Room was too hot and aircon only blew room temperature air around. Did not sleep at all.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Room had enough space to fit 3 huge suitcases, work desk was enough for work. Bed linens were fresh and clean, and thankfully without any smelly detergent applied (it means a lot to me, as I have smell sensitivity). Thick walls and double windows. When windows were closed, room was absolutely quiet. Of course, if you open windows for a bit of fresh air, you can hear some airport sounds. Downstairs was a little supply of juices and sandwiches, and you can also eat a normal meal. Friendly staff. Bus stop round the corner, which brings you to Elizabeth line. Very positive experience! Would definitely stay again.

No one explained to me that I cannot park my rental car at taxi lot for loading my luagage. Now I received a parking fine because of this!
