Great hotel by Hounslow town. I love comming to this hotel, but lately I haven´t been around much. It is great for the price and the rooms are nice. I also like hearing and the watching the planes in the morning when they come so low. I have been here probably four or five times and I have never had a problem. Sometimes the tv doens´t work and it is quite small. Other than that I have never had a problem. I would recommend it if you want to stay in Hounslow rather than sleeping by the airport.

I understand the room I purchased was from a budget Ibis, however, I was not expecting it to look like a prison cell and for the staff to be unwelcoming. The room was bare, and cold and had the most basic facilities. The remote for the TV did not work and, the bed was broken. I felt very dissatisfied with my purchase and I know I will not book with this particular hotel again.

The hotel is very well run with a good communal space and was by far the cheapest room we had anywhere in the UK this trip. The local area is not fashionable but there is great food on offer from local restaurants and the transport links are good (if working).

Hotel was ok but the booking of the room was a nightmare. Problems with the payment link, your staff who can hardly speak English. When i told my frustration to your staff he put the phone down on me this happened twice with 2 different customer services staff. I did not raise my voice and did not swear or talk to them in a rude manner. Will never stay with you again.

It was okay, not as clean as I expected eg footprints on floor, webs on walls and windows dirty from outside. But main beding, towels and loo rolls were clean and enough. Expected the shower to have more privacy if 3 adults share triple room. Service was good, wifi and tv available. The staff were pleasant.
