We regularly stay at this hotel. They always try to help you. Rooms are being upgraded as they go along. I requested a fan they sent it to the room. The bar is lively and good service. The hotel is always busy but they are constantly running trying to help. I requested a quiet room and definitely had a good night sleep. It is in a great location close to Hammersmith underground station and has a large underground car park .

A Great Quality with large rooms and very comfortable bed. Being located just yards from The Hammersmith Apollo you have ease of access to the city of London. The Hotel has its own underground secure car park.

Sadly I was late checking in but was delighted to receive an upgrade from the charming young woman at the desk. I didn’t get too fully enjoy the room as I had to check out quite early but the time spent there was great.

I booked at Novotel because I had a course at LCT which was a perfect location to stay. However, it is not the best choice for a stay in term of location. Also, i got a special rate form LCT And found out later that if I booked directly it would be cheaper. more over, breakfast was low quality & need more improvements & options.

The lobby, restaurant bar etc were all excellent. The staff were also brilliant as always. However, being a regular visitor to the Canary Wharf Novotel, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the rooms and decor, which are no where near the quality of what I would expect for 4 starts - especially based on my experience of the Canary Wharf hotel.

I got the free upgrade of room, room was nice with all needed staff, even Nespresso capsules to which I'm used every morning. Clean room. Had dinner at Artisan grill restaurant - very tasty and service au top. breakfasts - everything you need.

Not very "premium executive"

Friendly staff, but disappointing room. My room looked and felt like a standard room. Besides being located on the top-floor and having a useless Nespresso machine, it was difficult to se why the room should deserve being called "premium executive". The cleanliness was not impressive (spots on carpet, dust on the glass shelve sand dirt on the various information leaflets) and it also surprises me that you would offer such a room class with a thin connection door to the adjacent room so all noise from that room could be heard clearly in my room.

Your location and price point are excellent. However, the food at the buffet is not great quality, the hotel itself is very tired (with thread-bare rugs in the hallways) and at one point the window in my room was opened by someone? I came home my last evening to an open window and when I called the front desk they did little with the information, even after prompting. I mentioned this security issue as well when I checked out of the hotel.

The experience was great, when checking in we got an upgrade which was of course very nice. The room was very good and had everything that I could have needed. The bed was a stand out with it being very comfy to sleep in. Mohsin was the one who checked us in and was very helpful for any questions I had.

the hotel itself is super but we were a bit disappointed though with the service as we phoned the week before to see if they could put an extra bed in the room as our 11 year old daughter has decided she would like to join us, the first lady I spoke to told me “yes, no problem - just turn up and they’ll check if she can stay” not wanting to just turn up with her and the hotel not being able to fit her in I insisted on finding out for sure 100% so was put through to the hotel .... only to be told that the room would not fit a 3rd bed and none of the rooms in the hotel could take a 3rd bed - fair enough . Until we turned up a my the hotel we were offered an upgrade to a superior room which would have very comfortably fit two more beds in !!!

Room was satisfactory, enjoyed breakfast. Would suggest the bin in the ladies by the gym is moved nearer to the sinks as when the facilites are busy, the bin is hidden by the queue. 1 toilet in that facility did stop working as the flush was not working. I did note that the one in my room was tempermental.
