I only have two thoughts on making the stay better. 1) please put directions on how to use the aircon as I had difficulty with starting and stopping it. 2) the shower handles have such small writing on them that it was difficult to read. As a person with eyesight issue's and a physical disability I struggled to use the shower. Would a colour on them work better?

Check-in was good, Rooms were nice, Access to the club via hotel overly complicated and no-one that much help. Also closes off too early when there is really no need for it to.

My daughter and I arrived and began our stay in room 435. There was a lovely welcome note and water, the room temperature had been set. Upon showering, the bathroom completely flooded out onto the carpet. I called down to reception and within yen minutes, we had been moved to another room. Thanks Mecure for a lovely stay! Next mornings coffee was great too :)
