bed and pillow perfect, fast check in and out, staff that just excel to be the best customer service team ever, to help and go above and beyond, all a traveler's needs except a microwave to reheat items such as a cold coffee or reheat a left over meal, however staff offered to do this for me for a left over meal , green initiatives to save the planet

We have been staying at your hotel tor over 15 years every time to visit family and friends in Western Sydney. Since all that time we have no problems with anything but this last visit was very disappointed. The service was fantastic but the room we stayed has a few problems it has stains on the carpet, the fan that evaporates the steam from the hot shower was not functioning and the toilet seat was loosening it moves to the other side when you seat on it. The receptionist was excellent offering us another room but we decided to stay there because we are only there for one night.
