2 night stay. Right side bedside light kept turning on/off randomly. Light on wardrobe not working at all. Despite 'climate control' room too hot at night causing poor nights sleep x 2. TV remote unable to turn off TV. Had to spend time fiddling finding manual control on bottom edge of TV frame. Told reception about all this on departure.

Excellent location. The room was spotless and had everything we needed, including tea and coffee. Additional pillows were available in the wardrobe if needed. No noise from outside could be heard once the window was closed. We booked breakfast which offered a lot of choice. It was refreshing not to have to ask for vegetarian/vegan or decaf options as they were all clearly labelled and available. Will stay here again.

Me and my son really enjoyed our stay, the location was fantastic and really convenient for taking a small child to a number of attractions. The Room was clean and comfortable, it was nicely decorated or though there were a couple of elements that could have possibly used updating or maintenance. The bathroom door gap warped and wouldn’t fully close, and there was no fitted usb port which was a little inconvenient as we had to purchase an adapter from a local store. But over all these were minor issues issues to a great stay and the room was very comfortable, and clean. We didn’t use the restaurant during our stay as it seems a little pricey when there were many affordable options down the road at the dock, but it did look well presented and staff were always friendly and available.

First room bathroom door was hanging off the hinges. Next room the air conditioning unit was very noisy so not a great start. Third room was fine.
