My wife and daughter needed to stay for a medical appointment. The very helpful lady online told me I should use a "member for the day" certificate". She organised one for me and I booked the hotel direct. The lady I spoke to on the phone was most helpful. My wife said they had a lovely stay and were looked after very well. Going on her report I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a lovely stay in Parramatta.

Room was fairly clean but the paint in the bathroom is deteriorating. I had to request for shower Gels and shampoos. Also, I had to advise receptionist that I used the free wifi otherwise I would have been charged. It was confusing, and I hope they don’t take advantage of other guest who are unaware of the free wifi service.

As usual, the front line staff are friendly and accommodating. My only initial issue was associated with paid parking and a lack of a delivery of a morning paper. In other circumstances - particularly as a Gold Accor member, it was anticipated the status quo would remain - about paid parking and the delivery of a daily paper, extant. Given, the ‘interruption of COVID-19 to our lives I now understand why other valuable and appreciated services - I hope, have only been temporarily suspended. Lastly, I can neither fault the room allocated (907) nor the restaurant food - it was certainly a tad disconcerting/different from what I have been used to when staying in the property. Again, I understand COVID-19 intervention has put other services on a ‘pause’.

We loved the thoughtfulness of those at the front desk, in the restaurant and that did our room service. We thought the quality of your rooms, beds and doonas were perfect for our visit. Some things I would have liked, would have been a deeper clean in the lower tiles of the showers and the bath drain, and for a little more space in our rooms and at the Carpark entrance. Overall, our experience gave us good memories of a fun stay.

Good to back at Novotel Parramatta. The hotel has introduced COVID-19 safe controls to protect its guest and staff, which are noticeable but ensures that the hotel are doing everything possibt to esnure their guest and satff safety.

OK - just not clean enough for me.

Location and staff were no issue. What I didn't like was the feeling the room was not clean to expectations. Particularly given the current COVID status. The carpet had visible hair on it. The bathroom had hairballs in the corners and mold in the shower. The shower screen was siliconed together with a huge gap which allowed water out from the shower which was also filled with mold. Definately felt like a room I needed to wear my thongs around.
