The room was not clean, the shutters between the bathroom and bedroom would not close allowing no privacy. No where to store suitcases, had to store them in the bath.

We enjoyed our 7 night stay. The one bedroom apartment with a view of the pool was a delight. A little dated but very clean and great value for money.

Perfect location, friendly staff and great pool. We did have an issue with the toilet, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Loved the trees around the pool area. A BBQ area would be a great addition to the pool area. We did not want to leave.

Staff were very accommodating we had a spacious one bedroom apartment clean and well maintained. The pool and grounds were also well kept. We enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel and apartments. We were staying in a hotel spa room with views to the beach. Nice room with good facilities but the bed is a put together and comfortable to a point. Pool is a great size and can accommodate lap swims of 25m. Overall a great place to stay in Palm Cove!
