Nice room, but aircondition and heat unit did not work propertly, it was cold in room.

Unfortunately discovered shower was not draining next morning so too late to do anything!. Mentioned to reception on leaving so hope it's been sorted for next customer!

The 2 rooms I booked, were close to each other as we needed, but the Room nr 218 has a basin in the bathroom that stinks, however we bear that, it was unpleasant odours. The other room nr 219, had blockage in sink, there was very bad, unpleasant odour in the whole room, smelly drain. I informed the reception, they send someone to repair but he couldn’t repair it. I asked the reception for another room, I got the accessible room 222. I noticed that they were making eye signs when I asked for another room due to smelly odours, that however they tried to sell the room instead of solving the issue, they tried to bullshit the customer. The new room 222 that I got was also fusty, musty carpet and dirt. As I needed some time to move from room 219 to 222, they called me after 10 minutes, on the room phone to bring back the key of room 219 to the reception! I know I have to give back the key of the room 219, but would you give me some time?? How about apologies? This is not professional. The breakfast was worse, the cups, plates were very dirty, every time I had to wash the cups with hot water from the coffee machine as it was very yucky to drink from the cups. All over it was not worth, not even for a night stay to catch the flight. I know for some people these things doesn’t matter and they would stay for a night or two as it is located near the airport, but for me this is not a 3 star hotel standard. I regret I would have spent some extra pounds and book the Raddison near this hotel. Never ever Ibis.
