Location is good, takes about 10 minutes by bus to get into the town center where there’s lots of restaurants and shops. Staff was also welcome especially staff in the restaurant during breakfast. I stayed in the executive suite which was ok. Only thing I would say is that the bathroom needs a deep clean.

Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Staff were very welcoming. Few negatives that keys wouldn't work when we arrived and 3 times we had to go back to reception from the 5th floor to sort. We did get a free drink from the bar but only after we had asked, it wasn't offered for our trouble. Also we arrived back at the hotel before 11pm on a Saturday and the bar was completely shut.

Quite a few stains in the dinning area.
But the biggest issue is the glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom area. If sharing a room and someone uses the toilet at night, the whole wall lights up very bright right next to the bed and wakes you up and blinds you. Needs a curtain or a blind on the bedroom side for night time

Very pleased with our room. Sheets on one of the beds was badly stained which we only noticed in the morning as we arrived late. 2 mornings in a row towels were not replaced, and the coffee sachets were not replaced either. We had to go to reception to arrange towels, and were given the pool towels which were not as nice as the room towels. We had hoped to use the pool, but with the 2 hour pre book rule, it was impossible to know when we would be able to use it.

Easy reach of the G-Tech stadium. The restaurant food is pretty good, especially the duck dinner. Room spotless and the beds are really comfortable. Good shower bathroom. Exceptionally quiet given the proximity to the M4.

Upon checking in the initial femals staff was not the most welcoming. The female staff who took over was friendly but spoke to fast. The pool facilities were great. The gym was good. Overall cleanliness impeccable. Shocked at the lack of toiletries. Seemed strange to have shampoo but no conditioner. Food was amazing but very expensive. Drinks were lovely but no bar tender until after 3pm was a shame.

We stayed in Novotel as a family for two nights. Good location, 15 minutes walk from underground station.
We really enjoyed breakfast in Novotel, choice of hot, vegetarian, continental, just great. I was very impressed with choice of seeds and nuts.
Bed was comfortable and nice soft pillows.
However, in our room, the bathroom was in some places with mould, this why I gave 8 out of 10.
Otherwise it's great place to stay. We definitely will stay in Novotel again.

Front desk night manager absolute incompetent and Rude. Morning manager was also disorganized. Very stressful stay and ended up changing rooms 3 times. Would never stay at a Novotel Property again because of this experience.
