Cleaning level Zero- bath was full of hairs,just disgusting. Service at bar and reception Zero, no smile, no customer friendliness nothing whatsoever.. Awfull just awfull, went for business with partners and would not like to be sent there again. Just AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Hotel was located close to underground station which was very convenient. A bit of long ridrs from Liverpool Street station but but about 15-20 mins rides to Picadilly Circus. Several underground lines available. Elevators were slow though and not all were working. Cleaning ppl made the beds but did not clean the used coffee cups during the 4 nights we were staying there. That was not very hygienic.

However, we apologize for the wait times you experienced with our elevators. We understand how important it is to have efficient and prompt elevator service, and we regret any inconvenience this caused. Furthermore, it is concerning to hear that the cleanliness of your room, particularly regarding the coffee cups, was not up to our usual standards. This is certainly not indicative of the meticulous housekeeping service we strive to provide. We are sorry that this oversight affected the comfort of your stay. We hope you were able to appreciate the wide array of dining options in our Lounge Bar & Terrace, offering a relaxed environment and diverse menu selections.
