Room 334. Informed front desk air-conditioning was difficult to start. Air-conditioning would then start and after running for a short period would turn off. I was told this was an ongoing problem with numerous air-conditioner in hotel and that it just needed "to be banged". I stayed with my 2 young boy's and we all hardly slept due to the fact of the heat in room. It was a very warm night. Really hope to hear back from you to discuss this matter further 04…

No hot breakfast offered, paid for wifi, mould on pillow slip and generally over priced, I needed to hire a bed, not buy one

I was very happy with the service desk, I was disappointed that there was not any in house movies or at the very least to be able to link my phone to the tv to watch movies. I did try to utilize your WIFI but the next day my apple id was accessed out of country. This was the first time I utilized a hotel WIFI and it will be the last time. For the convivence that other hotel provide I will not be returning. Thank you

For the rate of the room, they should have foxtel and a hot meal in room breakfast option

IT WAS OVERPRICED FOR THE POSITION, NOT MUCH OF A DISCOUNT FOR PANTHERS MEMBERS, NO BREAKFAST FACILITIES UNLESS YOU GO TO PANTHERS. I CAN STAY AT PARRAMATTA ROYAL FOR LESS MONEY, BIGGER ROOM AND FREE PARKING, BREAKFAST DAILY AND FREE FUEL CARDS.

Comfortable and easy walk to Leagues Club but no free Wifi

The room was clean and comfortable, had most of the expected features and was an easy walk to the Leagues Club for dinner however there was no free Wifi in the rooms. Although there was free Wifi in the lobby, as a business traveller, this is impractical.
