This is our go to hotel whenever we are in the area. The staff are great as always. However, this stay was not uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn't work for the majority of our stay, even though we reported it twice. It didn't seem like maintenance could do much about it and there was no feedback received or follow-up and the issue. Because of the malfunctioning AC, the room felt damp throughout the stay. Additionally, the convertible sofa bed was ok, but also not that comfortable. Other amenities are also now less and less available (towels and cleaning only included after the 8th day, 3 coffee pods on arrival with no replenishment afterwards). We'd still like to come back, but really wish that this hotel gets a bit more investment and refurbishment, to take it from the state it's in now to the target great experience that it once was

The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and we appreciated the flexibility to upcharge for late checkout, which allowed us to spend less time waiting at the airport.

Amazing size apartment with lovely sized bath and useful kitchen area, we had a fantastic time there ... did not know I had to pay for parking when we arrived tho but i might have just missed it saying so on the website ... but still very happy with our stay

Here’s a polished version of your hotel stay review: Adi, who checked us in, was very polite and respectful. He kindly assisted us by holding our luggage since our room wasn’t ready yet, which we truly appreciated. As an Accor Gold member, however, we didn’t really feel any recognition during our stay. Laundry facilities are available for £7.50 per use — a bit on the expensive side, but convenient, and detergent is included. A special mention to Elena and Andrew, whom we met during our stay. Both were absolutely amazing, friendly, and highly professional. We were extremely impressed with their exceptional service 🥇🥇 The hotel also has very easy access from LHR via tube or bus, which made travelling very convenient.

Really enjoyed it. The staff are friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. This was the 3rd time I've been, and I will defo be coming back. The only negative was that in the am, I realised I had parked my car in gym parking spot, as I didnt notice in the dark. Hopefully it will be OK, as I did pay for parking.
