Situated in Ealing (west London), right on high street. Great location, bus stop right outside the hotel, short walk to Ealing Broadway, the tube station and the fast Elizabeth line. Safe and quiet nieghbourhood even at late hours. Rooms are functional for business travel and tourists alike. One challenge is a common ironing room rather that individual irons and boards in the room. Limited food options though you are spoilt for choice by all types of cuisines at a short walk. The bar is open 24 hours. Rooms and bathrooms in line with expectations. Most importantly, very, very friendly and helpful staff. Vinay stoodout with his warmth and help. All others were all fantastic. A very important aspect for me. "Hospitality is foremost".
