Getting to Palm Cove from Cairns is an easy 25 minute drive but the atmoshere there is so relaxing. We only had 2 nights at Amphora but it provided us with a base for a special activity and time to relax with extended family and friends. The ground floor one bedroom apartment gave us easy access to the pool area and the beach. Popping over to the next apartment block was easy to catch up with my brother, his sons , partners and his 3 grandchildren .

The hotel location is great , but limited service. This hotel without its own restaurants , we need to go to near by another ALL hotel to use their restaurant, this hotel also without licensed to service alcohol " welcome drink ", they gave us water drink instead , the room also not very clean , I smelled the pillow and I saw a cockroaches in the bathroon too . I will never book this hotel again .

This facility is located in the most beautiful setting. Everything was pristine and clean. The local shops, restaurants, hotels offered a great selection for choice. The pool area was L. and catered for all big or small. The spa was set on a warm and inviting 35 degrees. There is nothing we can fault about Mantra Amphora and the staff were extremely pleasant and offered a range of activity options; but to be honest the most enjoyable days of our stay were the ones spent in and around the hotel. Certainly deserves a 5 star review.

Was disappointed aswell as called as had sickness in the house which was properly covid and I phoned to advised kids were sick. I know I booked a non refundable booking but noone was helpfull at all! We came down for my sons birthday.

Providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for every guest is incredibly important to us, and we regret that we fell short. The situation with the fifth bed arrangement is not the standard we aim to provide, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Had this been reported when you were inhouse it would have given us the opportunity to address the bedding issue. We also take cleanliness and pest control very seriously, so the issue you encountered in the kitchen is unacceptable. However in the tropics large cockroaches do occasionally find their way inside if the doors are left open. Our team has already been notified so we can address this immediately and ensure it does not happen again. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and would welcome the opportunity to make things right should you choose to stay with us again. Regards The Mantra Amphora Team

We were very pleased with everything at Mantra Amphora Palm Cove! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, pool and grounds were kept beautifully! Apartment was lovely and clean and modern.
