It has a good vibe - chill and relax. As a person who is really fussy about sleeping quality, the mattress and beds are incredibly comfortable that helped us recharge quickly. It's within 10 mins walk from Ealing Broadway which is a very strategic location, linked with different lines to the airport or the core of London. Though the choice of food for breakfast is limited, considering its price - £6 - that's acceptable. The staff are really nice and friendly!

This is a bog standard room at an acceptable price. Unfortunately on arrival, there were two people sat near the bar on laptops, I assumed they were guests. They did not look up or say hello. We stood around discussing whether we were at the right place to check in. Within a metre or so of these people. After several minutes of talking at a reasonable volume about checking in, and looking around I noticed the branding on the shirt of one of the laptop 'workers' and asked if they worked here. They sounded surprised and said they did. I said I wanted to check in and again, surprised they said oh. We thought you'd already checked in. I said, what did you think we were doing here stood around talking about checking in. They laughed. I said it again, why would we be stood around, with our bags, at reception saying 'check in' in earshot of you for any other reason. They did not reply. In the subsequent short time it took to pay and get key cards, another guest who had clearly already raised a request for their room to be cleaned, returned to say it still had not been cleaned and could they please have, towels, a bin bag, a toilet roll etc etc. I would choose somewhere else next time I'm staying in this area.

Wasn’t impressed with room luckily we onto really slept there but very very dull and dark in the room not charger port next to my bed. Very basic and not worth the money at all I’d say under £100 is more reasonable for the room!

- Incorrect room charge (overcharged): The price shown in their system, as they explained to us, was £100 higher than the price we had booked through Booking.com. The problem was that we were the ones who noticed the mistake. Although they refunded the difference, we lost approximately €10 due to the currency conversion from pounds to euros. -On one day, the room was never cleaned and the towels were not changed between 8:30 a.m., when we left the hotel, and 2:00 p.m., when we returned. - One day, while the air conditioning was running and we were in the room, it suddenly started leaking water into the room. - On the first day, we asked for two extra towels. Although the room was cleaned the following day, the two extra towels were taken away and were not replaced. This happened twice, and each time we had to ask reception for new towels. - The room was dirty from the beginning in two areas: the mirror next to the door and the tap/faucet were dirty. -Friendly and polite staff _Excellent and varied breakfast -Comfortable and quiet room -Good location. Around 12 min walking from Ealing Brodway Station.

Quiet room, but air quality is bad. No Air Circulation at all, makes us feel dizzy. The AC in the room is fine, but no central AC to exchange new air. I had to open window to get air, but outside street is noisy, so I slept while the window is shut.

I wanted a budget hotel with parking and breakfast close to Central Line. I got all this but I also got a great sleep and good continental breakfast too. Great underground car parking. The only issue I had was the lack of information about getting into the car parking, without having to park up in street first to go in and ask!

I decided to try the Ibis Styles Ealing and despite it being a bit further out than expected it was very accesible. The Ealing broadway station is juat a 5-8 min walk away. The area is also great for some shopping, and the Gails further down the road is a great spot for some lovely pastries. The hotel is very clean, beds are excellent and the staff very kind and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.
