i always stay here when i need a hotel due to work, once again the staff were fantastic. helpful, polite, efficient and friendly. i always think it is a shame that there is a parking charge, and my kettle didn't work in the morning. but other than that, overall a great nights sleep in a comfortable bed.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was also of a good quality. The location is convenient and relatively close to a Metro station.

Comfortable room with adequate facilities. However, breakfast at £25 p.p far too expensive. That would have been a cost of £50 for the two of us - far too much. The reception desk was far too impersonal. The hotel lacked atmosphere. The staff were polite and efficient but too robotic and therefore lacked charm.
