In my view probably the best value proposition in London wonderful in every way, great location, wonderful lobby and especially great staff one of the best I have encountered in London atleast. At breakfast Sandra looked after me so well. Arad (I think I am writing it properly, if not appologies) very curtios Manager on duty especially the care the gentleman gave was great. Kudos.

Everything was perfect! Great room, great bathroom. Awesome buffet for breakfast. Really good and all the choices we wanted. Maria and Sandra were amazing for us and our 7yo kid at breakfast !! Really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel. We will come back for sure.

The hotel rooms are old, they smell and are dirty! I had to call up for a fan to cool the room, as the air conditioning does not work Room service was on time, which was lovely but what was delivered was horrendous! Cold coffee in one cup already poured so was cold on arrival. Brown cold toast with honey serviced in a jug, granola cereal with tomato sauce and ketchup! Pointless and terrible! The downstairs bar area has been upgraded which has a good “vibe” but for the price I pay the overall experience is terrible. The location is great for work as it is the closest so it is convenient to stay but the rooms really need an upgrade.

Check-in took forever and night 2 my card didn’t work, had to go down to reception again. Clean an spacious room
