We had an enjoyable one-night stay at the hotel. The hotel is quite new and well-appointed. We upgraded to a suite using an SNU; however, it wasn't a generally accepted suite but rather just a larger-than-normal room - nice but not a suite. As we were celebrating our adult son's birthday, we were a little disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open on Monday nights; however, we were advised in advance and had a satisfactory meal in the cafe. Breakfast in the Restaurant was good, though there were no signs (that we saw), nor did staff mention that eggs could be ordered, and before we saw eggs being brought ou,t we had already had the scrambled eggs from the buffet.

The Pullman hotel was so lovely, comfortable and our room was a very generous size. They accommodated our cot request and had it set up when we checked in. I will definitely only stay here whenever we’re in Penrith.

Absolute attention to detail in all respects. Checking was quick & easy. Room was beautiful & clean with comfy beds & a pillow selector. Tablet for all in room needs just one click away. Room service was super fast and loved the food. Breakfast was perfection each morning with all the options & more we could have asked for. Parking was complimentary & easy location to lifts which were always fast to get to us. I would absolutely stay here again & don’t hesitate to recommend to any traveller.

The team is always welcoming, and the front-of-house staff are consistently professional. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and presented to a high standard. Housekeeping are friendly and do an excellent job ensuring consistency. I’ve stayed here many times and it’s been a 10/10 experience every time.
