Daughter got nits. Would not move us to another room on the same day that I spent a fortune de-licing selves (a Saturday) so we moved hotels / only refunded one night not two and received a message from manager stating that lice are contracted from ‘head to head’ and that they have to clean the room at their ‘own expense’. Totally invalidated and took no accountability. Further, I used to stay at the hotel for ten nights and would receive free late check out 17:00, and was advised when checked in that I would have to pay for another night. It’s not the same now that it’s not the Ibis. Also, they have stopped customers using the laundry so one has to cart linen to the laundry mat around the corner. The cleaners now have to wash the bedding in the hotel laundry instead (trying to save money I imagine). Pool is small and there are no long lounge chairs to sunbake, only two round type of counches and other couches and there is no atmosphere. I won’t stay there again.

Good location l, walking distance to the restaurant and night market. However, the room that we booked has a moldy smell which is not good for me and my husband because we are asthmatic. We requested to changed room and luckily they moved us to a different room which is not smelly.

The staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The lack of a reading light next to the bed was disappointing as I had read previous reviews pointing out this issue. The hotel was also unable to provide ice which would have been helpful.

Front office manager Evan very rude, Abrupt and lack of customer service. I found the two rooms I booked very dirty in Bathroom. Given second two rooms that Bathroom was very old fashioned small and uncomfortable for use. Third single hotel executive room was large but without a shower screen and NO shower hose as requested. The room is missing mobile phone charging outlet near bed, No Alarm clock, No Internal phone to front desk. All would be required for rating to 4 star.
