Overall a very good experience. This is the second time I have stayed with my Grandaughter and could not wish for better. The only minor point was breakfast in the morning. Firstly, there was only one glass available for juice but when I asked, a new tray of glasses was provided. I then went to get cutlery for breakfast but there were no knives in the container. I again asked but this time, only two knives were brought our (rather than refill the container) which meant that the next guest had to ask for the same thing. Finally, there were no teaspoons available for yoghurt glasses so again, I had to ask. As noted, minor issues but nevertheless annoying given that they can be easily resolved. Otherwise, everything else incluing the welcome upon arrival and departure was first class.

Room clean however I of the towels in both rooms were dirty. Had to share the clean towels it was quiet the food at night was just ok not brilliant but the breakfast was excellent

The accomodation and customer care was excellent. The only drawbacks were the canned water in in the room had a bad taste and I was served the wrong meal, I didn't send it back as I was tired and hungry and it was very busy.
