HELLO I had a reservation for New Year's Eve at your hotel, after arriving someone remotely opened my car after I had locked it. I reported it verbally to the reception, it was December 31st. .01/01/2025 18:01 pm again after locking the car someone opened it remotely I had to lock it again I will call the police for the first time. .02/01/2025 At about 12:30 at night I left the hotel and checked if everything was ok I discovered adhesive liquid behind the driver's seat or water that was poured on the floor behind the driver's seat it is IT WAS A RISK TO MY LIFE BECAUSE THERE ARE ELECTRIC CABLES ON THE FLOOR AND IF THEY FLOODED THEY COULD DAMAGE THE CAR WHILE DRIVING. . I also reported it to the police. . Please provide me with the phone number, email address and names of the people who own the parking lot I paid for at the hotel. 1) PHOTO OF RESERVATION 2)-3) REPORT OF OPENING THE CAR REMOTELY 01/01/25 AND FINDING WATER BEHIND THE DRIVER'S SEAT 02/01/25 GD 21 ORX WHITE VW T-CROSS

The room temperature mustn't be controlled by hotel

A budget hotel as the name is. it's alright overall. Except couple of inconvenient things. The first one is the lift. There's only two, slow lifts for the guests. Sometimes it's almost impossible to get it. The other one is, controlled room temperature by hotel. The room has a window that guest can't open it. So there's no way to avoid a very difficult discomfort with heat in the room. It's far from good truly.

No one atend the fone call after 3x in different days l send email for change my reservation to two beds, ask me for reservation number and don't say anything. In the day l ask for 2beds and they say don't have he don't check the computer.
