Everything you need all in one spot, food, drinks and a comfy bed. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. My only feedback would be room serve trays are left sitting in the hallways for extended periods (well over 10hrs) they need to be cleared away more frequently.

Our stay at the Pullman Penrith was nothing short of sensational from the time we booked in until the time we left. On arrival, we were checked in by Brock who was very hepful, and explained, everything about the hotel, car park, restuarant, coffee shop etc. We went to our room and discovered there was no work desk, as I had thought I had booked a room with a work desk. I went downstairs and explained this to Brock and he quickly changed rooms, and help with our luggage. Whenever I walked through reception he remembered our names and was always there to help. The service Brock provides to his guests is nothing short of exceptional. The next day I met Aaron and Jasmine, who were polite helpful and nothing was to much trouble. They helped me upgrade my Accor membership to Explorer, ensuring everthing was correct, Jasmine also arranged for a proper office chair to be sent to the room. Olivia in the resturant was very helpul and nothing we asked was to much trouble. I also met Blake and Muhammad who were very polite and helpful. All the staff we encountered during our stay were very happy and took the time to make sure that my questions were answered and always asked if I needed anything else. Having said that, Brock was the stand out, he went beyond the realms of what one would normally expect. He is a dedicated hotel mananger and clearly loves what he does. The Management of the Pullman should be very proud of Brock, Aaron, Jasmine, Olivia, Blake and Muhammad as combined they made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Congraulations guys, your were unbelieleably good at what you. All staff at the Pullman seemed to be very happy.

The staff are the hotel’s greatest asset. A special shout-out goes to Aaron at reception, who was very welcoming and always happy to answer our questions, and to Julie, who was often working alone at the Tori café. Even when the café was busy and she was under considerable pressure, Julie remained pleasant, polite and apologetic about any delays. She is an exceptionally hard worker and a real credit to the hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. There was plenty of space for us to put all our lotions and potions, which was especially helpful when travelling. The hotel lost one point in my rating because the view from our room was disappointing. It overlooked car parks, a rooftop with vents and other structures, as well as the golden arches. This was not the outlook I expected from a five-star hotel.

Reception Staff Lovely :) Our Room Was Great! Motel is fabulous!!....all was top rate until the fire alarm went off and luckily it turned out to be a false alarm as we were on our own ie no staff to greet us at the fire stairwell exit, no directions and no-one came to inform us of what was going on. I think they were a little understaffed because of public holiday but wouldn't be great in an emergency!

The rooms were very clean and shower was excellent except for drainage, water flowed out onto bathroom floor. Ither than that the place was perfect. One little pick comment, really appreciated the bottles of water but they were not a convenient fit for the fridge to chill the water.

Great location close to Panthers Leagues club and Westfield. Can’t recommend the buffet breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns were the worst we’ve tasted. Had an omelette the second morning which was delicious. Coffee machine made quite nice coffee (pod). Told on arrival that they were doing works on the roof but shouldn’t disturb us. Was ok that afternoon, but the next afternoon we arrived back at the hotel about 4pm to have a rest, but the noise from the roof above us (we were on level 5) was awful. We left early to go for dinner to get away from the noise. Arrived back about 9pm to have construction noise from across the road. Bed is comfortable. Sheets/doona feel too short for the bed though. Overall I can’t say that we enjoyed what I would consider to be five star accommodation. Though minus the construction noise and had we ordered the omelette the first morning as well would have made our experience better.
