It was ok. But i really did not apprciate almost being forced to pay the tax of the saty on the check in or obligated to pay 450 euros card deposit when it was a prepaid room and i explictely said that i would pay all that i consume if i do. In all the hotels i have been this is the first time that i have this.

Dear Mister, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. Indeed, when you arrived at the hotel we offered you 2 solutions : - pay directly for the city tax and we don't take any deposit on your credit card or - take a deposit of 50€ per night on your credit card so if you want to put all of your restaurant and bar consumption on you room it will be possible, and the payment will be taken on the day of departure. This procedure is the same for all of our guest, in order to secure the payment and to make departure easier. Thank you once again for your feedback. We hope to welcome you back in the future. i thought charging for parking considering what the room and meal cost was uneccesary.
