Unfortunately the service very bad and I have booked apartment and room for family, the bed wasn't parpred when I arrived and I have informed the respecation team and they deliver the balenket after 10 pm

Nothing special, the stay was not meeting my expectations and as a gold member, I was not recognized and no upgrade was given although I checked with the receptionist on daily basis and they kept saying no availability even in my last day which I don't believe as I haven't seen much hotel guests. The room was not equipped with anything except a shampoo and toilet paper. No slippers, no paste no toothbrush. Location is somehow far from the center and each time I need to take the bus and metro. No daily room cleaning, no enough facilities such as pool or sauna just a small gym. No restaurants or in room dine in. I had to manage everything in my own. What was really annoying is that I have emailed the hotel to arrange for my arrival at 2 PM and arrange a room upgrade which they responded positively but when I have arrived they told me we didn't say we can although I showed the email to the staff but unfortunately it wasn't helpful and kept me waiting until 3 PM. Very unsatisfied with the stay and it is the only accor stay in my life whom didn't recognize my loyalty as a gold member or upgrade me.

Overall my experience staying for 10 nights continously was not satisfactory. There were many issues: 1. Repeatative Breakfast every morning 2. Less Aminities provided - No shower kit, no sahving kit, no dental kit 3. Washroom issues like separate taps for cold and hot water, no moisturizer 4. Reception area water dispenser - No sparkling water available during whole stay 5. Access to Taxi/Cabs is walkable but in case of rain, it not practical to catch the cabs 6. Room cleaning Service should be done every alternative day or atleast twice in a week
