Hotel room was comfortable. Check in attendant wasn’t very friendly. I paid $30 extra for breakfast and was given a voucher. The meal and coffee I selected at breakfast didn’t even come to $30, I should have just paid cash.

Disappointing for the price. Was going to be even more expensive to book the hotel directly even though I am an All Accor member. Dirty shower curtain and mouldy bathroom. Also had to pay $25 to park in the driveway.

Please accept our apologies regarding the cleanliness concerns you raised. We take these matters seriously and have shared your comments with our housekeeping team for review and follow-up. We would also like to clarify a couple of points. Following feedback received from a previous stay, parking provided to hotel guests is completely free of charge. We have no record of a $25 parking fee being charged during your stay. Additionally, our bathrooms are fitted with glass shower screens rather than shower curtains, so we are unable to verify the concern regarding a dirty shower curtain. However, we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and will continue to monitor our room standards closely. We value all guest feedback as it helps us improve our services and facilities. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a more positive experience in the future.
