I really enjoyed my stay here. Room had enough space to fit 3 huge suitcases, work desk was enough for work. Bed linens were fresh and clean, and thankfully without any smelly detergent applied (it means a lot to me, as I have smell sensitivity). Thick walls and double windows. When windows were closed, room was absolutely quiet. Of course, if you open windows for a bit of fresh air, you can hear some airport sounds. Downstairs was a little supply of juices and sandwiches, and you can also eat a normal meal. Friendly staff. Bus stop round the corner, which brings you to Elizabeth line. Very positive experience! Would definitely stay again.

The room was lovely and clean, which is good. But it was incredibly hot and stuffy with no way to get any airflow though. Didn’t make for a good nights sleep unfortunately after 30 hours travel time.

Although this hotel is in a decent location for early morning travel, I would NEVER stay here again. The room was approximately 26 degrees, and no amount of changing the heating system altered the temperature. And unfortunately, opening the window just allowed jet fuel fumes into the hotel room to worsen the situation. It was not a suitable room of anyone to be expected to sleep in. The quality of the mattress was also VERY poor. These are basic things that a hotel, regardless of level of distinction should strive to have at least an acceptable level of comfort their quests, and this hotel falls far below even a basic level of acceptability. I highly recommend staying somewhere else.
