Rooms always clean and ready, except for magnifying mirror ( see my note above) and this time the underneath of the bathroom sink tap had not been cleaned - only visible when you sit on the loo!

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The beds and pillows perfect. But the rooms were dark until you managed with great difficulty to find the position where you put the card to locate the light switches. A sensor light would solve this problem instead of having to bother the staff to help out.
