The location was great, staff were excellent, room was very clean and on the whole we enjoyed our stay. However, we did not like the layout of the room we had (308). The worst thing was that the entrance to the bathroom was very close to the side of the bed, and the double doors had a gap in the middle. Also, the tv was offset from the centre of the bed and the mirror was offset from the dressing table seat, both of which felt a little wrong. The room could also use a couple more pieces of art on the walls.

Have stayed here previously and the room was fairly priced. This time we paid for an executive suite for the extra room (son has autism and adhd so having the extra space helps him) and even though the extra space was better I would not say the condition of the room was worthy of what we paid or that it passed as an executive room. Lights in the bathroom were broken, shower leaked across the floor as the seal wasn’t long enough, found hairs in the bath, the coffee pods weren’t checked as one had been used etc etc. I didn’t bother with complaining as couldn’t have changed rooms as would have distressed our son and didn’t want to make a fuss for the sake of one night. What I would say about the hotel is that the staff are really friendly and helpful, pool is a great bonus, food was lovely, there’s parking and it is well located with only a 15 minute walk into the centre/stadium etc.
