It is well located and close to Bus stop. I could easily get all I needed around. I stayed for 6 nights and they were very comfortable, my room was cleaned daily and the staff were polite to me. It is a place I can come back to. I was even allowed to check in early without extra cost.

The shower room doesn't have a space to hang or put dry clothes which means you might need to open the nearly transparent door to get your clothes for changing and it might he awkward if you're sharing the room with friends or even family. The sink was a bit clogged. The location is very close to Heathrow Airport and there are food court and tesco nearby, which is very convenient. Would only recommend if you have a tight budget and only stay for one night.

Location is good, staff is good/friendly/helpful, the rooms lacked cleanliness. Got a room with blocked sink and smell of cigarettes and burnt floor marks in the whole room. I have stayed at other ibis budget hotels before and this one by far has been the dirtiest experience.
