The complex and registration hostess was nice. The ants in the kitchen and going across the upstairs bed and into the water set on the nightstand was problematic. We sprayed, which was awful, but they just moved on. Ant traps would have been better. We told the hostess. Once you spray, we had no paper towels to clean down the countertop with so the hostess at the registration Dave give us a few extra disposable wipe cloths, but we didn’t think it was nice to be on vacation and putting really stinky ant poisoning all over our bedroom and kitchen. This has to be an ongoing problem and I wish that I didn’t have to pay for all three nights because of the problem.

Rather not have had to pay an extra $120 for a kids bed because I couldn’t change my qantas points booking seeing the hotel wasn’t booked out. Multiple phone calls to the hotel and qantas emails achieved nothing. Seeing I booked the room with points and couldn’t upgrade with points was disappointing,
