I stayed over the weekend with my partner. I felt extremely safe as the hotel follows all the Covid Safety guidelines. Everything was sanitized and organized - Using the NHS app to check-in the venue for track and trace; booking a time slot to use the pool to avoid over-crowding; buffet breakfast being covered and plated by the Food server to avoid contamination. The staff was attentive from beginning to end, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay with them. I didn’t get the lady’s name working the breakfast shift, but she was tireless and extremely attentive with our food requests. It’s a great hotel if you’re thinking about taking some time off for a staycation.

The room was amazing with a convenient Sainsbury’s next door. However the breakfast was not good, I felt sick not too long after I had some. The baked beans were really hard and the bacon extra salty.

Booked a room online VIA the official website upon arrival was told the room wasn’t available and the staff was unsure why I was able to book. Disgust from staff when we discussed our annoyance. Furthermore the same staff member came tearing into the car park while I was trying to park up upon arrival. Shows how unprofessional the staff are.

The team took looked very disjointed and untrained. Took them 10 minutes to charge for water which resulted in me getting delayed for an online meeting. On check-out i was asked did i pay for parking which was added in the system by reception. Not sure if i will ever book novotel again. The only thing good was location. Experience was worse.

We checked in, the room was lovely (we have been upgraded to executive room), the hotel team was super-nice and very efficient. Our compliments to the reception team and also the F&B team for breakfast. The hotel is obviously very well organized and prepared for welcoming guests even in such difficult and confusing times. We had proper rest and the bed was so comfortable (you wish you never want to leave). We will definitely be going back! Many Thanks Novotel Brentford! :))

Contacted hotel before booking to check a few things. The things I was told over the phone were not true. This impacted my stay and made it not as good as it should have been. I was told there were 30 outdoor parking spaces and 24 were taken up by builders and scaffolding. The remaining 6 I could not use due the the fencing. I was also told breakfast started at 6:30, when arriving for breakfast at 6:30 I was told breakfast status at 7. Having booked bed and breakfast, I asked for a refund for breakfast as I had to leave each day at 7 and was told I could not have one because it was my responsibility to check before booking.

Through a tough and unexpected time, I stayed here for my work training for 2 nights. Unfortunately due to covid I had to remain in my room. But these guys made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay as welcoming and comfortable as they can. Thanks Novotel Brentford!

Overall okay. Staff in restaurant allowed noisy and disruptive behaviour by small children lacking parental control (running around screaming, throwing cushions etc). Dealt with by staff once I highlighted which resulted in me being verbally insulted by parents of said children.

Easy stay, nice clean room. No dressing table mirror in the suite though. Big disappointment after check out I logged into my bank account to discover I’d be charged circa £140 - an error but it took longer than it should to have been refunded.
