We are delighted that our central location and the quality of our breakfast buffet met your expectations, providing a convenient start to your day in London. However, we regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not live up to the high standards we strive to uphold. We understand how important it is to have accessible power outlets, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We also take note of your comments regarding the bathroom fittings and drainage; please accept our apologies for these oversights. As for the lapse in our housekeeping service and the delay in providing additional towels, we are sincerely sorry that the service did not meet your expectations.
