Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you experienced with the noisy air conditioning and refrigerator, as well as the inconvenience caused when an alternative room was unavailable. While we're pleased our team was able to assist and offer a small gesture during your stay, we understand this did not fully resolve the situation. We're also sorry to learn that your room service order was prepared incorrectly and that the room layout made dining uncomfortable.
