The hotel room overall and the bed were comfortable. It would be nice to offer one smaller towel instead of one of the two big towels. Breakfast was good. What bothered me though is that the dishes and glasses sometimes had a really unclean and even dirty appearance. One staff member explained that it was because of the hard water in London. I don’t really believe that, since it was the only time during my entire stay in London where the dishes were dirty. I live in a city with hard water as well and my dishes look clean coming out of the dishwasher. So, please either polish the dishes and glasses or find a way to use water softeners or dishwasher salt.

Room floor and especially sofa bed, were not clean upon arrival. Housekeeping service inconsistent, some time enough towels for the 4 of us, some time just three. Vacuuming not done on our penultimate day, bread crumbs still on the floor when we returned in the evening from the morning.

Well located hotel close to the underground as well as bus stops, 45 mins to central London. Many restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The room was clean and the breakfast was adequate. However, we have to point out that we left our towels on the floor because we wanted fresh towels and the housekeeping staff simply picked them up and placed them back on the hook. This has never happened in any hotel before and is unacceptable. Additionally, when there are used cutlery and dishes from a previous guest on the table during breakfast and you sit down at that table, you will have your breakfast next to dirty dishes because no one will take them away despite employees clearing other tables. Other than these two factors which really did disappoint us, the hotel is satisfactory.

Great location, wonderful staff , simple and convenient breakfast ! Great outdoor patio, indoor seating area, board games available. The only minor issue was the TVs in the room. Bring an HDMI cable if wanting to watch something as only cable tv is available.
