can. you imagine the history behind these beautiful trees. It is the calm of the Reef House which is so special. At breakfast I am enjoying Queensland tropical fruit or a hearty breakfast. In the evening I am enjoying a candle lit dinner. The staff are attentive and very friendly with many of them coming from all over the world to work in this iconic destination. I have come to know management very well due to the number of times I have returned to this resort. It meets all my expectations. I would like to sincerely thank the General Manager Wayne and his 2 senior staff - Karolina and Cedric. This is an Iconic Australian destination to relax and rejuvenate

What can I say.....have been to the Reef House many times. In fact we keep going back. Celebrated my sister's birthday in December and we are returning again for my birthday in January. I would like to give a special mention to Wayne, the General Manager and his two beautiful staff = Karolina and Cedric. These are the people that make our stay so memorable. The Reef House has a relaxing vibe and everyone is happy including the guests and staff. The new chef is friendly and has a beautiful smile. The steak I ordered was perfect. The Barramundi skin was crispy and also perfect.

The Reef House is a lovely tranquil setting to reset and recharge. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed and the beds are super comfortable. With two pools we never had any problem getting a comfortable place by the pool. Add a good spa, an excellent onsite restaurant, an abundance of free activities, excellent staff and a location across the road from the beach and you have the perfect place to stay.

Amazing place for a reset. Super relaxing and the staff are next to none, such beautiful people ready to cater for your every need. I’m vegan and gluten free and was still able to enjoy the food and other inclusions. The gelato by the pool and yummy breakfast every morning over looking the ocean was my favourite part. The rooms are so clean with such attention to detail to create a slice of heaven for the ultimate relaxation. They have bikes so you can explore the area. If you enjoy running, the esplanade is perfect for a morning jog followed by a dip in the ocean or pool. There is beach yoga, cocktail classes, reef conservation talks and so so much more! Really glad we stumbled upon this place, will definitely go back!
