Excellent experience and as a Accor guest, I appreciate those special things they do. Had breakfast and it was a delight. Staff were very helpful as I arrived just as bar was closing, they still served me with time for a chat. I’ll be there again today

Rooms lack ambience, toilets are mediocre. Sevices provided too are too basic. For example the mini fridge provided is empty. Basic amenities like fruit basket provided has to be called upon to be refilled. The buffett breakfast is the same for all the days. If you are looking for basic accomodation without expecting anything else this would be an option.

I frequently stay at Novotel Parramatta and find the service and staff extremely accommodating. However, I also now know to request a room to the back of the hotel, away from the alley way on the North side. The early morning garbage collection is extremely loud and makes staying in the rooms on this side unsatisfactory, particularly for longer stays, as you are repeatedly being woken at 4am, sometimes earlier. I would recommend requesting that garbage collection is done after 6AM, to negate this issue. I would make two other minor suggestions; 1. The gym area is in need of a good clean. ie. moving equipment and cleaning floor underneath. 2. An addition of a mixed berry compote would be a good compliment to the Bircher muesli and yogurt provided at the breakfast.
