Had a gods stay at ibis budget Hounslow. The room was clean. Unfortunately there were a couple of things that could have been better. The sink was blocked, the blinds on the window were loose and the bed was a bit uncomfortable .

I have stayed at this hotel before. The room was clean and the location is convenient for me. Price was a big factor also.

At check- in i was told .that morning breakfast is complimentary.but they asked me for money in the morning .i paid took my bag and left the same morning .i was supposed to stay till 12th but i checked out on 10th .thanks for your service ibis .never going back

The room was so small and smelly, the behaviour of Manager was so rude, she didn't know how to deal with international tourist/travellers and guest in the hotel. We didn't get the services of breakfast in the hotel just to explore the local food, usually markets near the hotel open after 11.00 am. I have also worked in the hotel industry, and we taught that guest is always right within rules and regulation, but the staff of this hotel need to get some training according to international standards.
