Road/traffic noise all night and the heating system had a mind of it's own. It came on at 2:30am and heated the room. The heat woke me up and it was some time before the room cooled sufficiently to get back to sleep

Comfortable room, clean, good quality food, friendly team. One thing I think you need to consider though is room confidentiality. I've stayed here probably about 10 times, always as a solo female traveler, and I'm always discreet about my room number. However, the staff always say it out loud, even when other people are around. I was asked my room number when I paid for my dinner at the bar, and there were other guests right next to me, so I discreetly showed them the number on my key, and the staff member read it out loud anyway for no reason. Please make your team aware not to do this with solo travellers, or anyone really that is trying to be discreet, as it's unnecessary sharing information like that. Otherwise, my stay is always great and I highly recommend this hotel.
