The staff were so accomodating when the night before our arrival our plans changed requiring a change of bedding configuration and an early check-in. We really appreciated that they went above and beyond to accommodate us, it made such a difference to our stay. Beds were comfortable, plenty of channels to choose from on the TV, the internet was fast, and we also really liked both the dinner and the a la carte breakfast at the attached Fiddler. Thank you Mercure!

I have stayed at Mercure Sydney Rouse Hill a number of times, and it always is a fabulous experience. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and spacious. The proximity to The Fiddler is certainly a bonus, and it’s not far to Rouse Hill Town Centre, the Metro, Aldi and many fast food chains. Parking is so easy… All in all, this is a favourite hotel in this area.
