We appreciate your comments regarding the Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and the layout of the property. Guest feedback like yours is valuable and helps us identify areas where we can improve. While the design of the resort is fixed, we understand that it may not suit everyone's preferences, and we're sorry it impacted your experience. All of our apartment type rooms have full laundry facilities. Unfortunately it is only the hotel rooms that do that have laundry facilities. I do apoligise if your agent neglected to mention this to you as it is advertised on all booking platforms. The wifi is definitely a challenge at the moment and we do apologise. Unfortunately with the huge visitor numbers in the area the local wifi networks do not cope during peak periods.
