AVOID AVOID AVOID! Customer service are rude!! Falsely advertised on booking.com and then forced me to either pay more or cancel!! Vile customer service!! They then proceeded to cancel my reservation without my consent when I had plans to stay in Cardiff!!

Friendly helpful staff Well presented clean room I wasn't charged ghis time ho park Only improvement for me would be two things: to have more teabags and milk at the start of my stay. I was given more very quickly as soon as I asked and to have a shower head on a hose so I can direct it around my body and also avoid washing my hair.

We enjoyed a meal of fish fingers - the portions were large! Attentive and charming service by Moses. (Adding some more text because the system demands a minimum of 200 characters - for what reason I am not really sure. 200 actually turns out to be a lot…)

we were very well looked after. the beds were extremely comfortable. everything was clean and carefully prepared. The only criticism is the low level of lighting, with no overhead lights
