Large room with all amenities

Fantastic breakfast with all you can want. Excellent location with access to the Piccadilly line to head to Hyde park and District line for central London. Globally confortable. 3 things to improve: 1. Did the check in online but still need to wait at the reception, online checking is supposed to be done to just get the key on arrival and waste no time, obviously nothing has been prepared. 2. Rooms are done late in the afternoon, personal is not discrete and noisy, annoying if you want to take a nap at 17:00. 3. A deposit of £50 pounds is taken on the arrival, release at check out but it was said no where when booked or I missed it. It is a good hotel to considered in greater London, I recommend it.

The convenience of our hotel's location, situated a mere five-minute walk from the Hammersmith Apollo and with easy access to the Piccadilly and District lines for travel to Hyde Park and central London, is something we are very proud of. However, we apologize for the waiting time you experienced upon arrival, despite completing online check-in. We understand that efficiency is key, and we will look into streamlining this process further. We also regret that the timing of our room service did not allow for a restful afternoon nap and that the discretion of our staff did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments about the pre-authorization deposit; while this is a standard hotel procedure, we recognize the importance of making this information more visible during the booking process. Nonetheless, we are glad that you found our location to be excellent, offering easy access to many of London's attractions. We are committed to ensuring that all our guests, including members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty program, feel recognized and valued during their stay. Personnel at reception were very helpful. I much appreciate the help given by Miss Amy at reception desk during booking of train tickets to Cambridge and Windsor Castle. All members of my family enjoyed the breakfast served. The speed of cleaning service of the room is slow.
