Stayed one night but impressed with facilities and the quite spacious room. Quiet to considering it appeared to be a busy weekend. Topped off with breakfast buffet and late checkout.

alway great staying at WestHQ staff amazing but this stay the room aircon was not working and it was a very hot night in Sydney and made sleeping difficult. All other aspects of stay are great.

We love staying at Novotel Rooty Hill because it’s spacious and clean. The room types are extremely varied. Parking is not a problem. Bathroom is huge with massive walk in shower with a rain head and hand held shower heads.
