disgusting customer service and amenities

waited in reception for 45 mins to check in , tried to over charge me and also did not have the bed ready as well as less towels in room and hardly any shampoo.

Great stay at the Novotel London Brentford as always! Staff are always welcoming and always welcome you back as they recognise you. Love the reception staff they are always so happy to help out. I left my jacket the last time I stayed and they kept this safe for me when I returned which I thought was brilliant. Thanks again and see you again in July!

Couldn't fault my stay at all. I only stayed one night but the room was exceptional, food in the restaurant was sublime and the staff were very welcoming and considerate. Would thoroughly recommend.

used up the tea spoons to eat some ice cream and we called reception for some spoons and they were going to charge us £5 for “delivery charges “ for spoons… other than that had a good stay. I was told i would get a voucher for a free drink and throughout the stay i was not given one. was not really there other than in the morning or night so probably why.
