Nothing fancy, but comfortable and clean room, bfast is ok. Walking distance to Hounslow tube station. Im a solo backpacker but I need a regular/reliable hot water in the morning specialty during cold season and it served my needs, lots of shop and supermarket around the corner, has Tesco branch on the same building. If your going to the city center you need to allocate atleast 1 extra hour to your travel sched.

Packed to the rafters

Fantastically clean room, all staff were lovely. But… several coaches arrived at once so we were queuing to get in and then for food. Literally took an hour to get a table then an hour for food - many peoples food never turned up. Poor management of resources

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hotel. We are delighted that you appreciated the cleanliness of our rooms and the friendliness of our staff, as our team works tirelessly to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests. However, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the unexpected delay in our restaurant due to the simultaneous arrival of several coaches. We understand how valuable your time is, especially when traveling, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations in this aspect. Moreover, we are reviewing the situation to enhance our coordination and prevent such occurrences in the future. Finally, we hope you were able to appreciate our convenient location close to Heathrow Airport and the comfort of our facilities despite the challenges during your visit. We hope to welcome you back in the near future. Kind regards, Manisha Costa Guest service agent

We stayed one night at the ibis budget Heathrow arriving in the evening from a long flight The hotel is clean , warm and welcoming with comfortable rooms The breakfast was very satisfying To get to / from the hotel take the service bus ( 105 or 111) from the airport – get off at the avenue ( the bus turns left )

Some equipments in a room seems to need to be updated, especially the toilet seat and it's cover, I guess

Not super close but relatively close to supermarket, tesco express, and Domino's and bus stops. Room and equipments are little tiring. And a weirdly, extremely heavy toilet seat and its cover which led my fingers injury when I put them down to flush a toilet. It's almost dangerous to handle them. Window is locked. Hardly can open the curtain because of the privacy, surrounded and faced by other rooms in other wings of the hotel building. It feels like a cell. Even in a short stay, just a couple of nights, it's quite uncomfortable.

Decent for what it is

I would say that rooms here are pretty nice size with a lot of space to move around. It had a kettle and plenty of things for hot drinks and a good size desk. The bathroom was clean and well kept. The main issues I have the room itself is the lack of storage units for clothing. All there was was a shelf and a few hangers. Effectively, you'd be living out from your suitcase staying here. Then again, I think this hotel's target audience is passengers going to Heathrow Airport and use this hotel to stay before their flights. This is probably why the lack of storage because they aren't expected to stay more than s couple of days. There are shuttle buses here to go to each of Heathrow's terminals. What's unusual about this hotel is that the reception is not on the ground floor, it's on floor 1. So when you arrive, that means you have to carry your cases up the stairs or in a lift to floor 1 to check in for your room key and when you're leaving, you're having to carry your cases down after checking out. Another issue with this hotel is the cafe/breakfast area is simply not big enough for the amount of rooms at this hotel. There's something like 330 rooms in this hotel. When we got there, we were told that breakfast was going to be 9am-9:30pm. However, other people who checked in with us on different floors had different breakfast times. I think they allocate each floor a specific breakfast time so everyone not trying to come in at the same time. But even so, there was a big queue to get in at 9am. If you're going to use this hotel as a base for sightseeing in London, I wouldn't recommend using the Heathrow shuttles to get to the underground or Heathrow Express trains into London. What I would suggest is getting either the 222 or H98 buses from across the street of the hotel to Hounslow West tube station and get the Picadilly Line underground from there.
