My daughter and I stayed here I booked a room with sofa bed & king bed Twice , I requested for the sofa to be made up, but it never was made up The air conditioner was very noisy also

My wife & I had a lovely 4 night stay at Novotel Parramatta. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable king bed. Breakfasts were very enjoyable & although the first 2 mornings were busy as there was a large group of school overseas children staying at the hotel food was always being refreshed. All the staff were excellent. Since we last stayed here the light rail now runs past the hotel which is great if you want to go up to Westfield shopping centre or the train station. Will definitely return.
