It was a comfortable stay with a very spacious room. The food was quite good. However, unlike city hotels that have nearly 24 hour room service or restaurant food service throughout most of the day, the service hours were quite limited. Sometimes dependent on the time schedule of the chef. Also, housekeeping was limited up to 3pm only. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay.

Trying to book a room from the hotel website was a nightmare. I was re-directed to Accor website which would be fine except that I always ended up with this error message of "the website was experiencing some technical issues" and didnt allow me to make a booking! I tried several times but to no avail. At first I thought it was the web browser Safari that was causing the problem, but problem persisted with Chrome browser as well. Out of frustration, and one hour later, I called up the hotel and spoke to Chris Davis who was apologetic but by then it was already 12 midnight. I was totally exhausted by then. I chose this hotel because I have stayed here 8 years ago and I know it is a good hotel. This time around, you almost send me straight to one of your competitors whose website many times as user-friendly and it would have been a cinch had I made a booking with them. It wasn't a great experience trying to book a room with your hotel. You should up your game if you want to stay in the game. My overall stay at the hotel was good but the booking has put a damper on things. Thanks. Maria B.

This was my second stay at the hotel and both have been good experiences. I had trouble with my shower not turning on and how well the team dealt with it was amazing. They promptly sent a team member to check and temporarily fix the problem to allow me to shower before work and then whilst I was out they organised for the shower to be properly fixed. The receptionist went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced and was able to get away on time.
