Very disorganised, although errors were corrected. Black ice on steps leading to the hotel, several guests fell, receptionist was very unprofessional and lied about informing guests and putting salt on steps. All in all I would not go back

We booked a family room which had a double bed, single bed and bunk above double bed. Plus toilet (without fan) and shower (could not close the door!) enough for a night stay. We chose breakfast which was satisfactory (pastries, baguette, cheese, yogurt, some fruit - plus coffee/tea/juice)

Easy to find with secure parking. Very friendly staff when checking in and out. However, after a long day driving it was a HUGE disappointment not to find a kettle in the room. Room was basic but clean, quiet and comfortable, just a pity we couldn't make tea in the room. Hot water facilities downstairs are not the required solution when you are exhausted.

shown to a room with a faulty room door and also an unsafe shower door. After talking to the concierge and explaing the problems, we were given another room.
