While we do not offer apartment style accommodation with kitchenette facilities, we do provide multiple microwaves in our guest lounge that are accessible 24 hours for personal food preparation. We also understand that the room size did not meet your expectations; our descriptions aim to provide clarity, however, we apologise if you felt the upgrade was miscommunicated. Should you stay with us again, we do offer family style accommodation that sounds more aligned with your expectations. These rooms are much larger, spanning across 2 bedrooms. We apologise that the amenities provided were not sufficient for the number of guests in your room. Our rooms are standardly prepared for two guests unless additional guests are included in the booking in advance. As you upgraded your room, I understand that your original room allocated would have been prepared with amenities for three guests. We are pleased to hear these additional amenities were provided by staff upon request. We hope this information provides some clarity about our facilities and your concerns. Regarding the entertainment options, we do offer Chromecast in our rooms, allowing guests to stream services such as Netflix, directly from their own devices. We also understand your comments regarding the bond and incidental charges. I would like to clarify that the requirement for personal card details during check-in is part of our policy to ensure secure transactions. For corporate reservations, companies have the option to cover the bond on behalf of their guests, however, this must be stated on the chargeback voucher. While we don’t have a minibar in our rooms, guests can conveniently charge meals and beverages back to their room from the Panthers Leagues Club next door, providing an alternative for incidental expenses during stays.
