No power outlets next to the beds which is stupid and I assume to save money No hairdryer in room No bath mat - have to get from reception Only USB A ports by the bed which is old technology and I assume to save money No tea or coffee in rooms - have to buy from reception - to make money Low quality food in bar Shower glass wall only covered half the bath - I assume to save money Reception staff & barman were friendly Restaurant manager was all hustle and bustle only H2D Bus driver dropped us off at wrong IBIS 112 Bath Road instead of this one 700 Bath Road. He was not friendly H2D Bus driver who took us to airport was very friendly and helpful. Overall not a great experience, will not book again
