When I arrived with a colleague my room had been given another guest who shared my surname, so your receptionist at first thought I’d checked in, took a long time to find my name with right Christian name, and found me a room in the annexe. This room had a shower over a bath which I find hard to use because of arthritis in my knee. This was not a great start and not the level of service I expect you to afford to a member of your loyalty scheme who has stayed with you in Calais on a number of occasions. I will stay again but will expect you to up your game on my return.

So good to be back after only two weeks but still as friendly and welcoming as ever. Problem with one of my rooms rectified within minutes. Special mention to the staff who ( friendly as ever) sorted my minor room problem out without any issues. Staff to mention :- Loreme-loeuka- Dylan ( Xmas Ballman)

I have stayed at the Ibis Styles Calais Centre hotel quite a few times now. As I said above, the staff are always pleasant and helpful. I always use the private secure parking, which is a big plus, and the rooms are always spotlessly clean. It is located in an ideal position, and there are plenty of good restaurants within an easy walk.

The hotel is good we stay here a lot but we were put in room 401 and I banged my head on the low ceiling a few times.
