I had a really bad experience at your hotel. One of the worst to be honest, Im really gutted and wont recommend my friends to come .My booking which I did through agoda was accidentally canceled by them( they said it was the system) I was unaware of this, I had my booking confirmation with me and the hotel was paid via them, the money was paid out of my account in full from my bank account .I was told.by reception there is nothing they can do and I need to call Agoda after a 20 hour flight from Perth, I was tired, cold and had crumpy kids after such a long trip,I call Agoda on my phone as reception didn't know how to make outside calls to Australia I finally got hold of Agoda in Australia on the mobile for 45 mins they said their is nothing they can do as the system canceled my booking. they said I will have to wait 31 days for my refund money I asked Novatel if I can book with them , no problem but its going to be more expensive, an issue created not by me, now I had to pay more and spend double, spend the kids holiday money . Agoda came back the.next day , telling me they tried to contact the hotel and advised them that I already booked with the hotel directly surely do they expect us to wait another day, from a not happy client

We enjoyed our stay. It was however blighted by the fact that our mini bar was never refreshed over the full four days of our stay, even after I spoke to one of the reception staff about it.
