The room was really dirty, in particular the bathroom. The toilet was ladened with brown stains, around the shower the grouting was mouldy and made you feel dirty getting into the shower. The only reason I didn't give the hotel 1 is the because the 2 staff members at reception were really lovely

It all started with the poor electric charging station and car park as it was not locked over night so Charing cable could have been stolen. Key cards needed to be reset each time we went to the hotel. And on the final night we stayed rang the reception person only to be told that I would need to wait 20min as he was on a dinner break. So we couldn’t get into our room. Room it self wasn’t amazing, ok for just staying over night but that’s about it. Walls are thin so could hear the couple next door enjoying each other.

The accommodation was unfortunately not well maintained. The shower water leaked, a curtin was not properly hanging and secure, and there was dirty cutlery in the kitchen. Over all it did not feel very secure as you did not need a key or fob to gain access to the lifts meaning anyone could be walking through the halls at any time when the building was not staffed 24/7.

Tried calling the reception several times on Saturday morning for more tea bags and no response from reception. Left without having tea. The curtains in the bedroom were not placed properly, one of them was not hooked in place, it kept dangling. the cleaner came in teh next day and still did not notice it and till I left, the curtain was still not hooked in place. The crockery was greasy the frying pans supposed to be non stick were sticking and had residue of black burnt material on it. they had seen their days and to be thrown. Overall, the experience could have been better. the staff otherwise were friendly
