Worst stay ever

1. The family room we booked through the app became unavailable just few hours before check in and we were left with no options but to split the family into 2 separate rooms. 2. We had an appointment early on check out day, so we visited the reception at night before to check that everything is ready for tomorrow and payment came through - as booking was made through All Accor app that usually pays the money and payment shows on the bank balance in few days, the person at the reception said all good, yet next morning we had to stop at the reception and pay as payment didn't come through the app and we arrived late to our appointment. If someone said anything we could have paid from the night before. We have a silver membership and this is the first time we book through the app and yet need to pay with card in one of the hotels. 3. The lift was out of order all the time.

Regarding the payment, I would like to clarify that the All Accor app will not process any payment unless it is confirmed by the guest at the time of check-out. It appears that there was some miscommunication regarding this process, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion. We certainly understand how this affected your timing for your appointment, and we will work on improving communication to prevent such issues in the future. Lastly, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lift being out of order. We recognize the importance of this service and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Well located but internet is terrible

Room was spacious but really could use more movable hangars. Biggest gripe was the speed of The WiFi which was terrible. The WiFi was even unavailable one evening till the next morning. We were not told to use our welcome drinks vouchers on weekdays so when we tried to redeem them on the last day which was a Sunday, we could not as the restaurant was closed.

Great stay

The room was great open and large and the bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows were well passed there use by date, very lumpy and the door to the bathroom was tight and you needed to manoeuvre yourself to get in.
