Not a great experience compared to other times I've stayed at the hotel. Mattress was horrible and felt like you were sinking so poor nights sleep. Air condition didn't work and had to be brought a fan. TV had a permanent green tint making it unwatchable. Room service did a poor job and left a used towel on the bed after supposedly cleaning up.

This hotel is really conveniently located to access London. A quick bus ride to South Ealing and Ealing Broadway tube stations allows us to get into central London super quick. Great location, great price, great facilities. Can’t fault it. Have stayed before, and will definitely stay again.

We are big fans of a Novotel and they are our go to hotel. We loved the complimentary upgrade. The room was spacier, extremely clean as was the whole hotel, and location was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in 10+ Novotels and never had to pay a security deposit and it’s more hassle then needed really. No issue with having a card on file.

It wasn’t bad but It wasn’t the most enjoyable.. The room itself was clean and came with 2 bottles of water but you have to request a microwave and no one told me that until like 4 days into my stay. Also the carpet smell is horrible i highly suggest renovations to take up the carpets and put in hardwood flooring especially if animals are allowed in bc the carpet smells like so many different weird smells. Everything else was okay it’s not too far from everything but I prob wouldn’t stay again unless the smell was better. Also another plus is that the bar closes at 11. That’s really good.
