Greeted with friendliness and courtesy, very comfortable rooms. Housekeeping were there for any requests needed. Problems were the toilet buttons were faulty and wouldn't always flush. The fridge was way too small with no freezer. It's only a wine fridge!!

I stayed at the hotel and needed a receipt since it was not emailed to me. I call the number provided and they cannot help me without a confirmation number that I never received and unfortunately they are unable to track to my phone number so I have spent hours trying to locate a simple receipt… beyond frustrated..

The Pullman Penrith was a lovely place to stay. We were visiting for the IronMan triathlon so it was in a super convenient location and reception staff were very kind!

Everything was great - some small feedback items. 1. The ceaser salad on the inroom dining menu states anchovies in the salad. There were no anchovies in the salad, when i enquired as to why, I was told they are in the dressing. I am an anchovie LOVER, so this was a bit disappopinting. 2. I couldnt get the rain head shower function to work in my room. I didnt need it, but it was not able to be used.
