I felt this hotel isnt being maintained as it should be. My room was just ok however the air conditioner had a terrible smell. The amenities in the room i found very disappointing for example no shower cap. I went down stairs to have dinner and the dinner area was empty of customers and staff. All I can say is the position is good but wont be staying there again

We stayed at Novotel Sydney Parramatta with our family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located, close to the CBD, restaurants, cafés, and the river, making it very convenient to get around. The beds were extremely comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food at the downstairs restaurant was delicious. We would highly recommend staying here and would happily return.

Room was OK, but looked directly at the building next to me, so was almost like staying in a box. Which given I was there for 3 nights, and have stayed there twice before, was pretty disappointing.
