Peppers The Hills Lodge is a classic Tudor style building set in beautifully landscaped gardens, just a 30 minutes drive from the centre of Sydney. Conveniently located near the Norwest Business Park, the lodge features 97 refurbished rooms, a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, day spa and four meeting and event spaces for up to 200 delegates. Adjacent to Peppers The Hills Lodge is a recreational centre which includes a health club, indoor rock climbing, ten pin bowling, a childrens playground and cafe.

Peppers The Hills Lodge, is conveniently located in the heart of Sydneys North West, in Castle Hill. Access is via the M2 from the city and the airport, situated opposite Norwest Business Park & a short drive will take you to two major shopping centres!

We recently had a group of about 16 staff stay for the first time at Peppers Lodge, and overall, the experience was very positive. The standout for us was the quality of your staff. Across reception, service areas, and the spa, team members were consistently described as warm, friendly, relaxed yet highly professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Nothing ever felt like a bother, which made a real difference to our stay. The rooms were another highlight—clean, well-presented, and very comfortable. The beds were exceptional, and several team members specifically appreciated being able to open windows for fresh air. The quiet air conditioning and overall room ambiance also contributed to a restful stay. The facilities were excellent. Guest access to the gym was a big bonus, and the spa experience was highly praised. The grounds and overall atmosphere of the lodge were described as beautiful, with a relaxed and welcoming feel that made coming “home” after a full day even more enjoyable.
