Room and facilities were fantastic the only let down was I had arranged a late checkout which i was told by the front desk would be possible then on the morning told it was no longer viable I even booked a day room just to have the extra stay because it was available just to be told it shouldn’t be book able the woman on the desk was very rude and eventually my day booking was cancelled

I was fortunate to be upgraded to a Suite.
Highlights: Comfortable bed, lots of space, easy bed side charging, good views, friendly staff, pool (although you have to book a slot), Sky box in the room!
Lowlights: Can't angle shower head, black mould in shower, Chromecast mirroring didn't work (looks like due to expired/misconfigured SSL certificate), lifts a bit slow

Stayed here a few times now to visit central London & Kew. It’s ideally located, with easy bus and tube access, although the walk to South Ealing tube station is about a mile, so if you don’t want to walk that far, you can get the bus to the tube right outside the hotel. Great parking underground, lovely pool and sauna, and well equipped gym. Staff are always friendly & happy to help. Lovely bar & restaurant in site, along with reception areas to work from and vending machines for snacks/drinks.
