Love the Sofitel, beds very comfortable, tea/coffee in room + bottled water In refrigerator, very clean & super friendly staff… only comment to improve stay if bedside cell phone charging were added!

the light in the lobby above the kettle area had gone. surely housekeeping should have noticed this and the air conditioning was not working. we were so tired we just wanted to go to bed rather than have it fixed that night
