I came to London to pick up my daughter and need just a place to stay before I go back to Sheffield for her minor operation. I booked this hotel after I read the review. I was welcomed by a humble, friendly gentleman call Swiss who gave me the warmest welcome. After a long exhausting journey this is more than what I expected. He went extra mile to make sure my stay is perfect. The check-in was fast and smooth and the upgrade to executive room does brighten my stay. The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast team was super amazing. I am a foodie and super picky when it comes to food and whatever I requested on the slip they delivered it (check the photo) and nice touch on smiley face. Thanks the manager and deputy manager for making this stay memorable when I honestly least expect it. I have stayed in more than hundred of hotels across the world and the service that I received from this hotel has to be my favourite of all time. My daughter agreed with me. Well done team, highly recommended and keep up the amazing work

The hotel is well located in the heart of Brentford close to many nearby another London areas. The hotel was clean and tidy the staff were very nice and helpful. Due to corona I didn’t order food but based on the condition and standard I believe they offer a great food.

I was one of many people evacuated from their home in Brentford in October due to fire and structural issues meaning we had to leave immediatley and was booked into the hotel. From the moment that I arrived at the hotel and the staff has been amazing in understanding our situation and doing everything they could to help us. Even during this challenge of a Pandemic. Unfortunately, I had to self isolate twice during my stay at the hotel which was from October till January, and Alex at the hotel was amazing in supporting this and gave me some things to keep me occupied why locked away in my room for 10 days at a time. Alex and his team (especially a receptionist from the north sorry can not remember her name) went above and beyond, this also goes for the amazing waitress that brought me my breakfast every day with a smile. If you ever need a hotel that is home from home then this is the one. Amazing work guys you all deserve 10/10 I have to finally say that as this all happened during the pandemic and the second lockdown the hotel is completely COVID secure and the housekeeping team was amazing at keeping the hotel clean and safe at all times.

It was okay. Internet wasn’t working properly so had to use my 4G for work and also couldn’t reach team via WhatsApp to request food menu. Ended up ordering from Uber but I have mentioned this to the manager onsite that day.

The entrance of the hotel wasn't easy to find but I was greet with a warm welcome. The hotel adopted their service to this pandemic so all requests of housekeeping were done via a WhatsApp number which was manned 24 hours.

The hotel is amazing, staff were excellent and the room was very nice and thoroughly cleaned . Will come again after the second lockdown is over . The food in the restaurant was very tasty and and amazing as well as the choice of breakfast that was available .

Wrong meals x3. Half an hour to check out because of this

Stayed at the hotel for one night. Was not told prior to stay about building work. Window was obstructed by corrugated plastic and drilling went on throughout visit.

I stayed over the weekend with my partner. I felt extremely safe as the hotel follows all the Covid Safety guidelines. Everything was sanitized and organized - Using the NHS app to check-in the venue for track and trace; booking a time slot to use the pool to avoid over-crowding; buffet breakfast being covered and plated by the Food server to avoid contamination. The staff was attentive from beginning to end, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay with them. I didn’t get the lady’s name working the breakfast shift, but she was tireless and extremely attentive with our food requests. It’s a great hotel if you’re thinking about taking some time off for a staycation.

The room was amazing with a convenient Sainsbury’s next door. However the breakfast was not good, I felt sick not too long after I had some. The baked beans were really hard and the bacon extra salty.

Booked a room online VIA the official website upon arrival was told the room wasn’t available and the staff was unsure why I was able to book. Disgust from staff when we discussed our annoyance. Furthermore the same staff member came tearing into the car park while I was trying to park up upon arrival. Shows how unprofessional the staff are.
