Our second stay at this hotel. Great location for restaurants and the old town. We had booked a superior room but when we arrived we were told we had a free upgrade which we were very happy with. Louise on reception very welcoming and helpfull and staff at breakfast pleasant and efficient (sorry we don't know your names). Good breakfast and good value for money. Will stay again.

Only small ibis, and one of the smallest rooms we have had in an ibis., but perfectly adequate. Staff helpful. Breakfast was good and kept well stocked and very clean. Paid for parking which was secure behind gate, useful as we didn’t want to take everything in with us, but there is free parking opposite which did seem busy so you may not get a place. Good Wi-Fi Dog friendly. A short walk to the walls and old town so lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.
