Terrible. Dirty carpets. Room service not 24/7 as advertised. Could not get through to anyone to order breakfast in the morning. Phone lines dead (no one picks up). Power cut on entire floor during one of the nights with the whole plunged in darkness. Only 1 person at reception and huge queue as a result. No mitigating features. Just gets worse and worse every year.

It would have been helpful to know about the deposit required for room damages. Great having beverage facilities in room. Fantastic location. More knowledgeable staff about the inner workings of the hotel would help. We had a squeaky bed and were changed rooms.
