It was my 2nd time at Sofitel London Heathrow. The room is the best - surprisingly quiet and super comfy bed. Apart from that, I would have to thank Tajin who host the club lounge. She was always friendly, polite, very helpful and provide a great service and I always see smile on her face.

Excellent visit to a quality hotel. We upgraded to allow access to club millesime where we have had very good service of food and drinks all included. Perhaps the highlight of the visit was the great service from Sujeewa and Ronaldo. We visit again and will go to the club again

Stress free start to the holiday

Lovely hotel and takes all the stress out of travelling through Heathrow. Sujeewa and Ronaldo offered exceptional service in the Club Millesime lounge and as ever it made it a great start to our holiday Room is very comfortable and very quiet for an airport hotel.

LittleTink Couples - TripAdvisor review

We stayed in a superior room with lounge access. Check in was not good - there were several queues and people who had just arrived walked directly to the reception desk and were dealt with instead of advising that there were 2 queues of people waiting, this was frustrating. The staff member when we checked in was not friendly and very dismissive. So first impressions were not good. Our room was fine - we had a delightful view of the roundabout, this was weird! But we were only here for the night and definitely not here for the view! The lounge staff were wonderful, namely Sujeewa, Ronaldo and Dipa. They made sure our glasses were topped up and that we had lots of nibbles to try. It was very busy, but they remained unflappable and made sure everyone had a good time. We then went onto the Bar - very busy and rushed. Breakfast was another story - they were putting items out and sadly we needed to get our flight, so we didn’t get to have any breakfast service.

Very comfortable hotel

Ronaldo at the Club millesiume was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for him and he was attentive without being intrusive. He searched for the wine I enjoyed and made sure that even though I was on my own, I was made to feel relaxed in the lounge.
