Unfortunately not very clean. Sink drain clogged. Hotel offered to arrange a taxi for $32.00. This is probably more expensive than arranging it yourself.

Great price, comfortable, and great clean room. However, really horrendous greasy and flavourless food in the restaurant and poor service, breakfast also not very good. TV does not work (I've heard that this is true in a lot of the rooms). Staff a bit grumpy. I would recommend as a good budget option but don't expect too much.

Brief over night stay before a flight

Decently priced and have stayed there numerous times due to morning outbound flights. Much cheaper and less stressful coming out of central London and being near LRH that final night. Rooms always clean, quiet, comfortable and well stocked. Asked for a runway view and they said that none were available-but somehow the room that I got was a great view of the runway! Travel alone, good coffee machine for free in the lobby, and a book exchange shelf! Easy check in check out. Took 1 min to get an Uber to the Upper Class lounge at LHR. See you again in another 2-3 months.
