Stayed for 6 nights with 2 rooms whilst relocating. Quality of property is high, although service was a little underwhelming. Housekeeping and breakfast service was doing the bear minimum.

Had a 3 night stay, with a room on level 2 - wanted to use the stairs to get to level 1 for breakfast but was told there were none for residents only service, so waiting for the lift was quite frustrating for just one flight of stairs. For the amount of people booked in for this business trip I felt there were not enough staff working, the ones that were seemed very busy and quite stressed. Coffee in the morning should be a given - most people need a coffee to get going - this was not readily available, you had to order separately from a staff member during breakfast, again lots of people wanting coffee with minimum staff onboard so we had to wait !! We also had to pay extra for coffee it was not included with the breakfast !!!

Overall, it was a lovely experience. From the welcome drink at check-in to the beautifully designed room, every detail catered well to the needs of any traveller. The excellent selection of pillows was a particularly nice touch. The only downside was that many breakfast items had run out on our first morning.
