A very pleasant weekend stay to visit friends. Very convenient location, modern spacious rooms with comfortable beds and amenities. Friend professional service. And despite being next door to the Fiddler and Windsor Road we had not trouble with noise (despite the St Patrick's Day celebrations). Ad access to the Metro and Rouse Hill Town Center is an added bonus. Ticked all the boxes for us, and we will stay here again the next time we visit.

My only criticisms are 1) $5.00 per bottle of water is insane. At least one bottle per room each day should be free. 2) I am a smoker & the outside designated area are the rear of reception is filthy. I do understand it’s shared by patrons of the venue nxt door but this area should be maintained like the rest of the hotel. Maybe an actual smokers bin, not a single overflowing ashtray could help. Also when I went out in the morning the area was gross with full ashtray & dirty drinking glasses filling the table. I did let reception know. I’ve stayed a few times now & it hasn’t improved.
