Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast. The Hotel itself was quiet, but the noise from outside was noticeable. The venue next door was not the issue, but it was from people hanging around square till early hours and shouting on some nights kept me awake.

Room was fine. Unfortunately breakfast experience not so fine. Not enough staff clearing tables or refilling empty items on buffet. Not enough seating when hotel is busy for breakfast. As a Coeliac the buffet proved impossible to eat from due to cross contamination.

As a disabled user I prefer carpeted bedrooms - that laminted flooring is very slippy in the night

Usually like this one, but they’ve changed the aircon to heat only to 20 and cool only to 21, and so when you get a room on the noisy side it’s a choice between being too warm or too loud. If that doesn’t bother you then it’s a good choice. Staff are helpful.

The reception area and bar was very light, bright and modern. However, the room was very basic, dated and smelt of damp. Tea & Coffee has not been replenished when room cleaned.

I had a few issues which were not practical to rectify due to the final time time of returning to my room. TV was working but with no channels selected or was not able to! Bed was 2 singles not a double with a horrible bracket up the middle. Toilet is small in size and awkward to alight, now I'm not the smallest of people but it was awkward. Bedding was fairly thin as oppose to other hotel chains bedding, so not that comfortable. Bottom line not worth what it cost me!!!
