Peppers The Hills Lodge

Peppers The Hills Lodge is a classic Tudor style building set in beautifully landscaped gardens, just a 30 minutes drive from the centre of Sydney. Conveniently located near the Norwest Business Park, the lodge features 97 refurbished rooms, a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, day spa and four meeting and event spaces for up to 200 delegates. Adjacent to Peppers The Hills Lodge is a recreational centre which includes a health club, indoor rock climbing, ten pin bowling, a childrens playground and cafe.

Peppers The Hills Lodge, is conveniently located in the heart of Sydneys North West, in Castle Hill. Access is via the M2 from the city and the airport, situated opposite Norwest Business Park & a short drive will take you to two major shopping centres!

Positives: Rooms clean and quiet. Most of the staff were great and helpful. Food nice. Room service was very quick. Cons: Cold shower first night (they had problems with the hot water). No streaming services or chrome casting (so if you want to watch a movie after a long day I would recommend bringing a laptop). I paid for a full breakfast but was told I had to pay extra if I wanted fresh coffee instead of a pod. Last morning had to sit next to workman sanding on the other side of the screen. It would have been nice for staff to open the upper dining section for breakfast so you didn't have to sit right next to the electric sanding. It was deafening. I would of had room service if I hadn't already prepaid for my breakfast. Quests should have been notified prior.
