Very good access to bus and tube. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast and meals at the restaurant are top. Excellent for families. It should have a small play area for kids. Free WiFi.

It was disappointing. When I arrived to check in to the hotel around 6pm, there were two people working on reception but both were helping the same person and I had to wait a considerable amount of time before either of them acknowledged me and then offered to help. They asked me where I would like my room to be located and I asked for a room in a quiet area because I had to wake up very early. I was put in a room on a corridor with what sounded like children shouting until midnight on one side and drunk teenagers on the other side. I appreciate this is not the fault of Novotel, but dont ask me where I would like my room to be if you cannot deliver this. There was no hairdryer (at all) that I could find in my room. I raised this with reception on check out and they apologised and said 'there should have been a hairdryer in the room under the desk and in the bathroom). I could find neither.

An excellent check in process by super efficient, friendly staff. A wonderful room and bathroom with a fantastic bed. Loved the breakfasts too. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We were staying as part of a large group booking for the Myaware Kids weekend We talk among ourselves and I was amazed to find out that some of the other parents had an nespresso machine in their room whilst we had Nescafé sachets!!. Surely with a 74 person booking we should all have been given similar rooms with similar amenities? The beds were ok though I have had just as comfy at an Ibis Disappointed about the lack of biscuits - we literally had one between 4 and the stingy refreshments

Food wasn’t up to much, no one helped at breakfast with daughters allergies. 13 month old daughter found a chocolate covered nut on the floor of our room and started choking on it, removed from her mouth thankfully. She’s allergic to dairy and nuts. Husband then found another on the floor - did alert staff. Unsettled night after given her meds. Was given 2 rooms with 1 double bed in each between 6 of us.

Although the stay was fine and the location of the hotel is great, we found the house keeping quite disappointing this time.

Three marvelous nights at this hotel for New Year. I have stayed here before and returned for many reasons. Although pricey over the holiday season rooms are impeccable, staff so friendly, lovely free room upgrade (I’m a Club Accor member), very C. to the Tube/Underground, SIXT Car Rental located onsite, and well away from tourist central! 20 minute Tube ride in to the City and only 30 minutes to Heathrow. Fantastic! Only one slight negative is water pressure in shower could be a little higher but pretty decent by UK standards and no temperature fluctuations so I will take it!

Dissapointed, lack of privacy.

As a member of the Accor group, i was hugely dissapointed with our room. Having stayed here before, the standard of the room we were given this time was quite different and although i appreciate we had a lower spec room i didn’t really appreciate there would be such a big difference. Very very tired decor, very stained carpet, not enough sockets and one by tv was loose, bed very hard as were the pillows. Also after about 30 minutes of entering our room in the afternoon, there was a knock at the door. Just as i stood up a man entered the room carrying 2 bottles of water and said “ sorry, forgot to leave these”. Fortunately i was dressed otherwise could have been very embarrassing. You certainly do not expect anyone to just walk into your room.

Stayed the another hotel because of the trouble of rooms. Then staff said they called a taxi but it came to us after the couple hours. they said we could enjoy the hotel’s bar though, we actually had a plan that was the reservation for dinner near your hotel was cancelled. Staff said we could get a bottle of champagne service but we didn’t. And when we were back in our room, staff who cleans our room left used behind towels. And also they forgot to change towels and restock the a paper tissue (it was happened sometimes)

Cold water for shower.

I complained a number of times that the water in the shower was cold. Was told it would be fixed. However it was not fixed. No one seems to care at this hotel. The rooms are out dated. Upon checking out there was only one staff member on reception. There was no Accor member section.

Helpful Staff and good value for money. Some the facilities need upgrading but its made up by good service and good staff. The hotel for its size has only bell captain who could not handle all the requirements of all the rooms especially when there is a group checkout, so i would recommend that and additional bell captain be employed to improve the response time and increase customer satisfaction.

Room is really small. If you book their superior room for 2 adults and 2 kids you literally have no room left. Breakfast is far below Novotel standards. You will have really limited options if you have diet restrictions. Some staff are friendly and courteous while some are rude ( including the duty manager on the night of 27th December who in the most unfriendly manner with absolute lack of courtesy towards a customer booked for 7 nights, declined a polite request for a late checkout).

I was extremely disappointed with our stay, from the reservation experience to check in, to breakfast. Having stayed previously, we thought it would suit our needs. Unfortunately it seems that booking for 3 adults is too confusing and difficult for your staff and systems.

Family of 5 across 2 rooms booked for our 2nd stay here in the last year. Great location and onsite parking, tube station 5 mins away. Staff are all friendly and the hotel generally is of a very good standard. Special mention to Alyssa (I think is her name) reception manager who went out of her way for us, a credit to Novotel. Only downside is the wait in a long queue to check in or out.
