The stay was amazing. Not only was the shower one of my favourite things - best hotel shower I’ve ever had, but the room was great, bed was comfortable and we couldn’t fault a thing. Moccasin was just perfect. Right across from the aquarium and best steak restaurant, but so close to all the other eateries on the esplanade. Service was lovely and the price range was perfects thanks for your hospitality. Anytime we stay at a Mercure we are always happy!

Took a while to get checked in as there was only one staff member on. She was on a phone call in the back office. It was work, but just an acknowledgement that we were there woul have been nice. Room was ok, but had the worlds smallest fridge. There was space for a bar fridge, but there was a tiny little box thing for a fridge. Outlook from room was over the back storage area. Crap everywhere including a bloke sitting there have a cigarette. Just block the view off maybe, because it looks disgusting.
