The room was clean and comfortable. The reception, bar and dining staff did not create a friendly atmosphere. I asked the reception staff questions when checking-in and checking-out. The questions were related to parking at the hotel and a taxi to Heathrow Airport. On both occasions the reply was abrupt and unfriendly. At breakfast there were three couples in the dining area. The waiter stood by the payment station occasionally attending to the presentation of the food. But let the empty plates, etc pile-up on the tables instead of clearing the tables.

Booking and check in was easy.bthe first room they gave us smelt of wet dog. Our room was changed immediately. Otherwise a utilitarian experience which matched the price

Very easy to get from Heathrow Central bus station which will get you to all the terminals plenty of local buses throughout the night as well. The room was clean and comfortable quiet I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and would stay again tea and coffee making facilities available in the room.

It was good. One of the best ibis I have stayed at. Staff needs to be more informational though, at check in guests should be explained more about facilities timing etc.
