Prison like rooms but clean. Issue was the party of the local homeless who didn't quiet until 3am made the stay a disaster

We stayed here for two nights in order to be near Twickenham for the Rugby Internationals. It is definitely a budget hotel but it does the job....the bed was comfortable and it was clean and warm. We didn't have breakfast and walked to the nearby shopping street for food. There were some great curries in the Indian market. It is a short bus ride to the rugby stadium.

There was a cockroach in our bed. Apart from that there were some problems with our room like a wndow that wasnt closing well and the aircondition that was making a terrible noise. but the people at the reception gave us another room. However, in the new room there was a hidden cockraoch between the beds in the duvet and it was disguisting, unhealthy and the fact that it is a budget hotel, doesny give any excuses. I sent the hotel a complaint email, asking for a partial refund. I hope they get back to me soon.

Staff were friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was adequate. We tried to borrow a kettle for our room but were told that wasn’t possible which was annoying and shouldn’t appear online if it’s not available. The room was tiny with just two coat hangers but was adequate for one overnight stay. Parking is horrendous but we managed to bag the last space. The hotel is in a good location and we got an uber to and from Twickenham stadium. We were able to check in early which was a bonus.
