The room was rather well-worn. showing more signs of aging than I would have anticipated, based upon my stays at other Ibis Budget locations. The carpet was stained, and loose in places. The bathroom sink drain would immediately back-up. In the end, not the best of rooms. Also, the staff, while helpful, were lacking in a bit of pleasantness. They were not at all rude, but made little to no effort to be pleasant. It was overall an experience I would prefer to avoid in the future. Not bad, but not good.

Very Disappointing Stay – Terrible Experience My stay at ibis London was absolutely horrible. There was constant noise from a large group of children, which continued until around 3am. It was impossible to get a proper night's sleep or relax. The noise was extremely disruptive and made the whole experience very unpleasant. I expected a peaceful and comfortable stay, but unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

On apositive note: really clean. Negative note: staff in a bad mood, unhelpful, lack of communication. I bought breakfast and they failed to tell me the time for breakfast. I lost the money. Also failed to let us know that the shuttle for the airport is not free. Most of them were in a bad mood. Maybe tired? Not sure. Bad experience with staff for sure

The hotel is well located ,has shuttle bus,which is useless if your flight is really early (the first is at 4:40AM). The staff is nice but the kind of ppl that stays in the hotel is questionable- lots of kids (teenagers) unsupervised running in the hallways in the middle of the night. The guy that worked nightshift (white,British)was kind enough to tell me that bus stop is right in front and bus goes straight to Terminal 2. The other Indian when I checked in was saying only use taxi or Uber which is ridiculous as this is only 10min away with bus and you go straight into Terminal.

I checked in around 12.30 am given a key by a member of staff I had not seen before, went to my room to if and upset a lady and her husband fast asleep in bed , the lady screaming etc. I am unaware how this could happen. The problem is with this incident the hotel need to invest in a chain lock system as this could have been prevented.

Easily reached by the Heathrow Hoppa minibus to and from Terminal 5. Comfortable room. The only major downside - something I have never encountered before in many years of hotel stays - is that while a kettle and mugs were provided in the bedroom, tea/coffee etc. were not!!! How parsimonious can you get? Sachets of coffee and tea bags were on sale at the bar. Luckily I always travel with some, as I would not have been prepared to encourage this stingy attitude to customers who are paying enough for the overnight stay as it is. What does a tea bag or coffee sachet cost in relation to this? A negligible amount of money in relation to that overnight charge. Come on, Ibis Budget Hotel - Budget does not mean adopting the attitude of Scrooge!

Don't go there if you s proper smoker ... They charged me more for smoking one cigarette in the bathroom. All the restaurants are like half an hour walking... You have few Indian places closed to the hotel but for McDonald's KFC etc.. unless you got s car you gotta take the bus always full or walk.. the room don't have no windows open at all. The room itself ain't that bad if it wasn't for another unnecessary bed..and the window.. the cleaners keep opening the door in the morning.
