Hi Andrea, Thanks for the feedback and for being a Classic member. It is awesome to hear that you had such a great experience with our team and found the check in and out process so smooth. I am really sorry about the state of the shower and the missing furniture. Having to use a chair as a bedside table isn't exactly the "lovely" stay we want for you. The mould in the shower is also a big letdown and definitely not up to our usual cleanliness standards, and this will be shared with the housekeeeping and maintenance teams for a resolution. Hi Carpet H., Thanks for being direct with us. As a Platinum member, you’ve clearly put in a lot of time with Accor, so I totally get why being asked for a physical card feels like a massive hassle when you’re used to going digital. Just to explain where we’re coming from, the policy to check a physical card is strictly a security measure to prevent fraud. It isn't a reflection of your status or history with us. Since fraud is a reality we have to manage, applying the same rule to everyone is the only way to keep things safe for all our guests. I’m sorry it felt like harassment and has made you consider moving your business elsewhere.
