My partner and I had a lovely few days at Peppers. It is conveniently located across from the beach and in the middle of the main strip, steps from everything you need. Our room was at the back of the complex, a bit of a walk from reception and the pool, but it was quiet and spacious. The car park was a bonus as we had a hire car during our stay. The pool area is lovely, always plenty of seats and enough shade although the pool towels could do with an upgrade. Although the room was very comfortable, we were not particularly impressed by the cleaning as we would often return to a dirty bathroom, dirty towels or with dirty dishes still on the outdoor table. I guess the cleaners do the bare minimum (fix bed and sweep floor). The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The gym is very basic with only one treadmill and one set of dumbells, but I mostly enjoyed walking or jogging along the beach track in the mornings. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Best suited to families. Staff officious and reluctantly accommodating, but try to find reasons to say no, before yes. Rooms have no faceclothes; watered-down hand soap in shower and one chair in room and on verandah, when room for two. Not overly impressed, wouldnt stay again.

For seniors, Peppers Palm Cove has too many steps, including within the apartment, and no lifts. Doesn’t make it easy to move luggage.
