Hotel was exactly where they said it would be. Polite and very helpful staff to greet you and an excellent, clean, comfortable hotel to stay in. Great location for work with easy access to parking (for a van) and the tube system for heading further in London

Very unorganized & complicated

It took an hour to check-in and finally get to our room!!! even though I had completed the pre-online check in and check out - this didn't seem to matter. We did arrive quite late into the evening and the member of staff on duty felt like he didn't know what he was doing. the Car Park is very difficult to find and not well signposted and it took one of the security guards to actually "show" us how to get into the car park. Trying to then get into the hotel from the car park was a nightmare as our cards didnt work on the tag system. once we finally got to our room the bed was solid and only had 1 pillow - when asked we were advised there were no more as they were fully booked. Breakfast the following morning although was nice as a continental was very rushed - we were told it was served until 10 and we went down at 9, by 9.30 nothing was replaced and we were continually quizzed if we had finished. Then when we handed back our cards to check out had to then get them back again to get back to the car park. Getting out of the car park took another 1.2 hour as you had to get out of the car to press a buzzer to contact reception every time you wanted a barrier lifted. Very complicated and difficult hotel to stay in which is what I don't expect from Ibis.
