I am surprised by the poor cleanliness in the hotel . You could literally see the it in toilets etc . Also I felt the hotel is using the Brand name but not participating in the loyalty program . As a member of Accor I feel this is a cheating . Why we book through Accor so that we get the points plus the membership benefits . But if they not in the loyalty program it should be in the list . Sorry to say it is little bit sub standard.
