Disappointed that parking policy had changed with no notification, and desk unhelpful, resulting in paying extra. Plumbing noisy, both in room and when other rooms using theirs. Lack of tea/coffee etc in room . Very noisy early morning internally. Quite sad as we use often, last stay being November 25 and felt quite different this time.

The accommodation was good except the bathroom. This was a wet room with accessible access. However the water didn't drain away from the shower because the drain was too high. It formed a pool around the toilet which meant to use the toilet you either had to take your socks off or put your shoes on! Secondly we couldn't find a fan to switch on, or if it worked with the light switch, it was broken. This was a shame as the room was split in two with lounge and bedroom with two TVs! The breakfast was a great hot and cold buffet.

Room was fine. Staff were helpful even with a late bar. Breakfast was fine. My only gripe would be that I paid £120 and there was a sign outside saying rooms from £69. The receptionist said the sign was broken, in which case why not just switch it off.

Pokey depressing room. Very uninspiring and not a good place to come too, after a day of Bristol rain

Clean convenient hotel but poor wifi and mobile connection. In addition, no water is provided
