Welcoming staff. Sofa bed was not made up however staff were quick to rectify. Sofa bed mattress should be replaced immediately it is in poor shape. Rooms are very tired as well as bathrooms. Grout needs redoing. Curtains need maintaining as the curtains were broken. Main bed was good for comfort. Staff were helpful.

As a result of cars being "parked" in the arrival driveway right at the point of entry to an already extremely tight, problematic car part entrance has resulted in damage to my vehicle and something your management needs to review immediately. I have pictures to show how unacceptable this is and how the particular vehicle making access harder was parked there for hours. The vehicle seemed to be "A maintenance vehicle for the hotel"

I felt this hotel isnt being maintained as it should be. My room was just ok however the air conditioner had a terrible smell. The amenities in the room i found very disappointing for example no shower cap. I went down stairs to have dinner and the dinner area was empty of customers and staff. All I can say is the position is good but wont be staying there again

We stayed at Novotel Sydney Parramatta with our family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located, close to the CBD, restaurants, cafés, and the river, making it very convenient to get around. The beds were extremely comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food at the downstairs restaurant was delicious. We would highly recommend staying here and would happily return.

Room was OK, but looked directly at the building next to me, so was almost like staying in a box. Which given I was there for 3 nights, and have stayed there twice before, was pretty disappointing.
