I am a gold member of the Accor group and expect to be spoken to in a professional manner and not a condescending manner - I was told I had a room with a view - the view was a concrete wall and nothing more

Staff are wonderful and very helpful. So kind and quick to resolve things where they can.
Check in was delayed an additional 45mins due to capacity. Shower temperature inconsistent (suspect it’s when other units below were showering), and had a constant high pitch noise which was unpleasant. Bed comfortable and room service team absolutely wonderful. Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on as a couch (as cushions would collapse and you’d be inside the couch).
Lifts to room were efficient, guest laundry user friendly, and parking wasn’t as nightmare as it could be. Overall we would stay again, but I wouldnt spend the same amount of money for the same room again.

I was here for a work conference and I was charged for breakfast x 2 which was meant to be included. Now when I check my credit card I notice I have been charged another fee for unknown reason. I was told it would be refunded but nothing yet.

We loved our stay! Elias, checking us in was more than accommodating and super lovely to deal with. We were lucky enough to have a bit earlier of a check in, which was needed and very appreciated after our flight from Melbourne with the kids. We had a lovely interaction with another lovely lady but her name has escaped me 😞
The only downside which was probably more my booking error, we would have loved some crockery to be able to feed the kids a bit easier.
The pool was the highlight for Miss 5 who was awfully sad to leave the hotel.
Thanks for having us, we will be back again, hopefully soon!

Nice place. Good service. Beds and pillows were not that comfortable

Great location. Other than a swim up bar doesn’t offer much for the premium price. Car parking is also extra $$$ which is outrageous.
