Hotel was clean. Beds very comfortable. Lack of fridge was not great as we stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast was overpriced in my opinion at £13.50 per person considering I was with 2 children, that don't eat more than 2 eggs and slice of toast and cup of juice,so i didn't use the service. Car park available, but you only find out that is paid, when you arrive at the property, for comparison I used Premier inn before in South Ealing and didn't have to pay additional charge. House keeping was great and the ladies were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was good place to stay.

Room temperature was 12.5°c on arrival (according to the thermostat in the room) and didn’t reach an acceptable 18°c until after midnight, after several hours with the fan making lots of noise

Good: large, clean, firm bed. Good AC. Good shower temp/pressure. Plenty of power sockets. Good outside soundproofing from planes above. Staff fine. Bad: terrible soundproofing in room (noisy doors, guests moving around at all hours). Absolutely filthy carpet. Extremely cramped shower and very poor shower drainage. Additional charge for parking (despite discount) is unwelcome. I didn't use the bar or restaurant but they looked fine.
