​We had a brilliant stay at the Novotel London West. The location in Hammersmith is perfect for getting around, and the rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. ​The standout part of our visit was the service, specifically from Erald, the manager. He was incredibly professional and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s clear that his leadership sets a high standard for the whole team. ​Highly recommended for anyone visiting London. We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at the Novotel London West, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located in Hammersmith, making it incredibly easy to get around London via the nearby tube stations. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the warm welcome I received at the front desk. I want to give a huge shout-out to Erald. He was professional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth and that I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find such high-quality service, and Erald’s positive attitude really set the tone for a great trip.

Cleaners stealing money

During our stay, multiple members of my family had cash stolen from two separate rooms while we were away. The money was securely left in the rooms and went missing during the same time period, which raises serious concerns about room access and staff oversight. We immediately informed reception, but this situation has caused extreme stress for our family, especially as we are traveling together and rely on that money. The fact that this happened in more than one room makes it even more alarming. This is not something any guest should experience, and it has completely damaged our sense of safety and trust in this accommodation. We expect a full investigation, including a review of key-card access logs, and proper accountability. I strongly advise future guests not to leave valuables in their rooms and to be extremely cautious.
