We particularly loved the big rooms, cool-location with Panther’s, convenient parking, the Nespresso coffee machine in our room, plus the 24 hour coffee available at reception.

Could off been cleaner as there was mould on tiles and under sink no bin bags and bottles of water would of been nice considering I clean air bnb and thay charge less and still get waters

The positives: location, easy check-in, lovely staff and housekeeping. The cons: the rooms are dated and tired, only two pillows provided that were too soft, bed okay. Major water stains on ceiling made us feel like we were staying in a cheap outback motel, hair in the bed!. Wifi is awful. tv is old and unusable and also turns itself on during the night, no mini bar, no complimentary panthers membership access for duration of stay. Expensive. Overall: Not the best Mercure I’ve stayed in. Would we stay there again?: not likely at this stage

Room lovely, tidy and clean. The kettle didn’t work the water was lukewarm reported to front desk they were going to send a replacement but didn’t arrive. Location excellent

We have been staying at the Pullman on other visits but came back to the Mercure as it just feels more comfortable and homely. Our room was spotless and everything well maintained. The bathroom could be updated but this was only a small detail.
