It was a necessary stay for us as we had a family event that weekend. Quiet hotel in an industrial estate. We were first given a small dindgy room with a bed and a study table and chair, kitchenette with a broken stove and no dining area or table and chairs. Not exactly the room we booked. We were supposed to get a few drink as Accor members but were told that they ran out of bottled and canned drinks. When we requested a change of room, they obliged and gave us the room that was shown in the booking site. Room was clean and comfortable. Not much around within walking distance as it is in an industrial estate. Shopping malls - under 10 mins away.

My offered a mixed experience; while the room amenities like the stove, microwave, and free parking were highly appreciated for convenience, the overall experience was severely negatively impacted by poor operational standards. Key issues included unacceptable cleanliness, the frustrating failure of the elevator for three days with no offered assistance for guests travelling with a baby and pram, and repeated instances of dishonest service where basic requests for towels and cleaning were unfulfilled. Furthermore, the property felt aged and the Wi-Fi stopped working on the final night, making the lack of truthful communication—such as simply admitting to being short-staffed—the most disappointing aspect of the stay.

The life’s was out my wife and daughter checked in and had to carry there bags up 5 flights of stairs no staff offered.

Worst…I was surprised there’s no AC in the bedroom. The side table was full of dust. Lift was not working during my stay. I got charged for the full amount even though I was partly using my rewards points. Was informed it’ll be processed yesterday but I still haven’t gotten refund. No welcome drink as a Gold member.

Room key didn’t work. Couldn’t close the curtain because it was broken. Found bandaid attached to the chair and cutlery in the drawer had food on it.
