We are very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced, including the shower temperature, noise disturbances, breakfast offering, and the cleanliness concerns in the bathroom. In particular, the mouldy grout and presence of baby cockroaches are unacceptable and do not reflect the standards we aim to provide for our guests.
