The location inspired its design, with a copper aesthetic and Welsh love spoons, textiles and miners hats displayed. While the hotel’s location was ideal for my work, the experience did not meet the standard I expect from the All Group. I encountered several issues during my stay: - Cleanliness: Upon arrival, I found long hairs on the toilet and sink in my bathroom. - Room Amenities: There were no coffee pods available in my room in the morning. - Breakfast Service: Despite having paid for breakfast, the service I received when trying to get a coffee was disappointing. The staff member’s attitude was unprofessional, and I was made to feel uncomfortable for asking for a cup when none were available. I was eventually directed to a single disposable cup that appeared to have been previously used. This is not the level of service I am accustomed to from your hotels. I hope you will look into these matters to ensure a better experience for future guests.
