We understand how important a comfortable and restful stay is, especially before or after travel. At ibis Budget Heathrow Central, we are a budget-focused hotel. To keep our rates affordable and accessible, we provide limited in-room amenities, and tea/coffee facilities are available for purchase rather than included in the room. Regarding the noise, we regret that this disturbed your rest. While we do have procedures in place to help maintain a quiet environment, we will share your comments with the team so we can continue to improve guest comfort and monitor corridor noise more closely.
