Everything looks new, modern, and clean. The bed and mattress were very comfortable, and we slept perfectly. The bathroom is a built-in plastic unit with plenty of space, which I think is a very practical solution. The WiFi was excellent with good speed. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. We were given a hotel promo code for parking, but I would have preferred parking to be included.

The man on reception who checked me in (circa 4.45pm 07/04/26) was absolutely miserable and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by checking in. He also forgot to charge me for the room. This was rectified later in the evening when my key card didn't work and the 2 women that sorted it out were lovely. Usually the staff are all very friendly and welcoming which made this experience so disappointing.

Very well located close to the amenities and right next door to slug and lettuce which for us was a plus. The harbourside a short stones throw away which was lovely to walk around and very picture at night all lit up. The bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure to spend one night with my family here and from the first step at the hotel I was welcomed with a smile and happy to help from the reception team member. Later on in the evening the barman (unfortunately i cant recall his name) served us showing profesionalism and caring. As a person working many years in hospitality and managment position I was happy to see that all staff welcomed us and showed the real values of our big family Accor. Thank you to all staff for this amazing stay.
