I was refused to use my free night and was getting over charged due to other ongoing commitments at the hotel, I find this hard to believe that you can make choices and prices over loyal customers

Fun girls stay

Overall our stay was fabulous. The person that checked me in was rather distant and not very engaging. The room was very clean and a pleasant surprise. The air conditioning was not working properly with the temperature increasing from 21.5 to 23.5 despite lowering the temp, closing the blinds and seeking help from the lovely afternoon staff member Steyn who tried his best, the room remained at 23 degrees. Us girls had a great night chatting till early morning then feel asleep on your comfortable beds with the best pillows. Please let me know where I can get them!!!
