Conveniently located for restaurants and pubs, and with secure off-street parking (by arrangement), yet not too far from the tunnel and supermarkets, this makes a good base for a brief cross-Channel trip. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, not too expensive! Try to get a room that does not face the street, otherwise you might be woken by the street cleaners.

Great location and excellent breakfast. Bar/lobby area very cosy. Rooms could do with some attention, toilet flush not great and loose on wall, pull down wardrobe broken. Asked for extra pillows and told they weren't available so not an ideal sleep. Good secure parking for a low fee. We do like and recommend this hotel, as said rooms just need a little attention.
