I arrived at short notice due to covid and stayed nearly two weeks, I was very happy with the hotel, especially the staff who were very professional with a strong focus on cleanliness and keeping everyone safe, especially the manager Maria, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all respects and took a hands on lead in keeping high standards, it gave me a lot of confidence with so much covid around. Thank you to all of the team for a pleasant and safe stay :-)

Appalling. There were three people infront of me. Man at check in took so long with one customer (30 mins) due to his inability to speed things up, kept talking to him for no reason. Lots of very irritated people waiting to check in. Kept talking him through each option, man kept changing his mind and the customer S. person had no control over the situation and made NO EFFORT AT ALL to hurry things up. Useless. Not staying again.

Completely fine for my needs. I needed a hotel close to Heathrow with good tube links. Staff were friendly. Nice that there was a pizza option, although they only had one pizza choice available. First room had a very intense, mould-like smell but we were immediately offered a new room upon notifying the staff. Bed was comfortable, although the towels seemed tired.

We Entered The Hotel after Missing it where it was, and has We Stepped in the Floor Needs to be Cleaned at The Entrance, and We Checked on but Lift was not Cleaned. The First Room The TV, did not Work, Shower in the Room, and the Bed Our Son was Could not get up and Down, Next Room Bed Small Bathroom (Mouldy), Third was Not Good and Only got Refunded Half The Price, Never will go there again got (Ripped) Off.

First I was allocated a dirty room and had to come downstairs to change room. Second room had bad smell in bathroom. Otherwise everything else was ok. Also photos showing the advertisement do not match what you received.

Friendly welcome (and farewell) from receptionist. Room just right; comfortable bed; quiet; superb double glazing to eliminate aircraft noise. Breakfast (take away in a bag) good considering current situation.

On arriving at the Hounslow Ibis Budget we checked in as normal. I was surprised to find the room door ajar and entered. My wife pointed out that the work surfaces were dirty and clearly visible cup marks were present. I used a towel to clean the surface. On entering the bed I found a pubic hair. It wasn't ours. We hadn't been in the bed. I found this extremely off putting and kept the fact from my wife to prevent further upset. In this current Pandemic I find it incredulous that such levels of cleanliness are evident. The whole experience led to an unsatisfactory nights sleep. Not what we expected after a long drive south. Very disappointed indeed.

My room floor was in bad need of a good mop. i walked bare foot for a few minutes and my feet were filthy. Besides that everything was fine from checking in to leaving the next day.

The mattress, if you could call it that literally had no life in it, I sat on it and felt like I was just sitting on a foamy mess. There is no way I could have stayed and slept at all! There was also dust across all surfaces, including headboard and desks and so had not been cleaned properly since reopening and didn’t feel comfortable in the current climate staying in the room.
