Would have been better if we were aware the restaurant was closed as Bank Holiday.

Lovely rooms, strong Wifi and wonderful staff from reception to the restaurant team! Unfortunately the air-condition system would only blow warm air making all rooms far too warm for a comfortable sleep. All the rooms on the front of the building had their windows open trying to ventilate-so not an issue isolated to our room. That being the case I would return to the property.

Well located hotel in St Omer but we were booked on 1sy May which is a bank holiday so no restaurant and only one staff member who worked really hard. The hotel was very very hot and the air con didn't work but the staff lady brought us a fan which helped. Overall disappointed

As the 1st of May is a national bank holiday in France, our restaurant is exceptionally closed, and staffing is reduced, although our team always does their very best to assist guests. We’re sorry to hear that you found the room too warm. Please note that our air conditioning system is not yet activated at this time of year, as outdoor temperatures are generally not high enough to require it. However, we’re glad that our team member was able to provide a fan to improve your comfort.
