Great room. Comfy bed and pillows. Fantastic shower. Well appointed with all the basics. Great pool areas. Breakfast was disappointing. Two coffee machines, one out of order, the other with the worst beans in the world-when it worked which was not often. Gym was also disappointing this time with very limited equipment. We have stayed here multiple times over the past 20 years……might be the last unfortunately

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Hotel amenities (pool, restaurant, tennis court etc.) are great and staff are fantastic and very friendly. Unfortunately the lack of lifts made it difficult for us to carry heavy luggage (young family of 4) up to and from our room which was located on the 3rd floor. Our room was a little run down in parts, with water damage in the ceiling and appliances in kitchen and laundry not having been thoroughly cleaned for some time. Given we didn’t spend much time in our room we looked past these things. Overall, hotel is in a great location in the main street of Palm Cove and within walking distance to an array of restaurants. Will visit again.

Great experience despite what some other recent reviews had suggested Check in was warm and welcoming with a lovely greeting and explanation of parking etc and what facilities were where. Super friendly hostess at breakfast where nothing was too much bother from checking in diners to sorting out the coffee machines. Room was spacious and comfortable The bed was amazing for a great sleep despite the screeching curlews Spa was very relaxing and routinely serviced. Only little detracting thing was that the bbq didn’t seem to heat up enough for cooking.
