I couldn't trust that the sheets were fresh which gave me anxiety because the mirror had fingerprints all over it which mean it was not cleaned and I know the carpet was not vacuumed either. worse of all the hotel did not provide A. bottle of water in the room. The phone in the room does not work properly. it has cafe as an option which is the only line that worked but no one answered. The reception staff are the only redeeming thing about this place. when asked where I could find food I was told to walk down the street. she could be A. little bit more specific. none of this information is provided beforehand. Business trip late flight and then this. Will never return to this place.
