Why be a Accor Member There booking app only works now and then The benefits of been a member is a waste off money this last stay at this motel I was treated no differently then a normal paying none member and on checking in to this motel it was more important to cut up lemons to have my room and check in sorted out This motel was a great motel to stay but had dropped the ball big time in customer service and is getting worse every it I stay there Very sad

We have stayed here on multiple occasions in the past and were aware of the renovations that were being carried out.....well,it would appear that all the work has now been completed and what a difference it has made....the hotel must now rate as close to the very top accommodation available in Penrith and surrounding areas!

From the minute we checked in all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and everything was as expected. Special mention to all of the cleaning staff, every time we passed in the hallways they were smiling and friendly -happy to say hello and check to see how our stay was going. The courtesy buggy between panthers and the mecure was also very habdy while it was raining.

I stayed for 2 nights for work in Penrith. The hotel is in a good location close to the town center and main access roads. Being attached the the league’s club provides a good choice of places to eat and recreational activities.

Staff at Mecure Penrith were amazing - I had two staff staying there and during that stay one of them had to have emergency surgery which I alerted the staff to. The staff were not only professional but considerate and compassionate and communicated well. There stay was extended several times and the staff took the time to reallocate rooms and shuffle reservations to ensure his recovery was quick and uninterrupted. The staff clearly love working there, and create an experience for their guests. Nothing was ever too much trouble and will definitely be back.

The rooms are not aound proof. Could here everyone in halls and bands from the neighbouring club. Bed was extremely hard and not been turned ever

Great hotel with plenty of food options close by. Clean and nice big rooms, comfy beds, great bathrooms. Did have an issue with laundry not being sent ontime however overall a great place to stay in Penrith

Very happy! I was welcomed back , got my usual room - it was reasonably quiet and clean .The staff were friendly and helpful . My only negative was that the AC would not go below 19.5 which is too hot for me to sleep comfortably plus it was pretty loud - I ended up sleeping with NC headphones ... I would like the ability to drop the temperature to at least 17 or 18 overnight if possible

Wonderful. From the moment we entered reception, our stay was amazing. It was also same time as many ’Firies’ arrived after their long shifts of firefighting in the southern highlands. The staff handled all incoming with precision and friendly caring help. Good on you Mercure for your care and consideration . Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Breakfast and all our dining was amazing.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. We only stayed one night as we were going to dinner at Panthers. My only complaint is that the shower water leaks through the shower door and completely saturates the bathmat, and the bathroom floor. Otherwise, we had no problems.
