The room was spacious, clean and well maintained - ideal for families with young children. The hotel personnel, Garmina, who checked us in was professional and genuinely wanted to help me with my queries. I can't say the same for other front desk staff I encountered throughout my short stay as they seemed more keen to avoid eye contact. There were ample parking available - sheltered hotel parking is limited but there were more open air parking lots. There were also a lot of parking available at the multi-storey carpark in West HQ, which was just a stone's throw away from the hotel. The only two downside parts to the property were that the swimming pool and gym were not located within the hotel but a 5-minute walk, and there was only one parking lot available for electric vehicle charging. There was one more spot with an electrical power outlet next to it, but the power outlet was not functioning. Dining options are aplenty with the West HQ RSL club just next door. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel rooms are nice and hotel staff were pleasant. Support services were terrible and rude. Restaurant in hotel has food that was nice enougj, but staff are rude and unhelpful, same as club next door. Good for pokies, but drinks and food all closes early, do t expect you get in late and enjoy the evening because it all shuts up. Personally I'd probably stay somewhere else in future.
