We stayed for two nights after using the tunnel. Wonderful location for exploring all that Sain Omer has to offer, places of interest, history and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Worh remembering Mondays are when shops are shut though. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly.relaxed family atmosphere, but still very efficient and professional. It may not be a 4 star hotel,but I cannot see whatmore you could want from a hotel. Excellent.

Very welcoming hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable if small. Have stayed here several times before due to the great location. My only disappointment this time was the food we had at Charlie's Corner the evening of our arrival. It was nowhere near as good as on previous occasions.

The hotel Ibis, Saint-Omer Centre, was in a perfect location or the shops and restaurants. The friendly welcome at reception was quick and efficient which lead to a clean, comfortable twin room ready to use at 12.00 pm Saturday. This was a late booking on Wednesday night after deciding to end a sixty-five mile walk over six days.

Loved the location and convenience but the fabric of the interiors (interior wear and tear) Was overly worn out in places and it could do with a makeover. Not the nicest Ibis we have stayed at e.g. the Ibis Styles in Amiens was much nicer interior. Very good location though.

This hotel is right in the centre of St Omer and has a small carpark. It is getting tired and the rooms need refreshing. Our room did not have air conditioning - just a fan. For the price you would expect air conditioning. The toilet seat was broken. However, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

The location of the hotel was good, the room was very small for two people and could have been cleaner (e.g. bathroom). All in all it was an okay stay for 2 nights. Also, I was not informed that there was a parking fee - I think as a hotel guest that should be included in the price.

Stayed here on the last night of our tour round Germany, we stayed in 8 different hotels including an ibis in Aachen which was lovely, however this hotel had the worst bed we've ever encountered, it was so uncomfortable we never slept a wink, the room was so small, it's a shame really as it's in a perfect location with onsite parking, we ate in the restaurant which was really nice, the staff were really friendly, unfortunately we won't be returning.
