The place was great, staff are amazing. I would have given more out of 10, except the heating system is tricky and we cooked most of the night. But other then that we loved our stay.

On 7 March 2026, while staying at the hotel, a member of the reception staff falsely accused my 8-year-old child of wrongdoing in the reception area. This was extremely distressing and inappropriate. I have since submitted a formal written complaint to management regarding the incident. While the front desk manager has apologised, I believe the seriousness of the situation warrants a full investigation and appropriate action.

We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again. We were just disappointed not to be able to use the pool as it was closed on Saturday evening for a while.

I enjoy staying at this hotel even though it’s always business. Not too far to walk to some other places for food and drink, if you wish, but, although the menu in the hotel is limited, it’s well presented and reasonably priced.
