Peppers The Hills Lodge is a classic Tudor style building set in beautifully landscaped gardens, just a 30 minutes drive from the centre of Sydney. Conveniently located near the Norwest Business Park, the lodge features 97 refurbished rooms, a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, day spa and four meeting and event spaces for up to 200 delegates. Adjacent to Peppers The Hills Lodge is a recreational centre which includes a health club, indoor rock climbing, ten pin bowling, a childrens playground and cafe.

The first night was extremely disruptive and significantly impacted my work the following day because of the air con / chimney noise, reception acknowledged the problem but told me we can’t do anything to you now, we can change your room tomorrow, so i ended up having no sleep on night 1 which impacted my work.

We stayed for only one night, after packing up our home in readiness to move. We were very tired and disheveled. The stay was so very comforting. We were greeted beautifully at Reception and given our room keys, we had a lovely suite with everything we needed in the room. It was large and comfortable, had a gorgeous bathroom and we enjoyed hot showers before going downstairs to the restaurant for a very very nice dinner. We had breakfast next morning and we honestly could not have been happier. Every staff member was friendly and helpful and the room, the restaurant, the helpfulness was a joy. I have some business to take care of also, and the reception staff were so accommodating. Everything was easy. On this occasion we did not attend the in-house beauty spa, but I have been there in the past and can highly recommend it. This is a local gem of a place for sure.

I stayed at the premises as I was attending a conference. The rooms, and gym was clean, easy to access with reception staff being super friendly, professional and helpful however the hospitality staff were not accommodating, and the food offering was average.
