Check in gave us the keys and that was it no pleasantries or explaining of the hotel facilities; spa access being charged as an extra I find extortionate especially when it is advertised as having the facilities and not clear they are extra; food rates in the hotel were well above anything in the airport or the surrounding area and one lift from the hotel to the walkway for the airport is beyond poor; if it wasn’t for ease of access to terminal 5 I would never opt for this hotel again.
