The spaciousness of the Rooms depicted in wide angle frames belied the actual experience. The lacking clarity of Check-in/Check-out times at the very outset, ie: this information wasn't available until after the Booking was completed! The Toilet was very cramped for my 6'2" frame ! The Flush Panel very difficult to operate - it should be easy enough even for a 10 year old to use! But one needed Herculean strength to use it, even at the end of which it didn't function efficiently. Result: Several Flushes before the next person could use it! Get it looked-into and sorted-out in Room 423 - PLEASE ! And finally...the Booking confirmation clearly states a £ 6.00 Fee for every Entry/Exit of its vast though limited Car Park spaces, with the additional FALSE THREAT of being issued with a PCN after the first 20 minutes of "Free Parking" elapsed, while local Hounslow Borough residents blatantly thwarted this openly accessible Car Park (broken/vandalised/non-existent lift-up/down Barriers) by driving In/Out and parking for as long as they chose to, while legitimate ibis Guests forked-out £ 6.00/Night's stay ! Very uncivilized and unfair, one might add. All of these are a blatant misrepresentation of the Trades Description Act, one might claim. But there were other "saving graces" too. It wasn't all "doom & gloom", one might add. "Saiji" at Check-in (didn't quite catch his name as he so modestly pronounced it!) from Kerala was polite and kind. He also clarified that the £ 6.00 Parking Fee was per Night's stay and that allowed us to come and go as we pleased during our entire time. Very helpful clarification as we were actually contemplating CANCELLATION of our Stay until the very last minute on 17/12/2020. The EU Housekeeping Ladies were polite and kind too, offering us a room cleaning service the next morning after our 1st Night's Stay. We were just content with fresh Towels & Loo Rolls! And finally, the powerful, superbly temperature regulated Shower was invigoratingly blissful! The absolute epitome of our 2 Night Stay that made us "feel-at-Home"! All-in-all, despite it being COVID Times and a Tier III restricted London, it was quite a satisfactory Trip. We set-off for Home as London slipped down into COVID Tier IV ! Thank you for allowing us to candidly share our experiences.

The location is okay and I understand it is a budget hotel, but I facility doesn't even provide guests with complimentary water. The shower is slippery and the toilet is insanely small.

On arrival there wasn’t anyone at the desk, we had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone came. When they did came they were very friendly. The room was extremely small and it smelt musty. The bunk bed had a funny smell, I think the mattress smelt slightly of urine. I won’t be staying here again.

On check on I was allocated a room, 112, that hadn't been cleaned or made up since the last person to occupy it checked out. This was quickly rectified but really as things are right now this shouldn't happen. After that I enjoyed my stay.

Mattress needs updation had back ache, found alot of hairs on sheets. Toilets flush don't work properly.

I was on a business trip and had an early start the next day. Unfortunately due to travel issues I was only able to spend a few hours at the hotel before I had to leave. However I would say that the hotel, facilities and staff were excellent especially considering how low the prices were. All in all it was great value.

The room was OK, but they had no kettle and tea, coffee and sugar in the room, they was a coffee machine near the reception but for what we got it was a bit expensive

No-one at front desk, dated & small rooms

Upon arrival at the hotel, I had to press a call button for someone to open the door. After pressing the call button 3 times, no one had answered or let me in, so I waited until another guest left the hotel and went in through the open door. No-one was at the reception desk, and there was no call bell. After shouting ‘excuse me’ for 10 minutes someone finally came to the front desk. He was apologetic about the wait and said he was helping an elderly couple get their TV working and there was no other staff on. Cannot fault his customer service. After checking me in, I entered the lift and went to push the ‘close door’ button. There was no button there, meaning my finger went straight through and touched what I only imagined to be wires. In the room opposite to mine, there were 2 workmen staying the night, who were wedging their door open with a shoe and playing music. The rooms are very small, and there was quite a bit of dirt/grime on the blind. The TV is small and remote didn’t work so I couldn’t turn the TV off when I went to sleep. There is no bathroom, the sink is tiny and on a shelf in the room, there is a glass screen into the shower, and the toilet is located inside what looks like a cupboard. The lights to the shower flickered on and off most of the night. I suppose you get what you pay for, but I will not be staying at this hotel again.
