Extremely happy about the sound of ocean waves 24/7, fresh coastal air, tropical plants around my stay, even the magnificent mountains around this area, just speechless. It's an escape for a real life living. Mantra Amphora has spotless public health management, which make your stay more than just comfortable.

NO ELEVATORS! So, if you are a larger family , or cannot carry your own bags you need to book a noisy ground floor. Six sets of stairs to the top floor with heavy cases. Finding your way around this complex needs a course in navigation. So complicated! While the room is spacious, don’t expect to feel welcomed . Not even a bottle of water in the fridge, no bathroom staples like a shower cap. The check out lady at reception was rude and not helpful. They expect you to have air conditioning on at 25 degrees in humid Cairns. Way overpriced and definitely NOT 41/2 star! Where do these people get their ratings from- disappointed

The one bedroom was a fantastic size & nice view over the pool. Clean & with everything I needed for my stay. Well located for access to everything in Palm Cove. Would happily stay again.

Like some of the hotels in palm cove the rooms are very dated. Will probably try another hotel next year
