Overall, the property was great, however we felt our rooms were looking a little tired and in need of an update. We booked a spa suite and the spa was unfortunately in need of a good clean. Rooms were very quiet. Pool area was definitely a highlight.

Amenities of the hotel were great and staff very friendly. Peppers is located very centrally in Palm Cove so all restaurants etc easy to access. We had a really relaxing stay and would highly recommend a stay here.

It was good. And will definitely be back. The place just looks like it needs a good scrub and clean. Especially the outside patios and restaurant rooftop, which our room looked over. Who ever made up our room the next day did a terrible job. Our bed was poorly made and the decorative pillows were still on the floor. It didn’t feel very luxurious. The staff at the front desk were lovely, friendly and helpful. Pool bar staff a bit grumpy. The pool water temperature was extremely hot!!! Which was not refreshing at all, it would be good if you could somehow fix that.

The hotel is very nicely designed and our suite was perfect for our needs. However having no lifts or help with luggage up flights of stairs, was a struggle. The loud music from the pool bar was not conducive to a relaxing afternoon on some days. The reserving of loungers around the pool got out of control with larger families reserving loungers for their family members who were not around for hours. One time, 8 loungers were “reserved” but only 2 people were sitting there. This should be monitored more as very unfair for all other guests looking to enjoy the pool facilities and some shade. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. 3 nights was long enough but overall we enjoyed our stay.
