The staff were very nice and helpful and the place was really clean. It's not a bad price for a night if you book at the right time, cost of parking for the night has gone up, £14 overnight is insane. The room was BOILING thermostat was at 19C which is way too hot for sleeping. Staff apologised and explained the heat was set for the whole hotel so we couldn't change it 🥵 lastly the bed sheets were clearly very old, bobbly and scratchy, which has it not been so hot in the room we wouldn't have noticed because we would have has pajamas on!

Stayed for one night,as we had an early morning flight, staff were friendly and attentive and the hotel is comfortable, we found the room very cold, and struggled to get the heating to work, so it made it an uncomfortable stay, we ate in the restaurant, which was lovely, and the staff there were very helpful, one or two nights would be the most I would want to spend there, especially in the winter.

My stay at the hotel was just for one night. The room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious. Soap and shampoo were provided in the bathroom (it’s a pity there was no toothpaste or toothbrushes). The room was quiet, and the reception staff were friendly. Only 15 minutes by bus from the airport (Terminal 5). I didn’t use the breakfast service.
