My stay was work related. I made a booking through the ACCOR website which failed to register at the Motel. I contacted the motel directly and Forrest Pang provided excellent service and completed the booking manually. He made sure everything was in order for my stay including my room number request.

Motel and room was exactly what I expected, air-conditioning was unable to cool the room sufficiently which made for a really crazy nights sleep.

It was a comfortable night - clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but its a cheap night so you cant expect all the luxuries. The bathroom is an experience but beside that was a great night for a great price.

I book a room for myself and my son who is 16 years old. It is well located for us as it is closer for friends and family we need to visit but thats it. Once we turned on the aircon fluff of dust comes out of the vents, rust on the bottom of shower door and the TV was working fine at night but it did not work in the morning. You can hear the noise outside like a truck picking up rubbish and people talking. What bothers me more is theres a few people hanging around smoking outside, I could not say if they are a guest but we we are in and out twice in the matter of 5hrs and they stay there. I will be having a very careful thought to consider staying with this place again.

I was unable to iron my business shirts due to no working iron

Not very happy. We checked in by 10.45pm. We found toilet exhaust fan was broken and we got very bad smell (sewage) was coming out. We reported that and we were given another room. Why this was not reported by cleaner?? Now room was ok but next day we found high moisture level on the floor (near window) seems from coming bellow from tiles.
