very limited VEGAN meal choice, i have to go out of the hotel looking for lunch/dinner/breakfast. Dinner closes very early at 9.00 PM which is not convenient for us.

I have stayed here a number of times and this was the very first time I have ever run into an issue which was a shame but to be expected evenetually. We were in one of the older blocks cause of the Christmas period and the number of people and our aircon and fridge were not working correctly. Not the end of the world really but frustrating. The manager at the time was fantastic and got maintenace to have a look at it and then they were able to find a room for us. They offered to move our stuff but I wanted to do it just to make sure we had everything. I honestly had a great time here and all the staff were amazing.
