We stayed here for 1 night prior to our trip to NYC This hotel is a comfortable safe bet for a terminal 5 stay I would definitely recommend. The check in experience, albeit a little slow, was very good we received a nice warm welcome. Our room was very nice with everything you need for a comfortable airport stay. The bedding and pillows were great very comfy! We had some nibbles in the bar and a bottle of wine - the service was very attentive and the pork belly bites were delicious! A very nice stay I would definitely come back!

I had a really good time at the restaurant. Reggie and Nidhu were so welcoming and warm, as well as attentive in providing me excellent service that I felt really welcome and looked after. The food was superb and the restaurant was gorgeous. Will come again.
