We got to the hotel the night time staff were abosolutely lovely, friendly, upbeat and chatty - quick and simple check in / parking payment - got to our room basic but was okay for the night it was a great room for plane spotting for Heathrow airport, half of the bed missing most of its slats which made it a very uncomfortable we expected the noises of the planes so wasn't grumbling once we checked out we reported about the missing bed slats to the morning staff on check out we were greeted with a laugh then a comment of clues in the name "budget" we expected a basic room but the website the beds as comfy for a good nights sleep but the night has shown otherwise! We stayed in room 236.

We have stayed many times at this hotel and like it because of its proximity to the High Street and tube/metro station which allows for an easy and fast connection to both LHR airport and the centre of London. Comfortable beds and no frills but perfectly adequate rooms for a short stay. The staff are very friendly and professional. There is a car park adjacent to the hotel and the first 20 minutes are free. Usually I would rate the hotel a 10/10, but this time I didn't find it as clean as usual, especially the towels and sheets. Not the usual sparkling clean. The key reader next to the lift was disabled this time, so access to the rooms was less secure than usual. We will no doubt stay here again and we will hopefully be able to give it 10/10 again next time.
