Staff lovely. Great car park. Room 133 was lit all night from car par lights, wc dripping all night and bad smell if drain.

Well located hotel and easy to find, but very noisy given it was opposite a late night bar which kept us awake beyond 1am.

Good location but my hotel experience was just average due to a few issues

This is an ok hotel. Nothing exceptional. We had a couple of minor issues. On arrival we were allocated a room in a separate building at the rear. When we arrived the room was not cleaned so we were allocated another room and had to haul our bags across to main building. In fairness I think the new room was bigger than standard. There was no tv remote in this room. On the morning of day 2 we advised reception and they undertook to put one in the room. That evening it still wasn’t there. We had to remind reception. The entrance to the rear accommodation block was untidy including cigarette buts on ground. Not major difficulties but easily avoidable. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
