On the official website it is not mentioned that the parking is chargeable and we paid £27 for 2 days, it is not mentioned that for early check you have to pay, and at 12 o'clock we had to pay £20 for each room. even if it is a cheap hotel should be avoided if you want to have a quiet vacation

Booked as a last minute stay at a super inflated price. However even this notwithstanding, I had serious issues with the cleanliness of my room. Stains everywhere. Toilet only very superficially cleaned. Bed linens aside, everything was dirty and tired. The breakfast was not refilled frequently and was super limited. The lift was unnecessarily cramped. Coffee machine stopped working and wasn’t refilled for a good 30 mins. The staff were polite and tried to help but they’d been dealt a bad hand. I am a L’Accor gold member and have stayed at Accor properties around the world including other Ibis budget properties in the UK but this was a bit special.

McashBCAc Couples - TripAdvisor review

We arrived and as a disabled person was disappointed to found that one of the two lifts was out of order. The hotel was fully booked and very busy. This meant i had to wait a long time for a lift. I was told the other lift had been out of order for 6 months.!! There where blood marks at the bottom of the bedroom door which was most unnerving. Upart from this the service was good, we has foid which was good although price was high as expected
