Overall we were happy with all service, and the room, however the water temperature was lukewarm which made for a disappointing bubble bath or shower (especially with the weather being cold and stormy)

When I arrived with a colleague my room had been given another guest who shared my surname, so your receptionist at first thought I’d checked in, took a long time to find my name with right Christian name, and found me a room in the annexe. This room had a shower over a bath which I find hard to use because of arthritis in my knee. This was not a great start and not the level of service I expect you to afford to a member of your loyalty scheme who has stayed with you in Calais on a number of occasions. I will stay again but will expect you to up your game on my return.
