The painting in the hallway area wasn't a great experience. The paint smell was overwhelming.

For the cost of the room I was a little disappointed. The batteries didn't work in the TV remote and the TV signal was patchy at best. The USB wall socket didn't work which meant I couldn't charge some of my appliances. The snack vending machine down the corridor didn't accept payment and there wasn't another in walking distance. The breakfast was pretty average and $32. In saying this, the bed was comfortable and the staff were great but paying in excess of $200/night really wasn't worth it. I'll be looking elsewhere in the future.

Easy late evening check-in and very comfortable beds. Unfortunately breakfast offerings on Saturday morning don't start until 7am and westhq isn't open (which isn't great when a gymnastics competition starts at 7am). USB slot in room not working so unable to charge phones overnight was also not ideal.

Once again Novotel Sydney West HQ have done it again. Looked after our family with birthdays and more by making our stay extra special. Nothing was a problem. Upgraded room with explorer membership. Cannot fault this stay. Facilities are clean and has extra facilities in walking distance for dining, entertainment and more. Thanks again for making our stay great.
