I do however apologize that you found the fan to be noisy. I will bring this up with the maintenance team to investigate as I can reassure you the fan should not be running if the light is turned off and should not be loud enough to disrupt sleep. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am pleased to hear you thoroughly enjoyed your business trip stay here at the Mercure Sydney Rouse Hill. I agree our proximity to the Fiddler and Rouse Hill town Centre are definitely a major asset and convenience. I do however apologize that you found the Wi-Fi to be poor, we rarely receive any notice from other guests regarding our Wi-Fi and I do apologize if this had affected your work. When mentioned such issues such as the water to reception, the staff are more than happy to call maintenance to investigate and have the issue sorted as soon as possible. I will share your comment with the team as I am sure it will serve as great encouragement to continue striving towards excellence within our service. I do hope you have been well since your stay and I do hope we can welcome you back to the hotel in the future.

Dear Todd l., We appreciate your time for leaving a review regarding your recent stay. I do understand your frustration however we have this policy for fraud prevention. Without sighting the physical card we can not determine that this card belongs to the same person that is standing in front of us. Furthermore, we can not verify that card that was used to pay is the same card that is in our system as we do not have the full card details. Reiterating with the point above, as we can not verify if the card belongs to yourself or someone else, later they can dispute the charge with the bank. We have incorporated this policy within our terms and conditions on all our booking sites for all guests to be aware prior to arrival.
