We’re very pleased to hear that your stays with us are consistently comfortable and that you find the accommodation well appointed and good value overall. We understand that dining at The Fiddler can be lively, particularly during busy periods, and we recognise that this atmosphere may not suit everyone seeking a quieter experience. We’re sorry to hear that you were unable to secure a non-reserved table during your recent visit, we know how frustrating that can be. Your feedback regarding noise levels, restaurant availability, will be shared with the Fiddler management. The pool is located between the hotel and the Fiddler for safety reasons, as it allows both the hotel staff and Fiddler staff to keep an eye on the people swimming. Regarding pricing during high-demand periods, we understand it can feel significant when availability is limited. Booking early when possible can certainly help, but we do understand that this isn’t always practical. Unfortunately we are a small hotel and only follow the standard amenities for members set by Accor. These are the benefits/amenities provided by the hotel are given on check in. We’re so pleased to hear you enjoyed our well-connected location, convenient parking, and proximity to The Fiddler. It’s wonderful to know you appreciated the warm welcome and the upgrade, and that your suite met expectations for space, cleanliness, WiFi, and air conditioning. We do appreciate your honest feedback regarding the road noise. The road side of the hotel is triple glassed to help prevent unwanted road noise. We have made a note on your profile that you prefer the rooms on the carpark side. It’s also great to hear you enjoyed the à la carte breakfast. We agree it’s a refreshing alternative to buffets, and that your dinner experience was well above average. Thank you as well for your comments about the pool area.
