The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were shockingly uncomfortable. No underground car parking for easier access with luggage would have been good but that's not a big deal. The beds are just so uncomfortable and hard we probably wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Well located, good stay, room clean, bed comfortable. Rating low because of issues with noisy air conditioner, sleeping was not great. Was offered another room but same issue. Would have been a great stay but for the air conditioner.

Room was ok - smells a little bit stale. No bottled water and the water from the bathroom tasted odd even after boiling them. At night you could hear the other rooms and hard to fall asleep. Surrounding amenities were good. Staff are very lovely
