I have stayed with you many many times for business and I have always had such a great stay. This was the first time I have stayed with my family. Unfortunately the room was very below average. Mould in the bathroom, the hand shower was broken. The air con didn’t cool. It was 22 degrees and never below. I complained and it wasn’t fixed. In the end I was advised to open a window and supplied with a fan, not a great solution when the hotel is right next to the M4. Also the pillows where lumpy and flat, I asked if you had a firm pillow and more of the same washed out lumpy pillows where supplied. On the plus side your staff were great as always. It’s just a shame that the hotel maintence and up keep seem to be slipping. This will probably mean I won’t stay with you again.

Ok room as per budget hotel, good breakfast (but rather simple, with very limited veggies). Location - far from everything, no places to eat around. Negatives: terrible odour on corridors, pool rule - one must book in advance.

Overall the hotel was really nice, the decor was modern and fresh and the rooms were spacious. My only snag was dinner in the restaurant was a bit bland and lacking in flavour and seasoning

The room, the staff (reception and bar) the breakfast, the housekeeping attendants and even the facilities was amazing! We stayed for 2 nights and everything was so so good🫶🏻 Room was so clean and comfortable. Reception check in was very easy and quick and the man on reception was lovely same as the lady on check out. Although we requested our room to not be cleaned staying over the hk attendant made sure we still had towels. The gym and swim area was very clean although it being a busy bank holiday. The breakfast was delicious and had everything you could possibly need. Would 100% recommend staying here. The staff are a great addition to this hotel and make it very easy to have a good experience. Thankyou!!

I stayed in Novotel for 7nights and for all those 7days the breakfast menu is same everyday, not even an additional item is found in any day. Novotel and team should work towards providing different breakfast options on daily basis so the customers like us would prefer to stay with Novotel again and again.
