Things that your hotel can improve on 1)Aircondition was centralised and we couldn't adjust it to our preference. It was hot! 2)The room had so many spider webs near the windows. 3)The lights in the room was not bright. 4)The beds had wheels that are not lockable which made the beds keep moving. 5)You didn't provide anything as complimentary,my usual stays in hotels they provide basic things like toiletries toothbrush,toothpaste and mineral waters to drink. 6)I booked a room which includes breakfast and the reception did not even include my room number for breakfast and everyday the same menu for food. 7)Toilet didn't have any bidet. 8)The leaves from the plants next to swimming pool fly into the pool so pool was dirty.

Access to the pool area denied, time mucking around for staff to open the door. Lots of debris in the pool. Parking was advertised for $35.00 paid $40.00 updates required. Staff were very pleasant and helpful

The front desk check in was so helpful. The rooms are not sounds proof and you hear everything in the hallway and on the street.

We stay at this hotel regularly for business. We have tried other hotels but always come back to the Novotel Sydney Parramatta. Staff are friendly and extremely accommodating, rooms are very clean and the food is delicious. Any issues are always fixed promptly and with a smile.
