We loved the location, the bed was comfortable, a good sized bath, a good number of foster stations and a pool with a great temperature that I could walk into without feeling cold.

Booked stating our stay was for our wedding, when checking in there was a bit of a language barrier. Explained I was hoping to have a room close with easy access for flower delivery etc. or some undercover access with the predicted 100mm rain on our wedding day but we were as far away as possible and a bit of a maze to get there. I ended up moving most of my stuff into a family member room also staying at mantra because I wouldn’t be able to walk up and down the stairs and puddles in my wedding dress and rain. Also meant moving stuff back the following morning. Asked when booking for late check out too if possible , understand need to wait to see if room was booked but advised needed to ring Saturday arvo to organise ( during our ceremony ) would have been nice to maybe have them confirm with me if possible than me having to chase up Also room was cleanish , just bit of food in freezer , hair in spa and odd things let in spots . All these things are minor and normally wouldn’t bother but added up over our stay We had 6 or so other rooms same weekend that friends stayed in and some receive special cards welcoming them for their stay which is lovely but disappointing we didn’t
