Great reception staff, nice large room, enjoyed the sauna. Dinner at Marcel was fine. Breakfast at Marcel is a real let down - absolutely not what one would expect from a "5 star" hotel. Poor quality food, food not topped up (dishes were empty and never filled up), food obviously had been left out for many hours - as just one example, the "pancakes" were literally crispy having been left under the heat lamp for so long. Absolutely not worth the money. Staff moving tables and chairs RIGHT behind us which was not conducive to a relaxing way to start the day (not sure why they could not have done after breakfast service)
