I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis Budget, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence, please note our reception opens from 07:00 am onwards so do our Breakfast too so if you will be needing earlier breakfast you can always request for grab and go option which are available at any time during office hours. Obviously staff will take 2-3 minutes once reception is open and upon checking it was open and set up before 07:05. Regarding parking, hotel is still on trailing phase of parking as other hotels nearby us are still charging way over our price. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future, We look forward to make your stay more comfortable and please let us know if you need any assistance during your stay.
