Great buffet, friendly staff, and very accommodating. Our room had a weed smell, and they immediately moved us to another room. Additionally, I take a medication that requires refrigeration, and they were able to store it for me.

This airport hotel was configured slightly differently to the standard Ibis brand, but was none the worse for it, with what seemed to me a slightly larger room size and slightly different bathroom. It was comfortable with a large foyer and restaurant area with plenty of seating. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Due to an early flight time, I did not have time for the breakfast, so cannot comment on it. Despite being very close to the airport perimeter and the northern runway, and like all the numerous hotels along Bath Road, the Ibis is not especially easy to access for those who wish to use public transport. There is no rail or Underground station within easy walking distance. Several TfL bus routes serve Harlington Corner, but the bus stops are at different roadside points across this busy junction. There is a HotelHoppa bus service to Terminals 2,3 and 5, but it runs only every half hour and is rather overpriced at £6.80 of a single journey.

It would have been perfect except for the 40 Swedish junior soccer players at breakfast! As always this is the perfect place for a 1 night stay to refresh after a long flight.

A very quick stay due to early morning flight however in the morning I did spot multiple spots of dark red stains on the carpet. Also the plug socket by the window was loose.
