We have just had yet another great stay at the Ibis Styles in Calais. The location is excellent. We pre booked the hotel’s secure parking which made the stay a lot easier and less stressful. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable. The selection at breakfast was plentiful and varied. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again !

Polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff...clean rooms and well-organised administration. Secure parking available for a limited number of cars and bicycles. For me, given that Calais is all about easy access to the Channel Tunnel this Ibis Styles is ideal.

The location of ibis Calais was great for our short stay, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was good. We were allocated a family duplex room for four, which was spacious, though we weren't aware beforehand that it had a split-level layout with stairs leading down to the toilet. This proved challenging due to a recent injury, though manageable for just a one-night stay. ​A few things to keep in mind: parking needs to be reserved before arrival (which we didn't realize, so we had to park on the street), the air conditioning in the room was quite weak, and there was no kettle provided. Good for an overnight stop, but worth contacting the hotel in advance if you have specific accessibility or parking needs.

Allocated a room that I can imagine attracts a lot of complaints about noise from a separate bar situated right below the room window. We were woken in the early hours of the morning,put up with people outside the bar in the street for an hour,and then went to reception for a room change. Another room was allocated with no noise,however we were told we had to move our belongings at 1 o'clock in the morning which we found not acceptable. Matter has since been sorted by the manager,who was very prompt in her reply,thank you.

We arrived late after a long trip back from Disneyland. The lady on repetition was very helpful with any questions we had. Room was clean and spacious for us as a family of 4. In the morning we had a nice tasty breakfast. Plenty of choice for everyone.

It was difficult to sleep in the family room because it overlooked the busy street and cafe bar opposite. The noise did not stop until 2am! Also we had to move to a second family room because the first one had see-through curtains!

Loved the location, felt reception desk staff were a little pressured and not the friendliest. Rooms a little tired & in need of deep clean but adequate for 1 night. Breakfast amazing, a real selling point and fitness room surprisingly well equipped. Ability to use luggage store on check out a great service. Would visit again but feel this hotel needs some love.

Definitely easy to find and in the middle of commerces. First room I was given wasn't made up! Second room given with a very short apology as an afterthought. Not really impressed. Obviously deals with ferry clientele (of which I was one) and definitely don't care about them. So fine if you don't care, but I definitely won't be staying there again. As an ALL ACCOR member, I'm very disappointed.

Sadly the accommodation was quite poor, mattresses need replacing, air conditioning didn't work so had to have the bathroom window open which proved incredibly noisy all night, TV remote doesn't match the TV so several buttons don't work. Appreciate it was cheap, but cheap should affect basic standards.
