Easy check in, huge spacious rooms with all the things you need including complimentary teas and coffee and soft drinks. Nice ambient lighting in the room. Great amentities amd convenient location next to HQ

The stay was nice and comfortable. However if you are looking for some peace and quiet, you wouldn't want to stay on level 2. All the housekeeping facilities are located on level 2 and staff is keen to start early with a lot of enthusiasm. They prefer to start housekeeping services quite early even on a Saturday morning around 9 am so best to avoid that floor. Otherwise the check-in was really smooth and concierge was attentive. Given this was a very busy weekend for them, they kept their cool and made sure that all guests were looked after

There was no housekeeping in the room during the 2-night stay; the bin was not emptied, the bed was not made, and the floor was dirty. Very unsatisfied with housekeeping services.
