Checked it and got to my room after working all day. On leaving my room to get dinner I saw two large and very noticeable blood stains on the floor. On getting to reception found one person working and busy with a queue of customers, so went to get dinner. I ordered my food (mix grill). It turned up unexpectedly quickly. The reason would soon become clear. Cutting into the sausage I was still raw and cold inside. Then moving onto the gammon. This was only cooked on one side. So I sent my food back and asked for a refund. At this point there was still a queue at the reception and at this point I just wanted to go to bed. In the morning at check out, no one was present at reception and as I had to go to work I was unable to wait. So just left without raising the issues I had. Very poor service all round.

It wasn't far from the airport. Room was ok, beds were a bit small & too close together for my friend & I. Staff were good, helpfull & friendly. Nice to have a restaurant there. Food was ok.
