We were greeted by Aartee at reception who was excellent. check in was straight forward and Aartee dealt with our requests very efficiently and made us feel we were important guests of the hotel and not just another customer. We stayed in a club room and used the club lounge facilities where we we looked after by Ronaldo, I know it’s easy to say, he could not do enough for us, however, that’s just how it was, amazing attentive service. Highly recommend this hotel and we hope your fortunate enough to meet these members of staff.

We were assisted by Marilou - Aga. She was so attentive to my child and provided what we really needed. I am very happy with her service. Food selections from breakfast are great too. Good to stay here, very well connected to the airport terminal 5.

Jose was the absolute best, he made sure my drink was always full and I was taken care of. Laui made the best passion fruit martini I have ever tasted, honestly if you stay here make sure to go to the sphere bar inside the hotel, absolutely amazing

We stayed in a club room and used the club lounge. Great value for money. Food was very good and Ronaldo in the lounge was fantastic, he was so kind and he looked after us so well and kept the wine topped up! We’ll definitely book a club room in the future.
