The room was not cleaned, the bed was unmade, the food was hit and miss and the staff were rude

Stayed for the murder mystery night, nice staff- room was cold but asked reception about the heater and within 5 minutes it had been put on for us and the room was lovely and warm!

My first night was marred by the guests talking loudly until 02.45am preventing me sleeping, and there was no hot water on night 1

Stayed 1 night when I first checked in I was given a room and the air-conditioning unit was making really loud noise which was dreadful so I reported the problem I was then given another room only to find the air-conditioning unit was the same as the other room really loud. Again reported the problem third time lucky I was given another room and it was nice the air-conditioning unit and heating worked fine and the room and bed was really comfortable. With the issue I had with the rooms I have to say the staff was fantastic very friendly and helpful it all worked out in the end definitely would stay again.
