The standard of the hotel has dropped

Dear Sean, We appreciate your feedback and regret that your experience fell short. We are very sorry that the elevator was not working during your stay. As you know, this is not a regular occurrence but an occasional issue. We were awaiting a replacement part before the lift could be returned to service. Regarding the temperature in your room, we apologise for any discomfort caused. We would have been happy to provide an extra heater if requested.
