Disappointing Dated room Dark dingy wet damp outlook bottom floor Old wet outdoor chairs to a wall view and other rooms. Sliding door old difficult to slide, horrible dirty flyscreen. Dated decor Bathroom door didn't close and locked us out, had to call maintenance Shower luke warm, unpleasant. No shower cap provided Towel rail coming tilted off wall Sink initially blocked Poor room service, left bin contents in a bag on bench, didn't replace towels for 4, didn't replace toilet paper, took pool towels with no token left Bedding covers thin and unpleasant, pillows flat. Pool freezing cold, dirty outdoor cushions on seats mostly wet. Sons airpods got taken in laundry, nobody notified our room, found in laundry draw after begging reception to assist in locating them before the battery went flat. Found out day 5 of 7 complimentary coffee etc after seeing another guest with a card. Paid for coffees on previous days, not a nice feeling. Same breakfast items each day. Cold poached eggs, heavily salted hash browns. Saw bananas once. No variety in daily offerings. Kids up early 6am and late banging pool gate near the room, yelling out near lift. Listening to lift all night go bing often a trolley pushing past. Keep quiet signs should be displayed prior to 7am and from 7pm at night too as general courtesy. After staying 7 nights things become not pleasant. Door nock late by concierge with a bag trolley left for the morning. It was gone in the morning Would not pay up front for 7 nights ever again. Would have left by day 2. All items are fixable if constructive feedback is taken in a positive way.
