I have a personal issue and discussed that with the team in the recepetion and the manager Just check in for less than 5 min and asked for checked out as the room was not comfortable and at the begining they give me keys for a room didn’t open And then I asked for refund or even partial refund and they refuesd So it is the worst hotel with the worst team at that time

Stayed here a number of times before and it’s consistently very good, clean, and as expected. The only slight disappointment was the breakfast which is usually a buffet and amazing. We arrived and there was nothing laid out and we had to order anything cooked. It wasn’t a problem at all and the young lady serving us was AMAZING in helping us. Thank you to her. We will be back !

Great stay and loved the room (suite), with its view. Staff were always friendly and helpful and I had vegan options for breakfast and I was given soy milk for the room. Certain small things were a bit below standard, like furniture (sofa) stained, lamp in corner cheap and wobbly, bedside table chipped in places which guess will happen. The bit that really needs a bit more effort is the really grubby drinking mugs at breakfast- all stained brown so they looked unclean. Give em a proper clean or get new I say!
