High floor upgrade was welcomed looking over the pool which was nice. Great staff at the breakfast buffett desk and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Good menu options but had continual trouble charging room service back to the room so had to go down and order at the bar, bonus being the menu was better.

The room — especially the bathroom— was small, but clean. I wish we had a view of the water. The pool was a bit crowded. I would have liked to have ordered a hamburger after 6pm. But service was friendly and attentive. So, overall, a good stay.
