The car park gate was stuck closed when it was raining hard, affecting a number of cars. Eventually someone arrived and opened it, but real inconvenience.

A very small room. It was clean but had nothing else going for it really. The staff were helpful and there was plenty car parking but otherwise it wasn't really the most comfortable place to stay.

The pillow case had awful smell, so I did not use it. Our room was full of smoke because the people smoked the bench below our window. We need to open the window as it was hot day.

Very noisy - super thin walls

Our one-night stay was a complete disaster as we couldn't get any sleep due to the incessant noise from outside, neighbouring rooms, and the corridor. It felt like the walls were made of paper, offering no soundproofing at all. The overall experience was highly disappointing, and I have no intention of staying at this hotel again.
