I’ve stayed here three times now as I’m on a monthly course in Newport. The last two times were very comfortable for a budget hotel but this third time the bed was so uncomfortable, very soft and lumpy and the sheets were dirty. I back next month so hopefully I’ll get a different room like the first two.

Stayed overnight with my daughter and 2 dogs. Lovely welcome. Nice clean room with all you need. Good variety for breakfast. Beats Travel Lodge easily.
