Paid early check-in was not honoured despite being booked and confirmed via Accor, and the website did not indicate it was subject to availability. On arrival, front desk staff initially stated it was not visible on the reservation and repeatedly referred to availability without acknowledging the issue. The manager later confirmed there may be a discrepancy in how this add-on is presented on the Accor website. A refund was eventually issued, which I appreciate, however the handling of the early check-in was inconsistent and lacked acknowledgement of the inconvenience. The room itself suited my needs. The shower was slightly difficult to regulate, but otherwise no complaints.
