The room was clean and comfy, the staff were really lovely and accommodating. However really disappointed with how thin the walls were. We were woken extremely early by neighbours, who probably werent too loud but because of thin walls every bang shook our beds.

The hotel stands out for its excellent location, just a short walk from the tube, making it very easy to get around the city. However, our overall experience as a family was mixed. The room felt very tight once the sofa was turned into a bed, leaving almost no space to move, open suitcases, or store clothes for a longer stay. Service was also inconsistent, with delays in preparing the room (we got the kids bed ready at 7pm after asking reception twice), missing basic items (shower liquid - we asked for 3 times), and limited response to requests (they do not respond to emails). While the kids’ play area during breakfast was a nice touch, it was only available during the Easter period. Overall, a convenient stay in terms of location, but with several points that could be improved, especially for families.

Everything was perfect. We went down for breakfast at 10am on Sunday and quite simply it was not well stocked - with no provison for scrambled eggs instead of fried. The fried eggs looked like they had been there for some time all all the yolks on the eggs were popped .. did not appetising The produce itself was of a high enough quality, but it was clear it was not well maintained as a lot was gone - esp cheeses, fruit etc. Then to be told if I wanted an omlette it would be extra just seem poor value foe money. Shame as the rest of the experience was great.

I chose to stay at Novotel London West because the booking site confirmed our reservation for adjoining rooms. When we arrived at the hotel, I was told that we did not have adjoining rooms. This was extremely disappointing as I would have booked an alternative hotel if I’d known that adjoining rooms for my family were not available. We were provided with one room when we checked in, but had to wait a long time for the second room to be available. We were told that the wait was due to the late departure of guests in our second room. We were offered an alternative second room but that was on a completely different floor so my family would have been separated entirely.
