We had a great stay. The staff were fantastic and even when one or two small things weren’t quite right they went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Trent is a real asset to the team, and also the pool bar staff did an amazing job. Already planning our next stay at peppers!

Bae pass- housekeeping were rude and think they took money out of my wallet - missing 50.00 dollars on Saturday - wallet didn’t leave room so not sure where it went

I’m very concerned to hear about the allegations you’ve mentioned, and I want to assure you this is something we take extremely seriously. I would like to stress that matters involving theft are best reported immediately to the Front Desk or the Manager on Duty, so that a proper investigation can take place, and the police can be involved if necessary. Unfortunately, we have no record of this being reported during your stay, which makes it difficult to address thoroughly after the fact. I have personally spoken with my team regarding this, and they are deeply offended by the suggestion. They are committed professionals who handle lost and found items—including high-value belongings—regularly and with the utmost integrity. I can confidently say that none of the team would risk their job or reputation over something like this. I sincerely hope you’ve since located the missing funds, and if there’s any further information you’d like to share, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly so we can revisit this.
