Parking is good but the hotel appears poorly maintained. The rooms are lacking in any comfort. It is very budget hotel and should be further reflected in the price. There are groups of people hanging out at the front of the hotel for reasons unknown. The reception had no one on arrival due to having multiple responsibilities. You are trying to promote not having an elevator as a health initiative? I do understand the limited maintenance budget available for budget accomodation but the breakfast could use more effort and variety at the very least. Security seems to be of particular concern my room door handle was damaged and the external door entrance appears to be often left ajar. The iron gates you use to protect the reception after hours adds to the sense of a need for "enhanced security" This hotel appears to attract a wide variety of "clients" that additional security I think it required. Most families who stay here appear to be somewhat uneasy and uncomfortable due to this reason. I am not being critical for the sake of it just trying to give constructive feedback as this hotel is in a good location and could benefit from more future investment.
