everything is convenient, room is clean, spacious and quiet (room at the back of the building). two large towels provided, shower with great water flow and temperature. only issue: the air conditioning was noisy and did not manage to heat the room properly..

The rooms were not nice at all. Mould around the windows marks on the beds mark up toilet wall dirt on toilet floor. Customers being really loud at 3am in the corridor outside the room. Room service lady on the phone on loud speaking whilst cleaning rooms for everyone to hear. The only good thing was the maintenance man was quick and efficient on changing the light In the shower as it was constantly flashing. I had two family rooms with 6 people staying for a family funeral. I was very disappointed

The room felt unclean when we arrived, there were still some hairs left in the shower from a previous guest which made us question if other simple things were missed or bypassed when cleaning the rooms. The value of the room was much less compared to the ibis budget heathrow location, this one had the most basic shower where water leaked under the door and the sink was located in the main part of the room rather than an actual bathroom. The separate toilet had lifted up ceiling tiles. It took some time for the room to heat up also but it was a cold day and the room has no carpeted floor. The positives of our stay was that the staff were friendly and knowledgeable at check-in, the location was convenient and close by to the tube station and the price was reasonable. However we would not choose this location again due to the hygiene standards not being met, and the fact that there is another ibis budget location closer to heathrow which has a more premium looking room with an ensuite and less basic decor for a similar price point.
