But mugs and spoons in the room were very dirty. So I’m not sure that the other things in the room were properly cleaned

Overall we were extremely disappointed with our stay at Ibis Bristol. On arrival we were advised about change of hotels policy re car parking which was contrary to the original parking advice at booking. In our room we However we experienced a poor standard of housekeeping; Dirty TV remote control, Stained mattress/sheets, Areas full of dust. Also bathroom replenishment needs better focus, dispensers were less than 10%. Breakfast is served until 10 but many items were not available at 9.15 and they were not being replaced as a matter of course, instead (on request) I was advised bacon and baked beans would take 20 minutes to prepare. It is clear staff are not proactively monitoring items and therefore not replenishing items in a timely basis. Would I stay again - NO Bristol has plenty of choice.

Bathroom door broken so does not close, plug in sink does not work, shower head needed a very good clean!
