Staff appeared warm and relaxed on arrival, really helpful with questions, great breakfast and enough little spots around the place to lounge about when not in our rooms. Thank you for a nice stay.

Room was spacious and well equipped. They made a mistake with the booking and gave us a queen room instead of a king. Providing us with a free breakfast was a nice gesture

The service from Reception, to house keeping to Jackie at Nobles restaurant was outstanding really cannot say how happy we were with our stay. Only reason not a 10 is there are a few maintenance issues and connectivity with the TV that really need to be updated but would stay again for sure.

Staff were very helpful and rooms comfortable. Was disappointed when ordering breakfast that to order a coffee it was not part of my platinum level membership of Accor and was required to pay for it. Have never experienced this and is very miserly of the owners. I have stay often at this location and never had this before and nor at any other site.
