Rooms are basic but tired, I personally had a nosey group above me banging around until after 1 am and despite reporting it to reception nothing happened about it. Meaning both nights sleep were less than 4 hours long. This hotel accepts coach parties ( looked like school/ college ) and therefore if you were on the 2nd or 3 rd floor then you could but get into an elevator in the mornings as they constantly go straight from the bottom to the highest for and work down ( instead of going the the floor who pressed first) so if you are elderly or have lots of bags this hotel is probably but the best idea unless you like to take the stair case every morning. The beds were very comfortable with usb charging points next to it, and there was a TV on the room, sadly mine didn't work. Internet was strong and free. My booking also clearly said no payment would be taken until I arrived at hotel, however the payment was taken 12 hours before my arrival meaning the card I wanted to use to pay was irrelevant, they'd already taken it from the one I used to hold the room.. the receptionist seemed completely disinterested and basically told me if have to wait 7 days for a refund if she changed it. The car park hither was easy to find a space and was reserved at only £12 per 24hrs so that wasn't too expensive. Would I stay again ? Based on two nights of ruined sleep...no ...
