Had booked two rooms by mistake but decided to keep both bookings. Visited the hotel on Wednesday in person to confirm both rooms, and that they were adjacent as my 15yo daughter would be in one of them. i was assured they were adjacent. Thursday could not check in on line to one of the rooms, so visited the hotel again to confirm that the booking was still live, and that they were adjacent. i was assured again they were adjacent. Arrived Friday, rooms on different floors.

I am sorry for the mistakes in regards to your reservations not being allocated next to each other as i can see the need to have both rooms adjacent when travelling with young teenagers. I am sure at the time we tried to accommodate to the best of our teams ability but unfortunately we did fail in this instance to keep you comfortable and happy. Please rest assured that as a team we will work and reflect on your feedback as we do strive to continuously improve our customer service experience keeping in mind guests requests.
