I had a good stay at Novotel Brentford. The hotel was nice, the room was great, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located in Brentford and has space for parking, which influenced our decision to come by car instead of taking the train. However, I was disappointed to find out there was an extra charge for parking. Given that we chose to drive specifically because of the parking facilities, I found this additional cost unacceptable.
