We had an amazing stay at Peppers in Palm Cove. We were very generously upgraded to a suite with pool access and it made our stay even more special. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful and the facilities and amenities were stunning - we especially loved the lagoon pool, the rainforest sanctuary pool and the spa! We also dined at the restaurant on site, La Mesa, on several occasions and the food was delicious - I'd highly recommend the ceviche and the beef brisket tacos!

We spent 3 nights at Peppers Resort. The room was nice and comfortable and in the main very clean. The resturant was good and the breakfast was excellent. The pools! Beautiful and I loved the beach style pool with the swim up bar. However, it was some of the details that lets this resort down. I appreciate the resort is (practically) on the beach so cops the salt water, but a lot of the resturant tables were rusty and needed some attention. There were also cobwebs in the corners on the ceiling in the resturant. Some grime was on the communal walls, coridors and some doors in the residential areas and dust on the louvres in our room. These things are an easy fix and wouldn't take long to sort out. The staff however, were on point and a credit to the resort and chain. Very friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Would I stay again? Yeah, why not, it was a very good resort in the main.
