Peppers The Hills Lodge is a classic Tudor style building set in beautifully landscaped gardens, just a 30 minutes drive from the centre of Sydney. Conveniently located near the Norwest Business Park, the lodge features 97 refurbished rooms, a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, day spa and four meeting and event spaces for up to 200 delegates. Adjacent to Peppers The Hills Lodge is a recreational centre which includes a health club, indoor rock climbing, ten pin bowling, a childrens playground and cafe.

Peppers The Hills Lodge, is conveniently located in the heart of Sydneys North West, in Castle Hill. Access is via the M2 from the city and the airport, situated opposite Norwest Business Park & a short drive will take you to two major shopping centres!

On arrival parking was pretty limited but that was due to Peppers popularity: 2 separate wedding events were taking place with associated parties of guests. We were warmly welcomed at reception and made our way to our generously proportioned room on the adjacent ground level. The room was large and airy; with a comfortable Queen bed, mini bar and fridge, sofa and television. The bathroom was large with lots of countertop space either side of the vanity and great water pressure in the shower. I appreciated the supply of face towels as I’ve found that, increasingly, these have been dropped off the bathroom linen supply - we use them to lay out wet toothbrushes so they don’t puddle the counter top. My one gripe is something I find with just about every hotel: poor quality sleep pillows. Two pillows arch neck support unnaturally; yet one offers little or no support. It would be wonderful if all hotels would invest in good quality pillows!I However; Peppers offers very comfortable accommodation with included on-site parking at ground level … we’re over hotels charging $30-$50 parking per night with no guarantee of a park on arrival or when we leave the premises. We recommend Peppers for your next stay; we have used the hotel several times and the service and accommodation has been consistently good. A last word to the wise … do not automatically book with a third party - we secured a significantly lower price for exactly the same room/same date by booking with the hotel directly - another bonus that was much appreciated.

We stay there once a year for a local sporting presentation night and always find check in quick, the staff friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is always hot and fresh.
