good stay all clean. great for a one night stay. we booked 2 rooms and both rooms had kettles but not complimentary coffee or tea just the kettle… which seemed a bit odd. wifi connection is also good

extremally disappointed the room was very dirty from the toilet to the furniture of the room itself the carpet was so dusty that one could smell the dust. we stayed for about 30 to 40 minutes just the time to book another place and move out. I demanded for reimbursement and the lady at the desk asked to the manager that didn't even bothered to show up and ask why we were leaving. I paid the parking for two nights and they have not reimbursed that either. I kindly recommend people not use this hotel since the experience I had was literally disgusting, the system is not letting me give 0 so I have given 1 to this survey.

A comfortable stay, with a couple of issues Overall, our stay at ibis budget London Heathrow was fine. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay overall. When we first arrived, there was hardly any parking available as the car park was very busy with lots of cars and coaches. However, the front desk staff were really helpful and sorted the parking situation out for us immediately, which we really appreciated. The only other issue was that the fire alarm went off early in the morning while we were still sleeping. It only lasted around two minutes, but it was quite disruptive as it woke me up and I was already getting myself ready to evacuate before it stopped. Aside from the parking and the early-morning alarm, we had a comfortable stay and found the staff helpful and accommodating.

Overall the hotel was quite comfortable and we had a great time staying there, even if we had a problem with our ac the staff were quick to react and fix the problem. On the other hand, the doors are quite thin, meaning you can hear people talking in the corridor.
