I am a frequent guest staying at your hotel on a regular basis. I have always enjoyed my stays at your hotel. In the last several weeks, it seems like your hotel has stepped up a notch and my stays in the last several weeks have been excellent and even more enjoyable and simply perfect! In particular, your hotel has been excellent in planning for my arrival each time in the last several weeks - which meant that every time I checked in, everything was already ready and 'sorted' and it has been as smooth and as pleasant an arrival as can be every time in the last several weeks. Visit was okay. Car park was poorly signposted. A very small sign only visible from one direction. Rang up to get help, noone answered after 3 calls and I had to park elsewhere to ask where the car park is. The TV in the room had no streaming services, just basic live TV I waited a long time to be greeted by the breakfast host, I had to get a cleaner to get them from the kitchen. Items werent labelled with dietery notices such as dairy.
