Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far below expectations. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed a large red stain on the carpet. In addition, the grout in the bathroom was covered with mold, which gave the room an unclean and poorly maintained appearance. The biggest issue, however, was the serious disturbance during the night. I was woken up by police officers communicating through their walkie-talkies due to an incident that had occurred at the hotel. The noise and activity made it impossible to get a proper night's sleep. Concerned about the situation, I went to reception and was told that there was nothing to worry about and that everything was under control. However, when I returned later that night, the police were still present. This made me feel that I had not been properly informed about what was happening. Eventually, I was offered a different room. What I found particularly disappointing was that I had to pack all of my belongings myself in the middle of the night and move to another room without any assistance from the hotel staff. Considering the circumstances, I expected much better customer service and support. Between the poor cleanliness, the sleepless night, the disturbance caused by the police presence, and the way the situation was handled, this stay left a very negative impression. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, and service.

Stayed for a concert nearby, whe I got there staff were very welcoming. The sofa bed was already set up and super comfy. My sisters found the queen bed super comfy as well. There's a lot of amenities and even a small tuck shop which was great for when we got back from the concert.

I stayed last weekend during the AnimeCon and had an amazing time, what really made it for me and my friends was the hotel manager Naem (sorry if ive spelt it wrong) actually engaging with us and talking to us about the event / things outside of the event and dealing with me and everyone else there really well when he didnt have too. Also there was some guy who was clearly not right who was threatening people outside and he got involved straight away to deal with it so again just a great guy. Thankyou for him and the stay, only drawback was the price 😂.

It’s ok. The bathrooms are old and probably impossible to clean properly. The breakfast needs a little more variety. The entire floor I was staying on actually lost power at one point. Never had that happen before. Otherwise the location was great. The gym is good. I would stay here again if I had no other better oprions.

Bedroom needs a good refreshment. Shower in the bath tub. Sealing over the tiles coming off. Bath tap was broken and fell in my hand. Not 4 stars standard. In addition, the hotel room are not soundproof at all. Very noisy, can hear next room's TV or phone conversations, also people chatting in the corridor. And of you are unlucky to have a room overlooking the A4, you'll hear traffic all night long.

Room was great, lovely comfy bed, beautiful bathroom with lovely sized shower. Room was extremely clean and even had a seating area and mini bar, staff were very helpful, we were extremely satisfied with our staff and will be back again.

I object to a demand for a room deposit against damages, upon check-in - it was not mentioned when booking, it is unnecessary as the hotel has my credit card details; I’ve never had such a demand before and I find it insulting. Despite the promise of it being returned it is still showing as pending on my credit card account. I’ve stayed at West London Novotel before and this visit was poor by comparison. Our room was noisy all night as it located next to a lift shaft. For a room that cost £249 for that night, it was unacceptable. The decor is a bit dated and faded and the carpet was stained - I’m not sure what with. I found the breakfast of low quality. I prefer a continental style and the hotel advertised this as well as a cooked one. The blocks of cheese put out were hard as bricks and obviously been there some time. There was a very limited choice of cheeses, cereals and next to no cold meats - only sliced turkey which was tasteless. I tried the cooked breakfast instead, but it was mostly cold and the bacon undercooked. I won’t be returning.

Not the first time I stay at this hotel, it is usually nice but this time the room was not as expected : a lot of stains on the bedsheets, that is pretty disgusting.... Water in the shower did not have a lot of pressure. The sofa was unfold made as a bed, I asked for it to be folded again as this was not needed at all nor asked for, reception ensured it will be taken care of : no one came and took care of it. Regarding the food, it was ok but I asked for my hamburger meat to be cooked rare (red) and guess what, the meat was dark, overcooked, burnt and impossible to bite in... I will be coming back as close to where I work but I hope this was a one time issue, especially for the bedsheets
