Location was great and short bus ride away from terminal. Room super clean and adequate for a stay for early flight. Only reason not a 10 was food wasn’t the best however all else was great.

Its not often a hotel near Heathrow gets to be classed as delightful but this one really is. Clean, new I guess, nice rooms, comfortable, temperature control that works, the easiest and most pleasant check in - the lady on the desk was a dream - a pleasant eating area with decent food and the simplest of check out. Once again delightfully pleasant staff. Parking spaces seem to be modest in number but I bet they have a solution. A short but very pleasant visit
