I have stayed at Novotel’s and other places before that claim to be more up market and this hotel surpassed all expectations! It was very well located, connected to West HQ Club that had amazing food options and plenty of parking. My room was so big and spacious, comfortable bed and huge bathroom. The attention to detail was great with personalised notes in the room, welcome gift and complimentary water. Staff were friendly, the facilities were great. We had a few drinks in the restaurant which was lovely, well priced and again, staff were great. The hotel was in contact with me during my stay to reach out and ask me if I needed anything and to provide me with information. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
