Underwhelming and unsatisfactory. The place was run down and need of a good clean. The window in our room was left open with no fly screen so there were several bugs in the room. The fridge, which was a large reason we chose to stay here, didn't work and wouldn't close so we relied on our Esky anyway. The wifi wouldn't connect to the TV. Given it was over the Christmas period, it was busy, and we were visiting family, we dealt with the for the two night stay but had we been staying for any other reason we would have complained.

Terrible. I can't believe this shonky place is part of the Accor group. Only positive is the reception staff. Other than that the rooms are dirty, our 1 bed room apartment has cutlery perhaps from the first fleet, the couch was full of stain, the dinning chair was stained with food etc we were using the towels cover seat before we say. This place is disgrace must be shut down. Some of the caravan parks we have stayed in were far superior.

Took me an hour of driving around to find the location, the signs are tiny, the entrance is even smaller. Its located in the middle of an industrial area. With mechanics and warehouses surrounding it. The shower door was broken and flapping open. There was one glass to drink from. The bed was hard and pillows extremely thin. The air con worked well and there was not too much noise, overall it was not worth the money. Should have stayed at peppers.

It was a necessary stay for us as we had a family event that weekend. Quiet hotel in an industrial estate. We were first given a small dindgy room with a bed and a study table and chair, kitchenette with a broken stove and no dining area or table and chairs. Not exactly the room we booked. We were supposed to get a few drink as Accor members but were told that they ran out of bottled and canned drinks. When we requested a change of room, they obliged and gave us the room that was shown in the booking site. Room was clean and comfortable. Not much around within walking distance as it is in an industrial estate. Shopping malls - under 10 mins away.
