The staff member we spoke to last week advised that she would credit the stay as we had booked it along side the KISS concert in November 2018. We have not received the credit nor had she cancelled the booking. Had she lied????? Can we not put this review in captial letters to bring attention to the poor service we have been given.?? as long term Accor customers??

Hurried overnight for next day conference. Very good experience. Slow checking ar 9.30 pm. Breakfast very good. Nice to be asked would I like coffee and eggs. Yes to both. But ask mie please when I would like it?

The function room was overpriced for the service delivered. The floor was vacuumed once in 14 days. The bathrooms regularly blocked and the sanitary bins were overflowing.

Saun Philips and Urvashi - both were excellent while providing support and guidance when needed the check-in process ( experience ) was horrible Water charged for 500 ML - who does that ? too bad - please provide drinking water free as much customer want

Could not sleep during the day (being a night shift worker) with jack hammer or hammer works. Had I been advised of this in advance or at check in, then I could have sought a different room on a different floor or even a different hotel. But this was not offered.

We found the noise level was quiet high.Everything from people slamming the heavy doors and noise from other rooms above us.Breakfast Buffet was extremely poor and should be seriously looked at for correct changes.

The stay was good and was allowed in the room early. The only disappointing part was there were people on the floor that were so loud and kept us awake till after 12.30am. I also had the wrong amount charged to my credit care $418 instead of $220 and was only when I noticed on my statement and rang up that I was told yes they realised the error and had organised a refund for me. However no one bothered to ring and tell me this.

Room service food was average, I could have got better food easily, and should have. Milk was not replenished. Shower is annoying. First floor View of concrete roof was a highlight for a repeat customer. Cheaper to go elsewhere with better facilities. Pool was freezing cold on a 33 degree day. Tv was inoperable without a postgraduate degree in astrophysics. Check in and out was easy.

From the time I checked in, during my stay and when I left the service from the staff was excellent . The room was clean and made up for me each day. I enjoyed the Restaurant for dinner one night and for Breakfast on 2 mornings. Unfortunately on one morning the restaurant was full and I couldn't wait for an available table. I did have a couple of bad experiences 1) Wi Fi - the service was terrible and so bad I couldn't use it 2) Elevators - On Thursday Morning 21st - Only one elevator was working and the time to travel up and down was extremely slow and on the 2 occasions I used them it became extremely overcrowded which was concerning. Overall a pleasant stay and I will be back next time I am in Sydney.

I enjoy staying here - the staff are welcoming and efficient, and the location is ideal for shopping and eating out. My suggestions for improvement - turn the fridge on and place the milk inside. The west facing rooms can curdle themilk in summer. Secondly silence the lift “bing” on floor arrival

The team took great care of me from the moment I arrived until I checked out at a very generous 3pm. The holiday started badly with me losing my passport and documentation within the first hour of arrival in Sydney, but the duty manager stepped up with great support. Great people, great restaurant and bar, and a great room. Make sure you visit the I-Site right next door. I got my documents back within two hours thanks to great service from NSW Rail and Blacktown Police.
