very accommodatting clean nice helpful.C lose to amnenities. Towellls were stained gor some reason I was unsure if it had been changed or not as I had put towelks on floor .

One overnight with family. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully appointed. The noise from the main road was extremely loud and constant. Enough for me to say that I would not stay there again because of the noise.

We had a great stay at Mercure. Staff were friendly and very helpful. My son had an accident whilst riding his scooter and the staff went out of their way to help us. Much appreciated. Room was lovely,clean and beds were comfy. We had an issue with our toilet but this was fixed. Can get a little noisy from road traffic and doors slamming alot. But overall great place with fiddler hotel next door and close to shopping centre. Would stay again. Thanks again to the lovely staff

The pool is in such a public area went to use it and had every single kid from the restraunts playground next door come over and watch and attempt to come in - this area needs to be blocked off for hotel use only
