Location was perfect for an event we travelled for. I had to contact the hotel with some questions in the days before and the staff were extremely helpful (Kiarna). Check-in was easy and parking is free. The biggest issue was the air-conditioning. The day we checked in was about 42 degrees so we thought the a/c might have been struggling but it didn't seem to be on in hallways, and in the 3 rooms we had, it seemed to only work in 1 - but the fan in the one it worked in sounded like a jet plane running all night. Reception was contacted for one of the rooms and they attended really quickly and did something to fix it, but unfortunately it went off again through the night. The other room was working fine at first but also seemed to go off through the night, and my elderly mother was in there on her own and had no idea how to fix it but didn't want to wake us to fix it. Apart from the a/c issue our stay was fine. Not sure if there was low occupancy but we didn't really see anyone else, definitely didn't hear anyone (which is good!).

Shower wouldn’t turn off had to ring reception to come fix the problem. Hand soap pumps didn’t work well. Also there was a hair tie under my pillow, which made me question whether the sheets had been changed. I paid $230 which was on the high end for this area and I expected more.
