As a platinum member due to my extensive travel and loyalty I am disappointed that it is Monday afternoon and I have not received any communication regarding our stay at your hotel on the weekend. During the middle of Saturday for at least 2 hours there was loud drilling noises reverberating around our room (503) when we trying to rest. Upon leaving around 2pm the hot water was not working- my son wanted a shower to freshen up. He only reported this to me once we had returned around 9pm and it still wasn’t working. We were offered a new room but having been out since 7:30 am, returning only for a terribly disrupted rest in the middle of the day, we were far too tired to pack up and move rooms. The next morning the hot water was still not working so we left unwashed, unrested and unimpressed. As my son was competing in a sporting event at Sydney Olympic Park we had no time to fuss around going to other rooms. I assumed a manager would contact me to apologise sometime today. Can I please request a follow up and some form of reimbursement. Thankyou Meg

Very disappointed by the conditions of the room, bathroom and the pool. Coffee was also terrible at breakfast. The photos on the website must be old, as don’t match and well below expectations for the price

When we checked in I contacted the reception and advised that the room smells and is very dirty someone came took photos of the room but heard nothing from them.
