Room was comfortable although outside temperature was unusually high so we needed to have the windows open all night. ( We saw fans being delivered the next day so management obviously reacted quickly to the exceptional heat). Good breakfast, helpful staff

Friendly welcome, nice hotel in a great position. Very comfortable beds and pillows and the bathroom is very well planned out and designed. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. We parked opposite in the paid car park which was handy but there are some free spaces directly opposite. They were full when we arrived.

The breakfast is not enough and not refreshed for coming people after 9 am. The water bottle in the rooms is as dirty and old as from the previous century, I made that photo specifically. Not speaking about the entire room tidinesses. Nothing is provided in the rooms. The sufficient price is not worth the service you get.

Warm welcome. Appreciated secure parking. Clean and comfortable rooms. Be prepared for the sounds of the city at night (to be expected). Great location next to old city walls - to take time to enjoy a walk along the top of them (as recommended by Charles Dickens).
