Overall experience was amazing - rooms are spacious & comfortable. Reception area was lovely and the staff working front desk were fantastic Only complaint is with the Breakfast buffet. I was there earlier, and it wasn't busy, but once a few more people started coming in it go very crowded very quickly - especially around the hot food, toast & coffee area. Would be better if things were spaced out a bit more

Hi, As a regular traveller who has worked in the industry, I appreciate the simple things and the attention to detail especially customer experience. From a short notice booking, I received a phone call from Christie who was extremely polite and helpful to enquire if I had and additional requirements which I may not have mentioned. This call actually got me to book at extra night. Every staff interaction was extremely helpful, staff training can be clearly seen through their actions and knowledge of the Pullman and Accor systems. This is my 2nd stay since opening and I will be returning in the future.

Love the room with its higher ceiling and overall comfortable space. The bed is really good and I loved the huge TV! Bathroom is spacious too with drawers for your things a lot of places don't have. Enjoyed our stay and will be back!
