I will ensure your kind words are shared with the team. At the same time, I am sorry to hear that your room experience did not fully meet expectations. I do understand your comments regarding the room feeling a little dark and “tired”, and I also regret that your request for a higher floor or a room with a view was not able to be accommodated on this occasion. We always try to meet guest preferences wherever possible, however this can sometimes be limited by availability at the time of arrival. I completely appreciate how this would have impacted your overall impression. Your feedback regarding the condition and presentation of the room is also noted with thanks. Comments like yours are important for us as they give a very honest view of how the product is being experienced on the ground. I have shared your comments with both our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure this is reviewed closely, particularly around room presentation, lighting feel, and ongoing upkeep. We are also continuously working through longer-term improvement plans for the hotel product, and feedback like yours directly contributes to those discussions. I am also sorry to hear your comment regarding cleanliness. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, and I apologise that this aspect did not reflect the level of quality we expect.
