Please accept my sincere apologies for the mistakes made during your dinner service, particularly being served alcoholic drinks after ordering mocktails. I appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially having to have your drinks remade multiple times. I am also sorry that your sleep was interrupted by an unexpected phone call.
