2nd stay this year. Room temperature a problem. When you cannot open windows, 19.5 degrees is far too warm Disappointed to have to wait at check out to confirm we paid in advance.

I stay at this hotel previously and the stay was great however on this occasion I was left extremely disappointed. I had paid for a junior suite £180+. The bar only have 2 drinks on draft, they had run out! To think that a 4* hotel sells Smirnoff Vodka is a complete joke, then having the audacity of selling it for £6+. Likewise it was the same with the cheap Brandy which was being sold. It was more like wallpaperstripper, I appreciate paying but I would have expected a much better quality of drinks. The bed felt as if though it had no springs in it. In the morning, the reception staff was extremely rude. She just took the keys. I wasn't given a greeting neither was I asked how my stay was. I actually contacted the hotel to complain to the duty manager Ceri, but I still haven't heard anything from her.
