The doors to the rooms are too noisy. I got woken up many times during the night by loud banging doors which interrupted by sleep. This happened on the Friday and Saturday nights. Bed in my room does not give me enough space to walk to the toilet. I felt the curtains should be shorter, so it does not cause a tripping hazard. The getting into and out of the shower is not good. There needs to be a rail to help you get in and out of the shower, if you get water on the floor, it could be hazard as you could slip getting out of the shower. The staff were great just your building structure and safety in the rooms is a issue.

Bed not comfortable

The location of the Novotel Parramatta if fantastic for those looking for a night out or are going to Combank Stadium for a game, and the staff are amazing, helpful and friendly - but the bathroom in our room was very poor, outdated and unclean. Ceiling sheets in the bathroom separated and dust falling down from the openings. Grout mould stained, silicane peeling off, rust stains on tiles and very poorly patched repairs. The room themselves are neat and tidy.

Our stay was quite disappointing. The hotel felt run down, with mould in the bathroom and cobwebs in the windows. There was no proper hot water only lukewarm at best, even when we tried to shower around 7pm. The beds were also quite small and uncomfortable. Overall, it did not meet expectations.

Check in was amazing the food we ordered for tea the chicken was not cooked fully and for breakfast the eggs were not really scrambled check out was amazing
