Booked in April. Arrived and given key to an already occupied room then given a room without the number of beds required. No other rooms available. Left and had to find another hotel as they could not arrange with the nearest Ibis. SHOCKING.

Worst hotel i've stayed in. Dated Dirty Unfriendly staff Room not cleaned during whole stay so no clean towels and ran oit of toilet paper Dirty sheet on bed

Bonjour Madame B., Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que votre séjour n’a pas répondu à vos attentes. La propreté et le confort de nos clients sont pourtant une priorité pour nous, c’est pourquoi nous prenons votre remarque très au sérieux. Après vérification auprès de notre service d’étage, il apparaît que lors du premier passage de la femme de chambre, le panneau « Ne pas déranger » était affiché sur votre porte, ce qui ne nous a malheureusement pas permis d’intervenir dans la chambre à ce moment-là. Concernant le manque de serviettes propres et de papier toilette, nous regrettons sincèrement que cela n’ait pas été signalé à la réception durant votre séjour, car notre équipe aurait pu intervenir immédiatement pour résoudre la situation et vous apporter le nécessaire. Nous sommes désolés si l’accueil du personnel n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, ce n’est pas l’image que nous souhaitons donner. Our stay was what we thought it would be, a pleasant stay, Friendly Staff, all we needed was somewhere to wash and sleep, shower had plenty of pressure, But a bit cramped, Bed very comfy, breakfast was adequate for what we paid. a Secure car park was a + point for our group with some old cars. a very good weekend had by all. Thank You.

I booked and paid online for 2 rooms for 2 adults i.e. 1 person in each room with breakfast. I also checked in online for both rooms a day before we made the trip. On arrival only 1 room was ready and the hotel staff couldn't find the other room booking - despite me giving them the conformation of booking form sent to me, the check in conformation for both rooms with reference numbers etc both in (printed) paper format and also on my mobile phone. After a lengthy wait around where the reception desk staff were scratching their heads they decided to "give" us the extra room. The receipt I received still only shows 1 room. My only other (minor) concern was the bread at breakfast was an oven warmed - part baked - mass produced baton that was dry and very poor. Considering the importance of the baguette to the cultural and social life of France, I found it quite surprising and a little disappointing to be offered a sub-standard product.
