Couldn’t access room on arrival as key cards weren’t working. Had to wait in reception until sorted. Didn’t get a key until later that evening so had to ask staff to let us in each time.

The hotel itself is clean and tidy but a bit run down. The staff friendly but super disappointed by their policy. We use Accor a lot and their loyalty programme offers a welcome drink. Every other Accor hotel we’ve stayed in both room occupants get a drink. Here no. One to share between 2 - and it was a small bottle of supermarket beer. They were keen to get tips for their resident cat from customers but the ‘welcome’ offered to us felt very mean. Will not stay there again and reconsidering our loyalty to Accor!

We often stay here when we arrive in Calais. Restaurant is good. Rooms and bathroom clean and tidy. Need to provide more towels.

Disappointed that the restaurant was closed. it seems it is not open at weekends which is a bit strange. However the receptionist was brilliant and helped us order a pizza for delivery and also served us with wine and diet coke. She couldn’t have been more helpful.
