I am sincerely sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly in relation to the condition of the room, shower facilities, water pressure, noise concerns, window operation, and parking experience. Dear Alexander, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us at Novotel Sydney Parramatta. I am truly sorry to read about your experience, particularly in relation to the cleanliness of your room. Please accept my sincere apologies that the toilet was not properly cleaned and that the floor was not vacuumed to the standard you should expect from us. This is not acceptable and not reflective of our Novotel housekeeping standards, where cleanliness is a mandatory and non-negotiable part of every guest stay. I want to assure you that this matter has been taken seriously and immediate action will be taken with our Housekeeping team to review the room preparation and inspection process to ensure this does not occur again. Reinforcement of our room check procedures and accountability standards will also be addressed directly with the team. We fully acknowledge your disappointment, and I am very sorry that we did not deliver the level of cleanliness and comfort expected, especially as an ALL – Accor Live Limitless Gold member. If you would be open to it, we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to speak with you personally regarding your stay so we can better understand exactly what occurred and ensure it is addressed in detail.
