Loved the location and convenience but the fabric of the interiors (interior wear and tear) Was overly worn out in places and it could do with a makeover. Not the nicest Ibis we have stayed at e.g. the Ibis Styles in Amiens was much nicer interior. Very good location though.

This hotel is right in the centre of St Omer and has a small carpark. It is getting tired and the rooms need refreshing. Our room did not have air conditioning - just a fan. For the price you would expect air conditioning. The toilet seat was broken. However, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

The location of the hotel was good, the room was very small for two people and could have been cleaner (e.g. bathroom). All in all it was an okay stay for 2 nights. Also, I was not informed that there was a parking fee - I think as a hotel guest that should be included in the price.

Stayed here on the last night of our tour round Germany, we stayed in 8 different hotels including an ibis in Aachen which was lovely, however this hotel had the worst bed we've ever encountered, it was so uncomfortable we never slept a wink, the room was so small, it's a shame really as it's in a perfect location with onsite parking, we ate in the restaurant which was really nice, the staff were really friendly, unfortunately we won't be returning.

Always use St Omer as a stop over either at the start or end of a road trip. Always a warm welcome and the rooms are always fresh and clean. The restaurant is also well worth a booking too.

Took 3 turns round the one way system to reach car park. We could see it but had a devil of a job reaching it. Bollards in the road !! Room very hot, no air con and fan provided noisy and fairly useless. Couldn't leave windows open as too noisy. No sockets near bed. The young girl on reception was very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of bars/cafés/restaurants nearby. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

We found lots of lovely restaurants very close by. The car park seemed secure. Could have done wih air conditioning and a fridge but apart from that it was great

Hotel was well placed for St Omer centre, the hotel was clean and the staff were good. However, the rooms were very small and very hot with no A/C. Having the window open at night meant there was a lot of road noise as early a 6am. Moving around the room when there were two of us in it was difficult and a challenge.

Like all Ibis the beds were comfortable though the room was "compact". Everything worked, it was just a bit tired. Not sure when we were going to arrive so pre-booked the restaurant, which was OK. Good place for a stopover.
