Convenient for travel to and from Heathrow, still close to the city with good connections via Ealing Broadway tube and Brentford rail station, good halal food options at a few min drive away, breakfast staff is lovely and food range is generous for a London 4-star, reception staff is friendly and relaxed, housekeeping staff was flexible to defer cleaning while I was doing my office work and come later, electric car charging in the basement parking, though the entrance is too tight for no good reason, small but decent gym, overall I would recommend

Staff was rude at check in. So blunt n arrogant! Will not stay at any Novotel again! Hilton and other hotels charge the same n some cheaper but with better amenities n inclusive of breakfast!

Lovely family stay, hotel had such a nice calm atmosphere The family offer really helped us when booking and looking to stay with a teenager Lovely rooms, service excellent at check in. Limited options on the interconnecting rooms but what they offered was great for us and worked well. And was already grateful for the two rooms on the offer and being next to each other as I’ve not seen this with other hotels Breakfast really nice and not too expensive either, and they catered for gluten free and dairy free - they even had a dairy free yoghurt out on the buffet which I don’t often see. And didn’t milk options available. Safe underground parking. Pool looked nice but I didn’t get to use the facilities due to only staying the night and limited time - we would re visit again and I’d like to use the facilities of the pool and sauna. Thank you.

Thanks to Terry and his team our stay was nice. Thank you Georgia for always being friendly :) Thanks Maria from the housekeeping team for being patient and efficient in servicing our room. Shout out to the restaurant team who made sure to accommodate all our requests and always had the time to play with little one. Thanks Costas, Anna, Hazel and the Chef, for being extra nice. HUGE THANK YOU for Yasmine, she has been brilliant the entire stay and previous stays as well. Always positive, friendly and leads her team with example. Have seen her dealing with a specific difficult guest and she couldn't be more brilliant. Thanks for checking on our stays all the time :)
