SO I was there for work and unfortunately I was leaveing early and getting back late, the option of food and facilities outside of that time was hard unless going to local area, this was an inconvience as it required log wait times for delivery. I tried to bring a meal to mircowave and i had not facilities that i was aware of to eat this. So the campany just paid for a4 walls, a roof and a bed. Staff were great, Room was clean, no complaints on that end

Aircon noisy, room dirty, dangerous spiders in courtyard. (Redbacks), others in room next to us spent most the night smoking weed.

We have stayed here many times in the past as a family, we normally love coming here. This time I checked into my room and as I was unpacking saw something in the corner. I went to have a look and it was a soiled G String that had been left by the “previous owners” that the housekeeping had “somehow missed”. I called the reception desk to advise and they were, of course; disgusted. They asked if I wanted to move rooms but as I was in an accessible room near the entrance (I need a walking stick a lot of the time so walking long distances is hard) and they could not move me to another accessible room I stayed put. No further mention of it was discussed. I was not even offered a drink voucher. Please have your housekeeping check the rooms before admitting new guests. Hope it does not happen again.
