Peppers The Hills Lodge is a classic Tudor style building set in beautifully landscaped gardens, just a 30 minutes drive from the centre of Sydney. Conveniently located near the Norwest Business Park, the lodge features 97 refurbished rooms, a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, day spa and four meeting and event spaces for up to 200 delegates. Adjacent to Peppers The Hills Lodge is a recreational centre which includes a health club, indoor rock climbing, ten pin bowling, a childrens playground and cafe.

Peppers The Hills Lodge, is conveniently located in the heart of Sydneys North West, in Castle Hill. Access is via the M2 from the city and the airport, situated opposite Norwest Business Park & a short drive will take you to two major shopping centres!

2 very spacious rooms were presented to my family, with daily refreshed towels- toiletries( housekeeping). We purchased daily buffet breakfasts over 5 days & were provided with aovely assortment of food. 24 hr front desk staff were helpful - kind & most informative. A great location in a peaceful setting, that resembles somewhere in Europe.

The hotel were helpful in letting us check in earlier than 3pm as we were going to a wedding nearby. The room was clean and well set up. The staff at check in and at the bar were super friendly and helpful.

We have stayed a few times with a great experience. We have always had a ground floor accommodation. This time we were on the first floor in a suite. Enjoyed previous stays more.

I arrived late at night around 9.30pm and was very exhausted. I asked the night manager if someone could help me with all my luggage and she quickly said she was the only one there and did not offer to help me. No lifts so I had to carry them across the courtyard and up the stairs. I was hungry and had a small packet of peanuts and ofcourse the charged me $6.08 from my card the next morning. No after care service or offers of any sort to help me out. I was thinking of visiting my friends over Easter to book the hotel again but after being charged for a small packet of peanuts and no offers of any assistance I refuse to book Peppers anywhere again.

My daughter and I loved our stay here so much. The buildings and rooms are beautiful, the staff were welcoming and the restaurant food was delicious!
