The room was the same price as most of the pubs in the area, but included a tiny ensuite so reasonably priced at face value. The room was clean and in reasonable condition but extremely small, there were 3 single beds but with any more than one person you would only want to be here to sleep, no room to sit down or for multiple people to get dressed and get ready to go out etc. The airconditioner seemed to only have two settings- freezing or off, the rooms tv was very old and tiny, the end bed was obviously used as a seat over the years and the springs in the middle had been completely squashed, so there was a big sag in the middle of the mattress on one side, and due to the location on the intersection of two main roads there was a lot of road noise and sirens throughout the night - if you're a light sleeper or not used to road noise you won't have a good sleep here.
