We were impressed by everything for our stay. Especially the dining/bar area with many different seating options. Breakfast was excellent and would definitely stay there again. Thank you My only comment would be that as we booked this room especially with twin beds the glass divider wall into the bathroom gave us a smile - not everyone is a couple! Fortunately, as friends it wasn't too much of an issue.

The glass divider wall with the bathroom can actually be changed to frost by pressing the button at the entrance of the shower. This would then provide you both with the privacy you required. I stay at this hotel every year twice a year. Something in the last 6 months has drastically changed! On arrival the receptionist could hardly be bothered to speak and when you get response a 13.30 that is your room should be ready by 14.00 it’s not a great start. We got our room at 14.30. 2 out of 3 lifts were out of service by the time I got to my room I was not impressed. Then I could not get it my room as the key had not been programmed. Breakfast was so busy with 2 servers one of which tutted when asked a question. Very poor customer service and broken lifts made for a very unsatisfactory weekend I am not sure if I will chose this place again.

I arrived at 6pm... The room wasn’t ready... Room was disabled, but I am not disabled... Two out of the three lifts had been taken out of service for maintenance work... This meant that the one remaining lift was overworked, stopping at every floor and after three arrivals where it was packed and I couldn’t gain access, I had to use the stairs... wouldn’t it make sense to take one lift out at a time? Long queues for breakfast, checking in and checking out, indicates poor rostering, staff shortages or poor management and it needs addressing. On the plus side, the rooms are clean spacious and well appointed... I didn’t queue for breakfast, as the wait would have been long, so can’t comment on the quality of the food... Instead I climbed the stairs, packed, left and went elsewhere, despite having prepaid for breakfast... I stay when Brentford are playing at home and have bookings for the Cardiff and Nottingham Forest games... I will be looking for alternative arrangements should my next two visits end in similar disappointment

Poor service.Parents & children were put in rooms far apart despite booking them together with special request far in advance. Breakfast was dreadful. Staff were mostly polite but extraordinarily slow and badly trained. unnecessarily huge queue for breakfast with lots of empty tables being available. The woman responsible for showing customers to tables was exceptionally slow, unapologetic and dawdled back and forth unhelpfully. No allergen guides were available for my child with severe nut allergy though I asked for the allergen guide for foods both at dinner and breakfast none was given. My daughter who is vegan was told the beans and some sausages were vegan. but the beans were in the same warmer as the scrambled egg with egg flowing into the beans. Walnuts at the cereal stand and no proper dispensers meant son couldn't have any cereal. I asked for porridge which took 25 mins and several prompts to arrive. pots of Tea and unpleasant coffee arrived again after many prompts, after breakfast was nearly eaten and without any accompanying cups which then also took an age to arrive.

took us longer to park than to drive from home to hotel! Conflicting solutions given by your staff check-in process took nearly 15 mins, then door card didn`t work.Once we got into the room it was not the room we booked and looked like someone had just got up from one of the beds.More delays as we waited for another room. No Nespresso machine in either of the rooms booked and yet they are still on the photos on the website. Flat prosecco in bar. Peroni glass not dried properly tasted of cleaning fluid

Special request on the booking did not get notified to Hotel and kids room was 3 floors down. Quickly rectified at check in and we got adjoining rooms which was fantastic. Easy to get to Piccadilly Circus with a short bus ride to South Ealing underground station. Pool was nice and the gym looked well equipped. We enjoyed a slow leisurely breakfast and the kids ate for free. Parking is £15 for 24 hours which is pretty standard for London. Brentford FC is 5 mins walk away and Wembley is 20 minute drive on a Sunday morning. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for all. Be warned though the shower is separated from the bedroom with glass and a button to make it frosted but your silhouette can be viewed to the amusement of the room occupiers!!

Lovely Hotel but in the restaurant the manager was very rude and abrupt and me and my colleagues were made to feel like 2nd class citizens with how we were treated by her.

I arrived about 11.00pm from Scotland with my mother only to find that our Queen sized premier room with sofa bed which had been booked was not the room we were given.I was expected to share a double bed with my mother! It took around an hour to have the mistake remedied but we were not given the correct room. We were so tired and my elder mother needed to sleep so just accepted the room given. Ash was eventually helpful but staff needed persuaded to help to rectify the problem.
