The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a very late check in due to flight delays so to get a high level of service late at night was welcomed. The amenities were great having them close by meant I didn’t need to leave the complex. Definitely staying again for my next business trip!

Had a great time! Only thing I could improve was the UsB port was broken in my room which meant I couldn’t charge my phone. I had to borrow a charger from the front desk.

We arrived on a very hot weekend - the AC in the room wasn't really cooling the room. The restaurant was so hot at dinner that a lady at a nearby table passed out. The AC was fixed on the Saturday morning but the room still didn't cool down much. Reception sent someone to look at if for us. But we ended up having to go and buy a pedestal fan to make it comfortable enough to sleep the second night. Staff were very helpful. I understand these things happen - we will stay again and give it another try. The room was wonderful aside from being hot. Perhaps the AC would have been more efficient in a normal room and not a suite...
