I checked in late at night and checked out in the morning. The receptionist was very helpful in helping me navigate my way to the city. It was a pleasant stay!

Late check in, a drink in the bar, 4 hours sleep, checked out - hotel had pre booked a car hire - all was well.

The worst hotel experience ever. We were sent here by British Airlines after a cancelled flight. We were told we would be provided dinner. When we tried to get food from the buffet, we were told by the manager that we were not allowed to eat that food and it was for other groups. We would probably be able to eat something around 8:30 pm because other groups needed to eat first. I explained our situation, and she said she knew and was sorry but we could not eat. The hotel was one of the dirtiest facilities I have ever seen. If British Airways says they are sending you to a hotel, please insist on another hotel. There are other options.

It’s difficult to pass a full judgement on this hotel as we arrived late for an early departure. We have always used this hotel for Heathrow departures. It’s close to our preferred parking places and just so convenient. We stay here several times when it was the Travelodge. Never had breakfast experience.

was send to an occupied room upon check in. specifically requested for rooms near the lift as roommate got walking difficulty , but was given room at the end of the corridor , which is farthest away from the lift. the receptionist insist no more room to change. only after I refused to accept that room offered, she reluctantly gave me a room next to the lift.
