Location was good for what I needed, but the room was badly/dimly lit for any function other than sleeping. The room service was via an app/QR code which took over 45 minutes to arrive (I only ordered a ciabatta) and when it did the bread was burnt and the filing was missing ingredients, so it was incredibly dry and fell apart at every bite. I also requested a decaf teabag which they didnt stock. The room was clean but they had a plugin scent diffuser which was overpowering in scent. It was also missing a hairdryer, again I used the QR code to request one but it didn't ever get delivered. Overall a disappointing stay and one I wont repeat.
