Worst hotel i ever dealt with in my life. They turned everything into a Problem. They dont accept date changes or refunds, they dont accept to keep luggage for a day, their customer service is the worst i have ever seen in my life. Rooms are horrible old and smelly. Cleaning is very bad. Hotel is in a very diserted area of london very hard to transport. Everything but especially the customer service is Absolutely terrible!!!
