The room was tiny and the bed wasn't comfortable. The staff were great though and the location good. Not sure you could class it as a budget hotel as the price was rather high.

Paying for a central location not the service or facilities. Some basics like tissues in the room, fried eggs with Englush breakfast were missing! Location very central to explore Bristol. Staff generally unresponsive/ slow to understand guest requests, understanding of English seemed limited?

It was a good trip. The hotel was very convenient for our stay. There was no tv handset in the room which we only found out later in the evening when it was too late to try and find one.

Well located on the harbourside, the hotel staff are welcoming and efficient. My room was clean and quiet bed was comfy and there wasa good, powerful, hairdryer.
