I visit Bali multiple times a year and I always stay at Mercure Legian. I am happy with it and totally recommend it. Staff are amazing and the 5 star is for them. The only thing that can be improved is the breakfast. Especially the chicken always is dry and terrible. I just wonder how after years visiting there this is still the case and they haven't worked how to cook it. Breakfast also lacking protein. Other than that all good. I will still go there and highly recommend this place.

Booked a suite, but it's more like an oversize studio. Comes with a double sink bathroom and large shower. Pity there was no bath to complete the package. Only issue is it fronts onto front road so a little noisy. The two pools are a treat. Either the slightly more private level 4 or one that fronts the restaurant on L1. Staff were very efficient and friendly. From this hotel it's easy to walk everywhere. It's only a 20 minute walk to Beachwalk centre.

Had a few annoying issues. Shower went hot to cold to hot burning me a few times. It got fixed but it foes get mentioned in reviews going back to January. Bathroom had the Bali sewage smell a few times but got fixed upon request. If you get a pool room try and avoid room numbers 120 to 128. Get some road noise up the corridor and into yr room. 130 upwards much better. Don't swim naked in your pool as there's 3 floors above.oops. Booked no breakfast. On checkin I was told I had breakfast included. Got to breakfast and it wasn't. Location is good being central. Staff nice. All say hello. Good off street parking if uou need it. Didn't eat there. Wasn't a bad stay wasn't a good stay.

The customer service and support we received to unexpectedly extend our stay was fabulous. However the general noise levels in both room we stayed in was high, both from general visitor noise in the hallways, and traffic noise in the second room. There was also a lot of confusion from the kitchen regarding the gluten-free options in the menu - we would order GF items but then were told they weren’t gluten-free (eg sauces used for the fresh spring rolls). There also wasn’t many GF options available in the breakfast buffet and thankfully we could get GF toast provided.

Nice hotel with a good pool and plenty of sunbeds. Rooms are a bit small but nice and the beds are super comfortable. We had a room with pool access which has a small patio for outdoor relaxation. Breakfast is very standard. Ok but not great. All in all a good solid mercure hotel

Mercure Hotel Legian is in a fabulous location and the staff are wonderful. My room was very spacious and I was happy I booked a balcony which overlooked the pool area. The pool on level 4 was fabulous! We spent most of our time here enjoying the great cocktails! Breakfast was excellent and I appreciated that it changed every 2nd day.

I always enjoy staying at mecure. This time however I had issues with the hot water not being consistent and I found the breakfast buffet to be boring and repetitive this time. Staff are always lovely and helpful. Location is perfect.
