Reception doesn't answer call, some staff at breakfast is not supportive. Breakfast menu is monotonous. Have to ask for multiple time to clean room

Lucky for the decent pool - because everything thing else really isn’t great. From the beginning, woeful check-in experience, no loyalty welcome, no conversation or even a smile. Registration card says parking is $9, when questioning why I’m being charged $10 I got a blunt “computer says it’s $10 sorry”. Rooms are sad, tired and old, bed is rocky and uncomfortable, curtains are moldy and damp. Staff across the hotel are clearly not interested, EXCEPT 1 lady at breakfast (Melinda, Michelle, Mandy???) can’t remember her name but she embraces her own style and personality and every communication with her was a positive one. Ordered from the mid bar to get room service, the bloke had ZERO interest in a discussion. All I wanted to know is which menu I’ll be able to take advantage of my Accor discount when I got continuous abrupt responses that there is no discount on room service. Yes I know I have stayed enough in Accor hotels to know this, all I wanted to know is which menu will allow me Accor’s discount. Wrapping up with check-out, no interest in how my stay was, all I got was are you paying card? Ok bye. Will never stay here again, and I will consider reporting misinformation of pricing for your parking to the ACCC. Your registration card says $9 and you charge $10. Whilst a small amount, this is not on. This hotel needs attention from cleanliness, quality, and specifically staff engagement and training.
