The food at Moku restaurant was amazing. The chefs certainly do a fantastic job. I had the Kokoda, a tuna cherviche for a snack - it was perfect for my appetite. For mains it was slow cooked beef brisket- amazing, a little more of the sauce would have been great which I mentioned to the chef, the vegies were perfect and a perfect size main. Breakky the next morning, a buffet affair, also perfect with every type of eggs you want - placed, scrambled, fried, easy over. Bacon was smoky grilled and so yummy as was the mushrooms, choppolatas, tomatoes, beans, hash browns, pancakes. Servings of fruit and yoghurt, cereals. Everything perfect. If it wasn't so far away it would be a regular dinner spot for us. Service was quick too considering the amount of people. Keep up the great work all the kitchen staff.

Wasn’t the same as last year, felt budget. Last year we had so many condiments given in the hotel room, no snacks, drinks, shampoo, cue tips, lotion etc! Now it’s so budget, you had to screw it onto the wall. Pool towels are smaller and cheaper material too. You spend money to go to a 5 star hotel but didn’t feel like it this time around. Customer service could be more friendly after long flights for guests.

At Novotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We have recently changed all of our single use packages by more ecological alternatives (the big bottles against walls). We do however, still have condiments available, feel free to ask us about it and we're happy to bring some to the room. Unfortunately this is the new standard and single use plastic items will slowly disappear within the hotel. It was lovely to stay at the hotel, although I felt a couple of things need improvement. Specifically - some maintenance issues in the bathroom needed to be addressed. Also, took a while for someone to come to the desk when I was checking in - noting that it was late in the evening, that's understandable, but perhaps a desk-bell would be a good idea?

Steak night was terrible and waiter was rude and abnoxious the pool was too cold and happy hour was not really happy hour only about 2 drinks on it breakfast was $30 when we could walk across the road and get it for $15 the rug in the front foyer was filthy and last but not least as a group of 6 we didn’t really find the place to be that friendly
