Fine as a bed for the night. The rooms are perfectly adequate though it was quite chilly overnight with no extra bedding to add warmth. The room aircon/heating didn’t seem to make much difference. Breakfast selection was quite good though the restaurant at 8.30am was very busy and we had to queue for 10 minutes to get a table. Some customers were turned away and advised to collect their food and eat it in the bar area. Because it was so busy, some food items ran out - no pastries at all for example. The quality of the food was pretty good. Reception staff on arrival was a little unsmiling but plenty of smiles on checking out. It’s in a convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the main shopping street and underground station.

The promise of minibar replenishment was inconsistent as some days it was replenished and others weren't.

Our family had 3 rooms for a week. The annoying thing was the room keys. 1 room lock on arrival needed battery replaced which is understandable. Most keys are no longer invalidated by a mobile phone but not here. Even when you place your key in a separate purse pocket away from your phone they didn’t work. The need to have them re keyed was a constant I could have done without. Food was nothing special and food service in bar was slow… a woman in the bar waited 1 hr for her pasta, we tried fries, sandwich & salad and Sunday buffet was good. We didn’t try their “fine dining “. Room Cleaners were good, bed was comfortable and showers were hot. Rooms were cool as I think they turned on the heat only at night. The family wedding venue was close so it fit our needs. We stayed in executive room so they replenished waters and coffee daily which was nice. Ok for a couple of nights but I wouldn’t spend a week there without a specific need in Hammersmith. The street food just outside of hotel was very good. Close to tube.
