The room was great and staff really good. My issues were that housekeeping never came during a 4 day stay and the water pressure was terrible.

Both elevators were unavailable for several hours. One elevator was not available the entire time. This resulted in my elderly parents having to walk up seven flights of stairs. Breakfast was underwhelming for the price.
