Sadly I have to write a not so favourable feedback. The room was as expected and met my needs perfectly, my only issues were lift out of order, when you are on the 10th floor and its at a busy time I was waiting around for the only lift in service to become available! When checking out I was assured my invoice would be received the next day, it’s still not arrived and I find myself chasing! This has happened more than a couple of times at this specific location.

Good room. Good facilities. There is no daily cleaning or extras like bathroom amenities but generally value for money.
