Location very accessible to public transport, tea coffee maker in the room n overall the room was clean. Just that I had the parking view other than that all good

I was staying at the hotel for work, spending over a thousand pounds, so I expected basic professional service. When I went to the reception to collect packages that had been delivered, the receptionist rolled her eyes and responded dismissively. The day before, she had ignored me entirely while I was standing at the reception, walking away without acknowledging me or offering even a brief apology or explanation. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it made what should have been a straightforward interaction unnecessarily frustrating.

I had a +10 hour overnight layover between flights through Heathrow. I had stayed at this hotel before. Easy in, easy out, with front door pick up/drop off by airport buses. And, I am a loyal Accor member. It was smooth and seamless. Thank you.

I work as Heathrow based cabin crew and this hotel is perfect for me from all points of view: clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, within a short bus ride from Heathrow and with professional, friendly and lovely staff (I hope I got the name right, Keziah, who was at Reception after lunch time on the 9th of March is excellent: friendly, approachable, smiley, efficient, great with her customers).

Even being a gold member. Seems that we are treated as normal. Sydney in reception is not very welcoming. Always issues to give the rooms.
