The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and I could not sleep. One of the shower heads was leaking. The curtains would not open because it was broken. And there was staines on the sofa.

My main motive to book a hotel was to surprise my husband and celebrate valentines day. Before doing the booking i requested the person wherether the room would me decorated for me into a valentines day theme? And he said yes. On the basis on that i booked a room pretty one month in advance. I called a day before just to see if the arrangements were done for me. The team confirmed. Once i arrived nothing was done. I was very disappointed with it. If you guys wouldn’t do it you should have told me earlier or informed me earlier, i would have booked another hotel . Very very disappointment with this service. Im sorry to say. The reception is unaware about the booking special request. No proper coordination among the staff.

Had stayed before and the only reason gave slightly lower score was the lack of control at dinner of a large party which arrived (had we been forewarned we would have amended our meal time). This led to a scramble for food, few of the that group had sought to limit their gathering massive quantities of food and then only to leave vast amounts on their plates. Appreciate that is not solely the hote fault but may wish to reconsider the buffet option and perhaps large groups like that have their own food arrangements.

This stay was exceptional with the soundproofing between rooms and the road making a perfectly undisturbed nights sleep. The staff were all helpful and extremely professional and polite. The breakfast was delicious and reflected a good variety of items for different tastes. The amenities included at the hotel including the gym were well received.

I often stay in Brentford as I commute from weekly, Novotel reception is always very prompt and polite, they always accommodate any requests, breakfast standard is good. Only slight complaint would be the slightly limited range of in-room menu, as a lone female t. I often like to dine in my room and it is a bit of a limited choice, especially when staying regularly.

Dear Novotel, Hereby, I file a official complaint against the hotel. This is the second time where I have come and used the hotel and received appalling service! On the arrival I went to the room and it was a used and not cleaned room on which I had to go back and get it changed. Then, when I was asleep the cleaner started knocking on my door very repetitively! I opened the door and she said ‘sorry, as per her records no one should have been in this room’. Please check and update your cleaners as some people pay £70 for hotel to sleep and not get disturbed instead they get waken up like this. Lastly, when ordering breakfast to room I tried 10 times to call via the room phone but no one had picked up and then used my personal phone to ring the actual reception so she can put me through to the kitchen. That is very unprofessional and paying nearly £30 for a breakfast and receiving this service disgusting. I request these matters to be looked and also cancel any memberships I have with you as I dont want to be associated with such hotels, this was my second chance to the hotel and you did not fulfil the expectations! I would like to have a follow up by end of next week on the actions the hotel will take! Kind regards Bicky W.

good food. "hollow" bed (right side of the double bed): could I please suggest if you could swap the mattress since not many people sleep on the left side of the bed near the bathroom glass. Clogged shower head: I did clean the plastic nozzles with a finger, easy to fix in your standard cleaning work. Rooms on the Highway side are noisy.
