The whole hotel is warm, but the bedrooms are hot. I cannot imagine how unbearable it must be in the summer time. It’s a shame, because the hotel has good amenities, the rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, and communal areas are very pleasant. I have stayed once before (last winter) but had forgotten about the heat. The windows open a fraction, but not enough to let any cooler air in, and the air system in the room only adds heat. There is no cooling function!

I did not get recognized as a Platinum member. No upgrade and I had to ask for my welcome drink coupon. Then when I asked for a glass of wine with it I was limited to the house wine that was undrinkable. Would it make such a difference to the bottom line if the hotel offered a better selection on drinks? And I haven't received the points from that hotel but got those of another Novotel that I visited after. Unless I reallly have to I will not go back to that hotel

Room was spacious and bed was very comfy, enjoyed dining at night at a reasonable price and the food was great. Friendly staff at check in and restaurant. Had breakfast, which was pre payed and was great as well with a good selection to choose from. Happy with the price I paid and would be very happy to stay again.

Excellent spacious clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and very well insulated from the motorway below. But I was surprised by the amount of noise from corridors and specially loud music from the room above on the ninth floor. I called reception at about 23:15 and it stopped at midnight. Extraordinary that the concrete floor transmitted sound so well. The power socket next to the bed did not work, and I only discovered this when my mobile was fully discharged by morning - really irritating. The other side of the bed did not have a socket at all, which is absurd in these times.

It left me with an "un-clean" feeling. This counts for the room, floor, bar, ... It was because some of the infra is perhaps up for renewal/refresh, but others was due to a lack of care be the staff. Especially in the bar, rings on the table from the glasses of previous guest, crumbles on the chair/floor ....

We regularly stay at this hotel. They always try to help you. Rooms are being upgraded as they go along. I requested a fan they sent it to the room. The bar is lively and good service. The hotel is always busy but they are constantly running trying to help. I requested a quiet room and definitely had a good night sleep. It is in a great location close to Hammersmith underground station and has a large underground car park .

During check in process, I requested for a room nearer to the lift due to heavy luggages and the receptionist noted her head with my request.However, to my shocked, i was allocated a room to the last end and last room . Room number 7078, please check yourself the distance from the lift to confirm how frustrated It can be for me.

The same happened to me last year. I booked through "VERY CHIC" and your receptionist could not find my booking. After a while, I had to ask for a manager to come and sort out the problem. It took time and I did not appreciate it as I was on a busy schedule.

A Great Quality with large rooms and very comfortable bed. Being located just yards from The Hammersmith Apollo you have ease of access to the city of London. The Hotel has its own underground secure car park.
