One night stay before a business/training session at Heathrow Airport. The hotel is clean, modern and most importantly has comfortable beds. The rooms are small, with limited luggage space, and are fine for a single person.

Decent and cleans. Rooms showing there age, but for the price you can’t really complain. Decent food and beverage and friendly enough staff.

this hotel is more like an "ibis budget" hotel rather than a regular "ibis" hotel. it is very basic. there is not even an iron/ironing board in the room you have to use a separate ironing room. also the room smelt of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant. also wifi was very poor - kept disconnecting and very slow.

The hotel had a good top team of management with the likes of Jayne and Maria. They were always out and about and engaging with customers. The current lot, I don’t even know their names since they are hiding behind desks and are never to be seen (some of which have been here now for a year), have turned the atmosphere around. Staff are not happy the way they are spoken to, most are considering leaving. Staff turnover has gone through the roof. And I probably don’t have to explain if your staff aren’t happy it very quickly transpires onto the experience the customers get. And it has done massively. Having recently spoken to the assistant manager he can’t counter the above with facts and is asking for specific staff names instead of taking feedback onboard, self reflecting and changing their behaviour. Another indication how poor this management is. If there are three things I might in my humble opinion advise the current management, LOOK AFTER YOUR STAFF!!, be more out there (there aren’t many things you can’t do with a laptop in the restaurant or behind the front desk) and if there is a thing where they need to manage it is the kitchen staff. (Shouting, standing behind the bar in their white kitchen uniform on a regular basis poring their own drinks, all this while tho food quality is average at best, the premier inn around the corner the food is much better)

Note: We had a car with us We did a 1 night stay and really enjoyed ourselves - yes at an airport hotel! We walked 1 min to Airport Bowl next to the hotel to bowl, play games at the arcade and drove 10mins to a nearby restaurant for grilled peri peri chicken... mmmm Room is small but you don't really need much and the toilet's cleanliness was satisfactory

Fast check in, room looked clean but carpets are worn out. Heating in the room doesn't work, hand sanitisers by the lifts empty

Booking was really easy, checking in was quick and easy, checking out quick and easy too. Room comfortable enough for the price, hotel clean and staff pleasant. Reception staff are friendly but gave me the impression they couldn't really help much. i didn't need any help myself, but observe when someone needed something, it didn't seem they had the resources or the way to help, not necessarlly the willingness to help, but the tools to be able to. Housekeeping tried to enter my room when I left the do not distub sign on the door. Apart from that, no issues at all.

Heating in room was not working, but was provided with portable heater, shower was not of great quality poor flow of water. Good breakfast selection, small rooms.

Cheap but comfortable, recwñtionist cat really do much but confirm your booking and give you a ley, although I disnt experiwnce a problem, I could see them dealing with someone else very politwly but it was obvious they didnt have either the resources, back up or initiative to step up to the plate.

The stay and amenities were good, even it is fairly near to the heathrow aiport. The bad experience was with the morning breakfast. Though it was pretty early in morning around 5:15 am but there was noone at the food counter. Not sure if it was due to COVID reasons but all I could take was bread with jam and some cake.
