We stay 4-5 times a year, as Londoners living in Cornwall it’s perfect, lovely staff, big comfortable rooms, kitchen etc. it’s become our London home!

Three night stay during early December. Second visit to the Adagio, the first being six years ago. Loved the first visit but was disappointed this time. Check in was fine, nice friendly staff. Apartment was a little unloved, needed a tidy up of bumps and scrapes, nothing major. Sofa-bed made up for third guest but bed linen again a little tired and grubby. Only one kitchen chair for three guests. Reception didn't quite.beleive and.came to look. Found two more from another apartment. Had apartment been checked prior to arrival ? Next day wanted to cook pizza in oven, oven clean but no cooking trays ! Again reception had to rob from another apartment. Just feel that more needs to be done to ensure that all apartment facilities are checked and in place before being signed.off.

Disappointing Stay - Poor Cleanliness and Low Value for Money

We recently stayed at the Adagio Aparthotel in Brentford and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The cleanliness standards were shockingly low. We found greasy dirt on the bathroom floor and in the shower corners with black mould. To make matters worse, there was a dirty piece of toilet paper stuck to the bathroom ceiling, which was both disgusting and unacceptable. If you arrive by car, run run run, tou have 15 minutes to check-in and provide the license plate otherwise they will automatixally issue a 100 pounds fine (PCN). The hotel charges a deposit fee, something l've never encountered in my travels before. We also paid for early check-in, but it wasn't granted, and we had to request a refund. The Smart TV in the room was practically useless, with all its functionalities disabled, leaving us with only local channels and no option to connect personal devices. While the reception desk staff were polite and helpful, the poor cleanliness and lack of basic amenities reflect a management issue. Additionally, room cleaning is only available for stays of 8 days or more. For shorter stays, even replacing towels incurs an extra charge-what a joke! Overall, this location does not deliver on cost-benefit. We've stayed in other Adagio Aparthotels with much better quality and service. Sadly, we cannot recommend this one.
