We stayed in the king accessible room for one night to celebrate a birthday. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. My only complaint is that there is nowhere in the bathroom to put toiletries, they need to be placed outside the bathroom. The walkway between the hotel and Panthers club is a great idea, better than having to walk outside.

When we arrived at the location, the check in was efficient, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and easily accessible. It was a great little get away, to enjoy quality time together without any hassles. Convenient location and close to everything.

Being a gold member we received a much appreciated room upgrade from queen bed ground floor to king bed top floor. This trip to Sydney was for my wife’s 60th birthday. I could not fault the motel, room and the staff. Looking at booking again at Penrith Mercure for my 60th next year.

Everything is great except for the bed being too hard. I am disabled and need a softer feel on my bed to be able to stop the pain and sleep. I have to gather all the blankets and build up a softness on the mattress.
