From the moment we arrived, everything felt relaxed, welcoming, and effortlessly luxurious. The resort is beautifully laid out, with lush tropical gardens, stunning pools, and that calm Palm Cove vibe that instantly makes you slow down and breathe. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed and waking up to the tropical surroundings and the gentle rhythm of the resort was pure bliss. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and within walking distance to cafés and restaurants, yet still private and peaceful enough to feel like a true escape. The pool areas were a standout serene, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. On our couple of nights we had issues with loud frogs keeping us awake. The staff were incredibly understanding and went out of their way to help, ensuring we were moved to a room where we couldn’t hear them. The way they handled it promptly, kindly, and without hesitation which genuinely made us feel looked after. The team throughout the resort were warm, friendly, and accommodating, which elevated the entire experience.

Enjoyed our stay at Peppers in palm cove. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool facilities and great food and drinks. Only areas to improve would be to have more bar staff during peak times to minimise wait times on drinks at the swim up pool bar. Can’t wait for our next stay at Peppers!

We stayed in a penthouse on the 3rd floor and it was fitted out with all you need Lagoon Pool is great, even if somewhat deeper than it needs to be at 2m deep, and the water temperature is warm. Breakfast was good (especially the pancake machine) and the fruits and Yoghurts smartly kept cool and on ice in enclosures

We love coming to the beach club and we recognise this resort as our go to for a switch off holiday.. most of the facilities were amazing however it was quite irritating having leaves and bugs stick to us in the pool water while we were socialising and enjoying cocktails. I understand that the wind can easily blow anything at anytime into the water but if theirs is an opportunity to up the pool cleanliness, it would make the place perfect, from my perspective.
