It was great. Location and amenities are great. Lagoon pool was enjoyed by both kids and adults. Will be visiting again soon.

Asian woman who greeted us at check-in was not very warm, but other staff seemed nice. No air conditioning in the hallways, so it was very hot when walking between our room and the lift. Bathroom could use more hooks for towels. The door to our room needed to be pulled hard to close. Room was otherwise pleasant. Breakfast buffet was fine but a very awkward layout, e.g. a row of food items with plates in the middle, when it would make more sense to have plates at the beginning of the row of food. We really enjoyed the pool.

Room was clean, beds not overly comfortable, room service food average and check in staff not overly friendly. Highlight was the beautiful lady running the Buffet Breakfast, an absolute asset to your hotel.
