Stayed at this hotel as my school reunion was held in one of the function rooms. Excellent food provided for our function, and very nice breakfast the following morning. Accommodation was perfect as room was very comfortable. I would happily stay there again.

It was not a great stay. The first day was ruined with them not being straight with us about when our room would be ready. And the restaurant does not allow you to get food and take it up to your room. I ate in the restaurant and wanted to take my dessert to my room but that’s not allowed. I would have to go up to my room and order it as room service and you don’t get any of the Accor plus benefits on room service. So I went out and got desert. Simple policies could make this day a lot more pleasurable. If the standard does not pick up, I will not be staying there again. I could’ve stayed at the Meriton across the river in a better location and had a full serviced apartment for cheaper I stay at Accor because with my status I get benefits but the way I have to fight for my benefit every time I stay somewhere I really don’t think I’ll be renewing my Accor plus membership
