Inadequate signage meant that people walked about without facemasks. In particular, the cleaning staff didn't wear masks or gloves.

Easy to get to/from the airport using public transport. Friendly welcome at reception. My room was clean and comfortable, with AC which was very welcome! Grab and go breakfast was fine given time of departure, although it might have helped to check what I wanted as there were several things I didn't eat. I'd happily stay here again.

Arrived to chaos reception full no social distancing some no masks people stood at the bar drinking, reception not knowing what he was doing, I self checked in had email to say I was checked in he said I hadn’t he was rude scruffy dirty shirt no name tag we felt very uncomfortable, fortunately the room was lovely clean and comfortable although decaf coffee would have been nice was going to eat at the hotel but after the chaos downstairs decided against it and got snacks from shop next door

Since only one customer officer was at the counter managing all aspects of customers he couldn’t help us unloading luggage and taking to our rooms. Since my son had an ankle injury, my 70 year old husband had to struggle to take heavy luggage to the two rooms. There needs to be more staff to help with luggage movement. The customer officer was so nice and welcoming and helped us in so many ways after we checked in. So the issue is nothing to do with that particular staff, the problem is lack of staff the front counter.

Just a one night stay before going to the airport, and this hotel suited our needs perfectly. The room was clean and comfotable with everything we needed. During these Covid times things can be very difficult for staff and guests but the staff very exceptionally attentive and pleasant and attentive. Food in the restaurant was also good plus an excellant packed breakfast the next moring We were very satisfied and good value for money

I'd seen that the hotel had rooms that overlooked the airport and so i booked a room and asked on the booking form if i could get a high level room facing the airport. When checking in i was told i had been allocated a 4th/top floor room as requested. The room was clean and comfy and provided me with a great view of the airport so i could sit and watch the aircraft movements. I used to use a hotel across the road, but from now on i will book this hotel again. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only downside as a driver would be the limited parking the hotel has if it is busy.

The hotel is well located and is only a short bus ride from Heathrow airport. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful, a good morning/ evening makes all the difference and nothing was too much trouble for them. My request for a room on a high floor with a view of the airport was fulfilled, the room was spotlessly clean and was in good condition I particularly liked the furnishings and theme. I have stayed in several hotels in the area and this is by far my favorite location.

Strange really. Although I tried changing rooms there seemed to be no way to have a hot shower in either room. Breakfast was also terrible - a bit like something that might be provided on a school trip. There was also no way to contact reception other than walking down there (I tried calling multiple times). I have no idea what this hotel was like before COVID but I would not stay here again.

one night stay during Covid

Unusual stay because of the Covid19 restrictions, not able to use the dining room and had to take meals back to our room. The hotel was following all the rules to make sure guests were safe and the staff were most helpful. I had no complaints during this difficult time

Ticks all the boxes!!! Hotel is conveniently placed for LHR and easy to find. Checking in was no problem even in these difficult times. Room was found to be extremely clean, only difficulty found was that no spoon or such like was available to make coffee. Other faciluties were obviously limited due to the corona virus situation. Check out was automatic, a very good arrangement. All un all a very good stay

I was shocked to see that no hotel employee wore a face covering. Other measures were taken, like putting up plexiglass at reception and the bar. And the restaurant was closed with takeout only to be eaten in the room. But, no face coverings.

Once you know it, the transfer from the airport to the hotel is smooth. The style of the hotel is lively and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. This hotel is certainly on my list to stay when I fly from Heathrow.

We booked this Ibis to be close to Terminal 2 at heathrow, it was so that was positive, parking was expensive given we were staying there. Room had the basics, breakfast was also basic. This is a disappointing Ibis Styles , we have stayed in several in France over the years and found them great.
