Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially given the price point. We paid over $350 per night, which is completely unjustified for the condition and comfort of this hotel. The air conditioning did not work for two out of the three nights we stayed, making it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. The room itself was poorly maintained — the ceilings were cracked, and the walls near the window were oddly shaped and protruded in a way that wasn’t marked or highlighted, causing us to hit our heads multiple times. This felt unsafe and careless. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The carpets in our room were filthy, and even the carpet in the elevator was visibly dirty, which did not leave a good first impression. The towels were old and worn, and the bed blankets smelled stale and musty, raising concerns about overall hygiene and upkeep. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of comfort, cleanliness, and maintenance. Unfortunately, this stay fell far short of expectations, and we would not recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms were good spacious , well cleaned , reception was good BUT at the time of booking it noted that rooms are in high Floor and the staff put us on level one I was surprised and told the staff but no help and I inform the staff that at the time of booking it noted rooms are high floor . To me that is a scam fauls advertisement ,And if you going to tell me policy and it is in the condition of reservation …..,etc I will not accept it you want a photo shot of the room I can send it . As I said at the time of booking it is clearly indicated it is in high floor.

Hi Andrea, Thanks for the feedback and for being a Classic member. It is awesome to hear that you had such a great experience with our team and found the check in and out process so smooth. I am really sorry about the state of the shower and the missing furniture. Having to use a chair as a bedside table isn't exactly the "lovely" stay we want for you. The mould in the shower is also a big letdown and definitely not up to our usual cleanliness standards, and this will be shared with the housekeeeping and maintenance teams for a resolution. As above, Platinum member, so put a lot of motel payments on my AMEX Card, and all other motels accept that as all good. However, this one bloody motel won't go without the actual card. I don't always carry the physical card. Like my electronic drivers licence, my AMEX Platinum Card is also electronic and that is what I use. I understand if I was a walk in off the street customer, but you can tell not only from my records on all your computers, but also due to my membership being Platinum with Accor, that I've used the same AMEX Card every time for all my bookings and expenses. Can you please recognise that so I don't have to physically carry the card simply for this one motel, although it won't really matter as I have pledged that my staff and I will no longer stay at this motel, not even for our 6 or 8 room booking we make at Christmas time.

As a Platinum member, you’ve clearly put in a lot of time with Accor, so I totally get why being asked for a physical card feels like a massive hassle when you’re used to going digital. Just to explain where we’re coming from, the policy to check a physical card is strictly a security measure to prevent fraud. It isn't a reflection of your status or history with us. Since fraud is a reality we have to manage, applying the same rule to everyone is the only way to keep things safe for all our guests. I’m sorry it felt like harassment and has made you consider moving your business elsewhere.
