I requested for the sofa bed in the room to be made up a total of 4 times before it was done. I requested it by email prior to our stay, then I was told when checking in that it had been done but they would contact houskeeping to check 'in case it was not', which was very confusing. Later, when going to the room late and tired, the bed was still not made up. I could not get through to reception from the phone at all, so had to go back down to the front desk from the 7th floor to ask again. We then went out to dinner, and when coming back I asked again and it had still not been done. I had to ask a final and fourth time before housekeeping went to make it. Throughout the stay, housekeeping did not replace the toilet paper when it ran low or towels, so once again I had to go down to reception to ask for the amenities to be replaced. Staff were often confused and unhelpful.
