Beautiful studio. Spotless clean. Mini supermarket next door. No restaurants near by but Bus 65 will take you to Ealing Brodway or Richmond.

It’s a good quality apartment that suits me as a business traveler not wanting to be disturbed by bar / room service . The only issue I have is the online booking is a nightmare !

It was a good stay. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. If there is something to improve, it is the cleaning service. On my first week, there is a strong food odor coming from the oven which I assume came from the last person who cooked from that apartment. It should have been cleaned professionally and had the apartment sprayed with an anti-odor spray. I could have give a 10.

Stayed here for the first time as was there for 4 nights, I usually stay at the Novotel next door. ApartHotel was great, I got complimentary upgrade and room was nice and big - really liked it and would stay again.

Very good choice for a ten-day stay in London. The small flat comes with a fully equipped kitchen and the hotel offers a laundry room downstairs. Having said that the dryers needed repairs. It's conveniently situated with easy access to Heathrow and central London both on the piccadilly line which is a few minutes away on foot and accessible by bus. The staff is very helpful, polite and attentive. Overall good value for money considering all.

Easy check in, the room is spacious, the most comfortable sleep I've had in any hotel/aparthotel, near some nice restaurants & pubs. I have booked Adagio for all upcoming business trips.

This apartment was just perfect! For the amount that it cost for a 2 night stay, in comparison to other hotel chains, and for saying the space we got was just brilliant. Very secure parking, felt extremely comfortable leaving my car there. The reception staff were helpful and very polite. The room was a perfect size for the 2 of us staying, and even had enough space to have friends visit for a couple of hours in the evening. Kitchen space was handy, bathroom was just right. The balcony area was a lovely addition to the room. It is also a very quick and easy walk away from the tube station (20 mins). Easy to get to when travelling. Brilliant stay and will definitely look into staying here again if we are in London!

OK but was better before Accor take-over

The fridge had mildew. The kettle is unsafe design ( has been like this unchanged for at least two years). Common laundry room is miserable place: one dryer wasn't working and we were told it wouldn't be fixed for another 5 days: why not fixed immediately? Near constant noise from a/c and water pipes. It's a non-smoking hotel, so not impressed to have heavy amount of cannabis smoke on the 2nd floor at 10 pm. : was any action taken after we reported this? Despite booking/paying months in advance - and sending a polite email the day before with room request - we still got told on arrival that "Only the 2nd floor is available" : if we book/pay months in advance we should have the better rooms booked in advance too. I am accor silver member and have been to the hotel many times: I see no recognition of this fact. Staff are polite but clearly hidebound bound by the accor rules and regs

Regarding the dryer, I would like to inform you that the washing machines and the dryers have a external engineer therefore we have to wait for them to come to the hotel and fix it. Regardless, we will change all the machines soon to make sure that they work properly and the guest are happy with this service. Please, accept my apologies about the smell in the second floor, I can ensure you that we are taking extra measures to make sure that this does not happen again. Regarding the floor, I am sorry that we could not give you a higher floor this time, I understand your frustration however I would like to inform you that it is subject to availability on the day of arrival. While on business in London I often stay in Brentford. Overall it is OK, but more attention is needed for some rooms. I stayed in room 304. There was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Tiles are broken in the shower area (shaky, not fixed properly). As a result water and dirt accumulate under the tiles. Very unhygienic! I had only one wine glass. Kettle did not work properly. Safe was locked, though I did not use it. Please, keep your standards!

From the beginning everything went smoothly...we had arrived rather early but were kindly given entry to our apartment where we were able to have a quick snack before heading up to town for a show...a real boon. As per usual, the hotel was lovely and quiet, well heated (too well?) with a really comfy bed. A few further trips are likely before the end of the year and there is no doubt as to where we will stay.

Fourth time staying... disappointed

Ive stayed with Adagio several times, however this time was not enjoyable. We asked for a higher floor when booking, upon arrival there was no note of this on file and we were given the third floor. Upon entering the room, the bed sheets were dirty and were unable to be changed until the next day - so we had to sleep in dirty sheets... The noise in the hotel was unbearable, maybe due to the festive period, but even still, loud music until 3am is unacceptable.

As a regular customer since it has been urban villa a few years back this time was the worst time me and my partner have experienced. Our oven basically exploded causing fragments of glass to be thrown around the room narrowly missing my partner. We was then moved into a disabled room as a change. We asked to be upgraded as a result even offering to pay the extra if needed.

We we’re on our way from Leeds to London when we made the booking online, and it wasn’t the hotels official website that we used. When we got there it was past midnight and the chap that was sitting on the desk was the most wonderful person ever, his name was Jason. Upon on arrival I gave Jason our booking name, that’s when he replied there weren’t any bookings made under that name at all, so we quickly got in touch with the website to find out what had happened with the booking that was done at 9 o’clock in the evening. Speaking to customer service we we’re told that the booking had gone through past midnight for whatever reason, in which meant that it was booked for the following day. Of course we we’re angry and frustrated upon hearing that, plus they had the nerve and cheek to blame the hotel for they’re mistake. So, our money was refunded and Jason mad it his mission to have us satisfied with all he could Gave us the best view from the hotel and a secret special recommendation.
