The shower door is too thin to protect against water droplets, which is inconvenient. Although there is a coffee maker and coffee and sugar are provided, it is not replenished for subsequent days of stay, which could be improved. The location is further than indicated on the website, making it a long walk if you are traveling with heavy luggage from the train/metro station.

It was ok but faced annoying issues: one lift not working, staff incapable to have a listing of paid breakfast customers, shower with 2 shower heads running, bed made daily but paper on the floor stays forever.

On arrival only one lift in operation, constantly having to request hand towels when were then removed from rooms once we left for the day, poor customer service, breakfast on day one was disorganised. Items of food that had run out were not replaced, cutlery, cups and saucers were not available and it took ages for someone to come out and provide assistance.
