Pointless filling in room requirements when completely ignored! 1st floor is technically the basement as you go down one level from ground floor reception. Asked for near lifts- literally given room 129 the 29th room from the lift! Care factor was zero after waiting an hour for room. Despite stating arrival time - in questionnaire. Had to wait a further 40 mins for room change which was a box. Disappointing stay.
