The entertainment was great, the pool was nice and also the water aerobics were fun to do. Food was great and delicious the room was nice but we had to change 2 times since there were some problems, one being that the room was not cleaned. Besides from that, the staff was great. Especially this one woman who works at the front desk, I don’t know her name but she had dark brown hair, a slim build, wore a navy blue suit and I think she often works the night shifts. I had a great time apart from the room changes but I would recommend.

Although information says that this hotel had an upgrade-this stay had minimal PowerPoints-not helpful in our digital age On level 3, lift unavailable/not working for 2 days of our 3 day stay.

Very family friendly hotel with great amenities. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful to assist with any enquiries. The excellent service received from Marissa in reception did not go unnoticed as she went out of her way to accommodate for our needs.
