Just want to reiterate that this was one of the worst experiences in my life. In August 2022, we arrived on the day before we should have done, didn't get a room and wanted to cancel the next night. This didn't happen so we had to pay for that night. The receptionist just did not care. UNTIL TODAY, we have not been reimbursed. All kinds of excuses but not even a suggestion of payment, a favour, a voucher, anything. Not interested at all in their customers.

Good stay with no issues. Friendly front desk. Helpful with any questions. Plenty of red buses right outside for travel to and from Terminal 2 and 3.

The staff during this stay were pretty poor. On arrival, late at night I was greeted with a large party checking in with the most visible counter. As dread was consuming me at the thought of a long wait I realised there was a second desk manned but they guy made no effort to call me over. Throughout the checkin he was seemingly on his phone with airpods in his ears and thus randomly talking but not to me. He did not recognise my ALL status nor did he offer me my complimentary drink. My room was quite small and no upgrade offered per my status. There were various stains on the carpet of the room and one on the bathroom floor - something like grey silicone? On checkout the lady just took my keycard and said "goodbye". No check on if my stay was OK nor whether I wanted a copy of my invoice which I then had to request. She then couldn't get one to print and as my Uber had arrived meantime I had to leave without it.
