Stayed overnight a couple of times now, while collecting daughter from uni. Everything is fine - the room and bathroom are clean and have everything we need. May not stay again as the bed is very soft which we don’t like.

The hotel was very good value, if a little dated. Our room was missing a few items, but the staff at reception and the restaurant helped to sort this. The food for breakfast was fairly good, but the fresh fruit and vegetables were a little less fresh than I would have liked. It was great to have a gym. It wasn't clear to me before the stay that I would have to pay additionally for parking so that should have been made clear. Location was good for what we needed.

Stayed for a couple of nights and found the hotel very good and staff very accommodating. Large, clean and comfortable room and a great breakfast (plenty of options). It’s a way out of Cardiff centre but easy to get a taxi or a bus.

Lovely hotel. Second time we’ve stayed here. Easy check in and check out. Parking is £10 a night, unless you have blue badge then there’s no charge. Room clean. Breakfast was great, had plenty of choice. Staff all seemed happy. Only had one little issue, the window didn’t shut fully. Besides that, great hotel.
