Unusually disappointed

Nick Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

I’ve stayed here three times now as I’m on a monthly course in Newport. The last two times were very comfortable for a budget hotel but this third time the bed was so uncomfortable, very soft and lumpy and the sheets were dirty. I back next month so hopefully I’ll get a different room like the first two.

Stayed overnight with my daughter and 2 dogs. Lovely welcome. Nice clean room with all you need. Good variety for breakfast. Beats Travel Lodge easily.

Good location Accessible hotel, with plenty of free parking. Amazing breakfast bar. I wish they were all like this one. Excellent staff.

Ample, free car park. Super friendly staff ready to assist with simple requests like...decaf coffee, more bedding. I requested a low floor room due to agoraphobia in lifts, this was ready on arrival. A clean space for visits to elderly friends and relatives who we don't want to put to any trouble with accommodation
