Decent and Clean room

The room was decently new (renovated) and clean. Occasionally amenity was not set up correctly or basic items are not there (pen, notepad or laundry bags). Not big deal but if we are paying decent amount, I would expect those are set up.

Families extra night booking was missed so room was not ready. They had to have a cheaper room a. wait days for the difference to sorted. They called us the day before to pay for our extra night, didn’t take the funds anyway. Our room had all the linen taken out a. not replaced. Tea facility was not refreshed. Checking then was difficult. Not a 4 star hotel. Our floor was all up a. down like you were walking on a ship, very strange

Nice hotel but internet was terrible which made it frustrating when trying to work and hold video meetings as internet was sporadic, slow and dropped out frequently.

Check in was quick and easy, The room was clean and well prepared. The location is great, the only reason I couldn't give 10 is parking is only on the street and that was limited when we arrived
