Dear Mrs, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the shuttle delay, which unfortunately caused you to miss dinner. We understand how disappointing this must have been. Regarding the bar service, as your hotel stay had already been fully paid for, our standard procedure is to collect payment for drinks directly at the bar rather than charging them to the room account. We are sorry if this was not clearly explained and if it made you feel unwelcome. As for the overnight parking fee, it is clearly indicated at the time of booking and reflects the secure parking facilities available to our guests.
