Arrived and parked car easily, no hassle. Checked in and was given upgrade so had a lovely buffet and a few drinks which was great. Food was lovely, especially the Goyzas. Left very early for a morning flight. On returned we retrieved the car and left without a hiccup. Such a lovely experience

We stayed prior to an early flight from Heathrow. The location of the hotel cannot be faulted it is ideal and interconnects with terminal 5. We were upgraded on arrival so had access to a minibar in the room. Room clean, comfortable and so quiet. Well kitted out with all amenities you could need and lots of space.

Thanks for an excellent stay (as usual). My only comment is that room we had was overlooked by the lifts and the corridor so we felt we had to keep the blackout curtains closed which was a shame.

My husband and I chose sofitel due to its close proximity to Terminal 5. It’s a lovely hotel and a cut above the other budget hotels nearby. Our room was pristine and the bed very comfortable. We used the bar as well as the restaurant and really enjoyed all food and drink. The short walk into T5 is by far the best feature of this hotel. Will definitelt stay again.
