Theft from car , stolen cases

Left car in Aparthotel carpark, cases were in boot, hidden out of site. Informed by staff in evening that car was broken into. Rear window smashed, cases , jackets and boots stolen. Staff seemed un interested, asked for cctv footage, given security number no answer, left message, no call back. Told staff we might be late checking out as waiting for window screen repair, told late checkout would be £40 !! No sympathy towards our situation. I now understand, theft happens regularly in local car parks.

This place was lovely on the whole with all required facilities, clean etc but parking is a problem. Check it out before booking.

Well Located, there is room for improvement

We had to checkout early due to bad noise insulation between the floors, promises for upgrade were not met until further payments were made despite being Accor gold member. Two rooms had to be changed due to poor cleaning. Parking is paid. The parking in the basement are really tight and certain areas you can curb your car be careful. Two washing machines for the property enough specially when they have to be pre booked. Staff don’t always answer the phone and in certain cases show little to no care to your concerns. However there is one woman called Anta which has been an absolute delight to deal with. She is honest and always open to help. A/C or heating can become noisy. Elevator broke down during our stay. The couches are uncomfortable and need refurbishing. Bad is small but comfortable. Basics are provided but the apartments are small. The area has Sainsbury’s and atm which is really convenient.

For me and family, it’s a nice place, modern , fresh hotel and apartment feel. Children played with the standing board game - table soccer, on the ground floor. I joined them too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Have service of the customers on mind. I especially want to mention Vishol, Adi and Anta for the very helpful service we had when we were there. Guides to the stations, I loved to take pictures, they give a hand too. Rooms are spacious, modern, neat , with facilities like dishwasher, oven , induction cooker, air extractor. I would recommend you stay here. I felt safe. Was peaceful, accessible, welcoming and felt like home away from home. Looked a lot like what we saw online. I’m happy with my stay so far.
