We have stayed in various Accor hotels including Pullman, Novotel and Mercure. This Mercure provided stained bath towels, and no dental kits were available which is unusual for a hotel. We were told by reception that our room would have an ocean view however we were placed on a room overlooking the carpark and since we were told the hotel was fully booked, we couldn’t say anything. The only positive was that the staff were polite and respectful.

Staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Not enough parking available for guests, a big issue for people with physical disability. Communication about Courtesy Bus on departure was poor. I was informed I needed to contact company even though I informed staff the number provided was unavailable. Booked an Uber to take us to airport, only to receive phone call when at airport stating Courtesy Bus was at hotel to pick us up. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommend.
