We stayed one night - just after coming through the tunnel. Everyone was really helpful both before and during our stay. There’s also a lovely walk around the city ramparts across the road which was perfect for our dog. We would happily stay again!

This place is in a lovely position with views of the cathedral from some rooms (not ours) just outside the old fortified town. The parking is secure and just next door. The reception was friendly and there was always someone there. A lift (the doors to an increadibly long time to close!) and a small breakfast room which we didn't think was big enough, but it seemed to work, not sure if it would in high season. The room was rather small, we expected a bit more space. Breakfast was good, continental with a few nice touches, never filled our own tea bags before and some cakes, didnt like the Feta one, but thats personal choice. The niggle was that there was no tea / coffee in the room and while the machine in the reception was free at breakfast time, during the day, it is chargeable. It was just a mean touch which didn't sit well.

Great stay, staff were lovely and breakfast was excellent. Really convenient for the old town and right opposite the cathedral. Only minor issue is the rooms are a little on the small side.
